Here you have all the feddbacks of people like you who have information of the products of Smith\'s Food and Drug (Bakery) in the state of Utah.
At present this business receives a score of 4.3 out of 5 and that rating is based on 490 reviews.
You must have seen that its rating is really good, and it is founded on a high number of feddbacks, so we can say that the assessment is quite accurate. If people have bothered to leave their feddback when they've done well with the service, it works.
As you know, we do not usually stop to put opinions when these are good and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...
This Bakery belongs to the category of Grocery store.
Alright so check it out.. I've never had a grocery store in my life that has ever made me feel as welcome as this Smiths. The staff is ALWAYS super friendly and knows exactly which isle I'll need, seriously. AL is the man and puts up with my shenanigans on the weekends. I LOVE this place.
Fine grocery store if you don't ride a bike. They have gotten rid of the bike parking for weeks now in lieu of pumpkins. It's frustrating with all the talk of air quality in Utah, that Smiths would remove their bike parking.
Halfway blend between an old grocery store and a Walmart style store.
Decent Smith’s. Starting to feel a little old but it’s clean and well stocked most of the time.
Selection and staff is good, have to check expiration dates alot of the times.
What an incredibly disorganized group of people all the way from the HR Manager Mark Smuthermon to the Store Manager Robyn Baruth. When someone transfers out of a union and into this store they are treated with absolutely no respect, and communicates poorly with their employees. It’s absurd that a transfer would even be accepted for an open position and then come to find out the open position which is STILL available has been revoked from the employee and the result is sticking someone in a random department and expecting them to fulfill the job duties without any consideration for their health from the Get go. Not to mention, the employee wasn’t able to and now has been let go. Why would you even bother!? Very, very unprofessional. This sounds like age discrimination and a report will be filed with the State of Wyoming under workplace fairness.
Fine smiths, but don’t expect huge selection.
The pharmacy and the deli are my favorite in town!
Would be a 5 except the packing was not good. Cheese in with cans, fruit in with orange juice bottle. We have an hours drive to get home and cooler things need to be put together.
The Smith's in the Aves is a good grocery chain. Every time I have been here, they have had everything that I needed in stock. The one downside is that their `health food' options are a bit limited.
Walmart? Who's that? Skip the mega-corporate wait and visit the best supermarket in Gillette.
The best location for a grocery store in the Avenues. Fresh produce, deli, sushi, floral, bakery. Everything you need!
Lead CSM and assistant manager told me that they couldn't process a purchase order, even though it had instructions for them to use on the front. Luckily, another cashier knew how to do it. Definitely teach all of your cashiers/CSM's to process one for the future, as Smith's garners a lot of business from the HS. I hope next time I come in, I get a better experience.
I have shopped here for over 20 years and I appreciate the excellent customer service by Anthony. Go Utes!!!!
Great place to shop
Rude and the manager lied to me about the policy regarding mastercard debit cards.
Great vibes smiles made happy
Competitive prices, good selection - downside is that aisles are narrow - nearly claustrophobic - and merchandise is not arranged in the way usual grocery stores are and I have a tough time finding things that are on my list
Small but convenient. They definitely try to cater to eclectic crowd of the avenues.
Smith's is a great neighborhood grocery store. It's especially convenient as it's location is at the center of a large neighborhood with few other businesses. The staff is always very helpful and polite. It's only downside is it lacks a bit in selection compared to most of the other grocery stores in the surrounding area including the larger Smith's located about a mile to the south.
The lady who sold me queso taught me about tachos.
Has a great selection of products. A bit pricey sometimes even with a membership. Cleaner than Walmart though.
I loved my experience. They were out of the Kroger brand spaghetti sauce mix and Zach gave me the higher priced item for the Kroger price. They are so good to people at this store!
The experience as okay. The chicken was not bad, but the cole slaw, potato salad, and mac salad tasted old and I could fine a date on them.
Always friendly helpful and prices always on point
Great place to shop, easy to find
Best selection in town.
Awesome service and great savings! A manager (*Mark) saw that the lines were getting long and opened a register! In and out even during peak hours!
Convenient, but, you know, it's Smith's. It never makes me want to cook something yummy.
Not a friendly place. We can walk through the store and check out with out any employee saying hello to us.
A basic grocery store. Some employees are kind and helpful and friendly, and others not at all. It's about 50/50. Good selection and better prices overall than Albertsons.
This Smith's is awesome, well, except for Cecilia... shes always breakin' my heart and shaking my confidence daily.
I had to pick thru the Meat Department to find some nice steaks but I did and the prices were good. The Food must he good there because i have never seen such Fat women . They beat out Walmart this week. Real young and middle aged Sows . I dont think they will make it to old age. Oink Oink
This market had everything. I needed and also there were not many people so lines always move fast. It's very clean. My only issue is since Utah has some alcohol vol. Law. You cannot find a beer brand more than 4.0% by vol. That's crazy!!!
I really like the pharmacy at this location. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. Good place to shop too. Very convenient
I like there meat section
Staff were extremely helpful showing me where the soup bones were. I needed them for my new puppy who is teething.
Great produce selection and they carry King Arthur Gluten Free Flour.
Place has remodeled and nobody knows where everything is anymore.Employees are rude, most don't speak english.Suggestion: Trader Joes is much better.Or Smith's on 900W and 800S
Been shopping there for 30 years. I don't think it's the biggest store. Never was. But they're always updating and trying to do better. A lot of the things I really want seem to disappear from month to month. Generally I'm pretty satisfied though.
Good prices
Always friendly service
Well-stocked, good fresh produce, fair prices, and friendly employees. :) Self-check-out
I have shopped at Smith's for 10+ years; their prices are nearly always lower than Albertson's, and in that ten years I have never had a rude encounter even once. In fact, the people that work at this store have on several occasions gone out of their way to help me. I do not know how Smith's prices compare to Wal-Mart as I do not shop there - the Waltons are rich enough already.
Their Apple Pay does not work, but they were willing to turn the machine on for Samsung functionality. When we talked to an employee, they confirmed this to be true and were not willing to do anything about enabling Apple Pay. Unfortunately, we didn’t have our card on us and they lost our business to Harmon’s who was willing to accept Apple Pay for us.
The best of the little ones
They carry items that you can't find other places. Meat is grate tasting I keep going back. If your on a special diet you can find it at Smith's.
It is one of the stores in town that really gets my business as it is food market and I can always depend on the people there to know where what I need is, always pkeasent and ready to help.
This store has the most wonderful employees you could hope you encounter shopping. But over the years this store keeps removing items. Lately the shelves are filling up more and more with Smith's brands in their place. The employees seem to hear about it often from the customers, but are powerless to do anything. A couple of the more recent ones: Delallo pasta, On The Border tortilla chips, and Carmex in the little round jar. Yes seriously, Carmex. And my other major issue is the meat and fresh produce. Just awful seafood and the organic and 'natural' chicken are completely hit or miss, usually miss. Good luck getting an avocado, they're either too ripe and already turning brown, or so under ripe they'll be turning brown by the time they soften.
Very good customer service.
Shopping is a pleasure at Smith's. The store is laid out nicely so everything is easy to find. The store is clean and we'll stocked. The employees are helpful. The prices are compatible to the big retail outlet store in town and, with easy access from the interstate, you can get in and out quickly.
This Smith's is right next to my house. It's clean, well organized, and the employees are friendly. Their produce section is pretty good and so is their deli section. However, this place does get pretty crowded in the afternoon since it is in the heart of the Avenues neighborhood of SLC.
Staff is always so nice!! Produce is good. Has an urbanism feel to it.
One of the more quaint smaller Smith's you will come across, confusing parking and not easily found. Have to pull out a map to find the front door.
Half the trash from Walmart Management went to work at Smiths and Destroyed the store. Management hardly has enough cashiers to keep one cashier lane open half the day. All in the name of profit. Customers suffer while hourly employees get treated badly by both customers who are pissed about waiting forever in line and by management. Managers avoid answering the phone at all cost. Even when standing right next to the phone, I watched Human Resources manager stare at the ringing phone and walk away from it. I heard she was another trash who was fired for having sex with her subordinate while clocked in, in her vehicle and Walmart put her days before canning her. Some of the customers though come in Smiths making life hard on employees because they to was once Smiths employees until Walmart managers took over position here and fired a bunch of them with cause. Or so I've been told. So now customers make life hell for any employees because they too were once employees who were treated badly here. Personally I'd rather say Walmart, Smiths, and Kmart all have greedy good for nothing management who to be replaced with nice people who know how to treat customer and employee alike nicely and correctly. Maybe than everyone will be happy.
Great place to shop. Great selection and decent prices for the Gillette area.
Awesome store with many friendly staff looking to help you in anyway they can.
Always has been a great place, with knowledgeable workers ready to help out!
Not a great Smith's. Older, limited selection. Downtown is much nicer.
Downstarred unfortunately not this location but Smiths chain issue. Smiths sent coupons in the mail. Yet despite having a barcode it takes 8 extra minutes to redeem them at self-checkout. Had to wait for a clerk. Then the clerk had to backtrack from where I selected Coupons. Then enter all kinds of codes and even the coupon amount despite having a barcode that should handle the amount. Ironically the clerk never used the barcode. Makes no sense and is very frustrating obviously trying to deter using coupons. Earlier review: Very convenient living in the Avenues can stop on way home from work or after weekend activities. Very friendly helpful staff Amazing selection for being the smallest Smiths in the area I know of. However might not want to shop early for produce. Have been there earlier weekend mornings. Had not even started restocking produce. Was low on bananas not much selection. Seems to be a common problem forarea grocery stores. Guess produce work is a 10am to 6pm job. Wastes time for those morning people who like to shop early weekends allowing the rest of their day free from chores.
Very good place to shop
Great prices! Good meats!
Great store in a little town. The employees are the best!
I always went here when I lived in the Avenues. The prices were a little steep, but the service was great and the food was top notch. Besides, it was very close and neighborhood friendly. Lots of free parking. I haven't been, now that it is a Marketplace. It was great, but I can't speak for it now.
Awesome deals
Bathroom was dirty.
Great produce, always has great selection of fruit and exotic or unusual fruit. Deli and produce employees are fantastic, as well as the checkers. Great place to shop in a great neighborhood.
Nice location block away from LDS Hospital tons of parking nice neighborhood
Awesome sale prices, wonderful workers/customer service, great variety of products.
The store is always well stocked and clean! The staff always do their best to assist you when you need it!
Weekly deals and management. Management here could use some help. Maybe things have changed in the past couple of years, but it use to be that the yellow tags for Smiths/Kroger card holders were changed every Wednesday morning by 9 or 10am for that weeks deals. Well I went today, Friday afternoon at 4:30pm and most, if not all, had yet to be changed for the current week. Being that I am a person living on a budget, I add the price of my groceries up as I go through the store as to not overspend. What should have been, by the yellow tags, right around $35 turned out to be $51 at the register. This was because nothing was discounted apparently.. even the milk! $16 may not be a big difference for management but as a graduate student, $16 each week adds up very quickly. The hourly employees are top notch though! Always helpful and very friendly, they are the only reason this store received more than one star.
Having a hard time finding things lately
It's a great place to shop in and out no lines.
Only place to grocery shop. Treated like family from the time you walk thru the doors.
Avenues Smith's is GREAT!!! Today we got groceries and rx's...The employees there are just like family to us. Also love Smith's Marketplace on 6th e.5th so. Love the super nice employees there as well.
Great savings on groceries
Great produce and meat sections, great customer service
I love the Managers Specials...especially in the bakery department!!
Got what we needed in the form of some gluten free rice flour.
Very courtesy employees
There meat is good value and is good things are made easy to find I shop there all mouth and the gas points help out to
Love this store
This is a great location as far as Smith's goes. It's clean and always has everything I need. If you're in the area, you can't go wrong shopping here. The prices aren't the cheapest in town but I still prefer shopping here to other stores in the area.
Loyal customer for 12 years. They work hard moving people thru lines ASAP. They will go and get anything replaced if they catch it. The prices are great. Love the people. Love Jennifer. She is so sweet.
I always shop here.
Good setup and good selection and convenient located above the liquor store
Good
Great customer service.
Great deals and nice people
Grocery store is well kept and clean with friendly staff ready to assist.
Always friendly service.
Our family has been shopping at this store for over 60 years. The store was friendly, welcoming and convenient. Sadly, I'm speaking past tense. The entire atmosphere has changed since the scan and go machines have replaced live bodies, who were friendly and helpful. It’s like some sells pitch every time you walk in to the store. And should you want to have a checker - check your groceries, there’s always a wait. (I’ve waited in line up to 20 minutes because there is only one checker working.) And, I had to bag my own groceries, which never happened in the past. I have been pulled from the line of the checker to the scan and go, even though I have said I wasn’t interested. The employees look miserable and unhappy. Before they seemed happy to see you and were so friendly. That is not the case anymore. This store has become so pushy with the scan and go machines, that I refuse to shop there anymore. I now go to Harmons, where I’m treated like a customer and not herded like a cow. Shame on you Smiths for taking a neighborhood store and trying to make it so corporate that the little “gem” in the aves is a store I will never shop at again.
Very convenient, very clean store
It's 6:00 am New Years day. I'm the only customer in the store but I had to go early because my kid needed diapers. I picked up some extra items. I go through the self check out and as I was leaving the alarm went off and as I was about to hand the clerk my receipt to prove I'd paid for everything she spared my dignity by just waving me off. That might seem pretty standard to most people but I'm a very large dark skinned man and am not a stranger to being profiled. I expect to be profiled and to have the clerk see me as a human being meant a lot to me. You hippy tree hugger liberals in the avenues are all right by me. Some sanctimonious folk down the street from you in the big pointy building could learn a thing or two from you about loving thy neighbor.
Great shopping area, found everything I was looking for, for a reasonable price.
Great friendly and helpful staff. Open 24 hrs. Clean.
Everyone is friendly, helpful, funny. Items always stocked and organized. 24 hours.
Very nice store. Has everything you need away from the crowds of other stores.
Very helpful pharmacy, reasonably privacy, rarely any wait in line, automatic refills
Convenient and decent grocery store. Mid level. Harmon's is better but Smith's is generally cheaper.
Its deffunately better than going to walmart where its packed. Although, wish there was more selection and lower prices.
Great deals
Friendly, fast service. Nice produce selection.
Large supermarket. Pleasant place to shop. State Liquor Store, Subway, nails place, and Haircutters below the supermarket. Plenty of parking on two levels.
Always a pleasant experience. The staff is courteous, helpful, and they care about their customers. They even remember My son's name, and he loves to go shopping. He knows they will have stickers for him when we checkout never leaves empty-handed.
It's a great super Market
Employees are very friendly and helpful
Great selection.New Fresh seafood next to a great deli and bakery!!!☺
Awesome grocery store. You can always find a good deal here.
I've been shopping at Smith's since I was a small child going with my mother. They have been consistent, they are always kind and loyal to their customers, and they always have great deals!
Great Smith's location with long hours. Parking is ample and staff is helpful. Avoid using the elevator to get to the underground parking. It always smells like urine and is gross to say the least.
My go-to grocery store.
I started shopping at Smith's again because of the Savings Value Card....well for the poor service I get there it's not worth the savings. The last 4 times I've shopped there the checkout clerks were rude, twice my eggs were broken, they bagged the bread with the pineapples, the chips with the canned goods & dry ingredients with the frozen things....to some this is no big deal...but I put things on the belt the way I want them bagged (I even leave space between the various groups so it's obvious). It's common sense that fragile things should be bagged together and refrigerated and frozen things go together, but not at this store apparently. Today I had to bag my own groceries which was fine with me because at least they were bagged properly .....I'll go back to Albertsons, they've never treated me bad....
I was helped at the self service the clerk was very nice . Her name is Laura, she was helpful I didn't have to take my case item out of the cart..
Super clean store with helpful staff and a great variety of options. Great local beer section and it is an easy location to get in and out of.
Love my Smith's
I love this Smith's. I just wish they had a bigger selection of products.
Very good grocery store, it is becoming our favorite SLC store.
The this store easy access.....plenty of service great customer service
Clean friendly store
My favorite store! Great service, great prices!
My favorite store
Great people
Always clean and well-stocked, with helpful employees. Good prices with the rewards card. The parking lot is sometimes crowded though
My favorite place to buy groceries in Gillette. They have the most friendly, helpful staff. Plus, there's always a good sale going on.
Great Customer service, store is clean and great selection of goods.
I like the prices and they have a nice dinning area to sit down and enjoy lunch.
RE: Organic produce. Decent selection, thank you! Could add some heirloom tomatoes.
Smiths is always a friendly, clean place to shop with good prices. Always willing to help
Great community grocery store
Absolutely the best grocery store in Gillette. Not only are the prices the best, but the service is as well.
Great store, with great deals and staff
Love this store
This is one of the smaller Smith's but EXORDINARY Big on customer service. Let me tell you people it is no put on... Handicapped people are Helped here big time NOT once have I have visited this Supermarket that I had to look for help. It was if they looked for me to assist me. Unlike any other supermarket I have been in. I am proud to patron this branch as they are helpful and service with a smile. The workers strive beyond to assist.
I love this store. So many great organic food choices, and the staff are pretty friendly. Haven't been disappointed thus far.
Let’s be honest we all just shop here because it’s the only grocery store in the avenues. It could for sure use a little extra sprucing up but the employees are always so friendly.
Reliable, good selection, and friendly staff. Mostly only locals due to the tucked away location. Special thanks for Debra, the customer service manager, who took time to explain and give tips on fuel points.
The milk and cheese is cheaper at Smith's then at Walmart or Albertson's.
Small Smith's but the employees here are super nice.
Very friendly staff always so helpful and make you feel apart of the neighborhood
Helpful staff and clean. With a great area to grab a bite to eat.
Love Smith's. Great shopping everytime.
I love this neighborhood Smiths. The employees are friendly and helpful and it is super convenient. The biggest downside is the parking situation, which they can't help. If you park on the store level it is ridiculously crowded and frustrating. If you park below then you often run into transients who some times pester people. One time I came across a woman and her kids who were being bothered by an inebriated man who was loitering around looking for people who were preoccupied with groceries and then he would bother them for something. The woman was clearly disturbed and threatened him several times that she was going to call the police if he didn't leave her alone, but he kept getting closer and closer to her. It seems like the store and surrounding businesses could do something to help vulnerable people feel more safe here.
Place is the best!!
Clean store with friendly staff
Really great offerings. Lots of organic and healthy options that aren't at all the other Smith's. Busy, and parking can be tight.
Good selection of fruits, vegetables, and fresh meat
Good clean Smiths with good deals. But some cold items that were off shelf are returned. And some out of dates are sold at lower price after out of date.
Clean helpful great sales!!
This is a market place. Groceries are on the bottom floor and clothing and furniture are on the top floor. Parking on 5th west is partially covered.
They are a down to earth store.
Excellent store! Excellent employees!
This location is okay. Could be cleaner. People are nice. If you have higher-end tastes, you should drive up you the Avenues. No cell service inside
Very friendly. Every single employee greeted me when they saw me. Very good pricing.
This Smith's is a little smaller than the others around here, but it's nicer inside than most.
Great deals
Unfortunately gillette Is very limited when it comes to stores and after my husbands experience he has instructed me not to shop there. When you experience rasicm by the store manager that is not okay. Wonder how Kroger corp feels about that!
Awesome place, great prices, really friendly staff and convenient to shop!
This location is always clean and well-stocked. I've never had to wait in line despite visiting at various times of day. They are open late, which is nice in a pinch.
Location couldn't be better. Very convenient. Always the lowest prices. They are always stocked with everything I want and need. I appreciate the fact that everyone that works there seems like family almost. They are very friendly and genuinely happy to see me when I come in. I enjoy shopping there!
For anyone looking for a delivery service. These guys will take your order, go to store pick up what you need and deliver it to you!
Great place to grab some free sushi samples, great omelets too! Because it's diststanced from downtown it's a lot less sketchy.
Very nice they were diligent with this preferred customer
Great store! Try the sushi!
Was extremely disappointed with their party sized sub that we got for our office lunch. Online it said it came with "turkey, ham, cheddar cheese along with lettuce, tomato, red onion and garlic herb spread" however, ours did not include any tomatoes, onion, garlic spread and it came with spinach instead of lettuce. They did include mayo, mustard and guacamole which helped it not be so dry but we definitely missed the other "included" toppings. We won't be ordering a party sized sub from them any time soon.
Good prices, good selection, friendly faces
Really Nice workers are awesome
Late night shopping experience. Very strange that most of the lights and all of the cooler lights were shut off when the tellers went home for the day. Hard to see while shopping. I did not mind having to check out through self check out. Alot of the good priced items were out of stock, but overall a clean store
It covers most of the needs you might have, but is definitely not the cheapest place to get your groceries. The bulk section is also disappointingly small.
Great meat here. Same as Kroger
Usually good deals.
I love this Smith’s. They stay open late, it’s never really crowded, and all the employees I’ve interacted with are very kind.
I love this place and the liquor store down below. Young crowd, fair prices.
Has everything we need friendly service great pharmacy
Smith's is always a friendly, clean place to shop. They always have everything I need and I can get in and out in hurry. I love all the self checkout lanes they have.
Great produce friendly staff
The employees are always nice to me there. They always try to help. Best place in Gillette to buy vegetables and select brand name food is excellent
Love that they're doing clicklist now! Makes my life so much easier on the days I barely have a chance to catch my breath. I was hesitant on produce, but pleasantly surprised. All I ordered was amazing quality. When I do go in, everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Love Smiths!
My favorite Smiths in Salt Lake, open late and friendly service.
Cereal on sale is still way too expensive
This is a great Smith's location, it is clean and well managed. Also for those of you who drink there is a liquor store downstairs. They also have a good selection of natural/healthy foods.
Friendly helpful staff, good prices.
The store always has a weird smell and I leave with a migraine
The employees are always nice and friendly. However, they always seem to be out of at least 2 or 3 things I specifically intended to buy. Maybe because I shop in the evening?
Good costumer service. Nicer than some of the Smiths in the valley.
Great
Great caselot sale! Good variety and all prices were posted. Everything rang up correctly, too. Happy, helpful associates. Hit and miss on bagging. Could use some work there.
Always polite love discounts. Never wait in line.
Was very disappointed by the way the employee dress in cheese island guess it was some dress how you want but I don't think tank tops showing bras are appropriate for any work place that is a place that children come too if I remember the employees name it was Rae tried to talk to someone but they acted as if it was no big deal other employees were in actual Smiths uniforms which I think should be what an employee should wear if not in a management position
Awesome customer service today!!
Great smaller Smith's. Liquor store below which closes at 7 pm.
Clean store, well stocked, and good staff.
Even with the storm, no empty shelves except for closeout items.
Always awesome. Best one in the area!
We like the variety of produce and cheeses featured at Smiths, and right now they have lovely mums available.
A winter storm is coming and it was busy. Place was packed but they had carts, un like some places, and everyone that worked there was helping direct the flow of carts and kids up front. It was crazy but it was a helpful and happy atmosphere.
Excellent place to buy fresh products
I love shopping at Smiths and I hope they keep up the case sales cause I love to stock up and so they need to do more case sales
Good selection.
The worst of the worst work here. Caralee in customer service is rude, unfriendly and changes policies as she sees fit. Dustin introduced himself as manager has poor skills as well. I hate going to this store but infortunately it is closest …
I won't shop anywhere other than this Smith's! Every single employee gives GREAT Customer service, they go out of their way to make sure your whole shopping experience is perfect. You never wait in line and they make each customer feel like a part of their family!
The Avenues Smith's is my family's go-to favorite grocery store. Plus, the have a liquor store underneath!
My favorite Smith's near downtown. Compact and clean. Has everything you need without the leg work. The fresh made sushi is pretty good too!
Great local Smith's with very friendly staff. Check out the managers special meat section along the back meat wall.
Amazing people great price
Consistently has best prices in town. Good selection. Checkout is quick however a manager type person stands there to try to direct people to the proper lane. Sometimes feels like I brought my mom to the store. Small price to pay for a good deal.
Upscale Smith's with trending and organic food items. Connected to a Plaza that has a subway, great clips, and the state liquor store. This Smith's is about as close to shopping for food and alcohol as you can get in Utah
Very clean and enjoyable service
Have had so many really great experiences with the staff, and even other customers at the Smith's 6th Avenue store. I am somewhat physically disabled, and there always seems to be someone there who offers to help me to reach for something, or checking whether or not I need help with reading labels I am unable to see. I have been to other stores which have been extremely efficient, but not so caring. It is this that makes me want to return to this particular store.
Love the bakery .. They have the best goodies. Nan is always so helpful and slices my bread for me. Over all it's a wonderful store with great deals.
This store is always a pleasure. Great staff and great customer service equals a great shopping experience every time
The place is organized, and there is a lot of friendly faces.
Queen store a lot of good choices good prices
Great place, and helpful employees.
Great staff and good prices.
I love this Smith's! The employees are super friendly, they have lots of great quality food you can't find in other Smith's, lots of selection, and food prices.
The best Smith's around, with friendly and helpful staff, and a fantastic selection of fresh meats and cheeses.
One of my fav grocery stores great people too
I like going to this place but I bought some vitamins and when i got home i found out its expired in 2017. Get back to return it and the customer care representative did not tell even sorry....they should look better what they are selling.
Easy in and out. Shelves were stocked and ready to go.
I can't believe I found "Hint" in the most unlikely place. I've been looking for this water in every place I could think of grocery stores and truck stops. Thank you Smith's.
Classic food store with good pricing
Smith is a great grocer. They have a good selection, good prices, and helpful employees. I miss their onion rings though- had best onion rings in town.
Very nice very helpful
Love this place, friendly staff, and affordable prices!
It's a good grocery store. Very nice staff. They have everything I need usually.
My absolute favorite grocery store. Always has fresh produce! I suggest downloading the Smith's app and save more with their coupons and in-store coupons!
Friendly, clean, fresh products!!!
Rude employees! I'll stick to Wal-Mart & smiths is outrageous money wise
Great place to shop
Great place. They have a good variety of things. And because it's so close. It makes going to the store for that one thing you need a lot quicker.
I forgot my wallet, but didn't realize until I had scanned all my items at the self checkout. An employee very kindly offered to hold my items in a refrigerated section while I went to grab it, despite the uncertain timetable of my return since I take the bus. I have been going to this location for years with nothing but good experiences, but I was still surprised by how willing they were to help me out.
I love my Smith's Pharmacy!! Everyone is friendly and very helpful!! I mostly use the drive thru and they take care of you ASP!!
I go here two to three times a week. Produce is always fresh. Plenty of options here in terms of seasonal. Staff is super helpful.
Very large selection with fresh produce and quality meats.
alot of stocking in the aisles alot of stuff blocked by them
Great service
Great smiths, good people. And of course its right ontop of a liquor store.
A friend told me about Smith's when I first moved to town and now it's my favorite place to shop for groceries. They even offer pickup if you don't want to wait in line or buy extra "impulse" items. You just have to order in the morning if you want to pickup after work, or even the day before. And their prices are very good, especially if you use their rewards card. Layout is awesome, tho the snack aisle should be by food instead of on the other end of the store. The pharmacy is usually the lowest prices in town if you're paying out of pocket.
The only place I grocery shop and have prescriptions filled in town. Hands down the BEST customer service ever!!!
Super nice management. Great freash food. Happy employees.
Smith's has awesome deals, great produce, and very efficient checkers.
The best Smith in Utah!! Great service and very helpful!!!
Usually nice help and good selection of fresh and shelved items
Convenient location for the avenues and parts if downtown. Not too busy and has good hours
The only place I shop for groceries. Been shopping there for years. Great prices, fresh produce and meats. The checkout clerks are great !
Coupon acceptance is iffy. The store is clean and generally well-stocked
Found what I was looking for without searching. Courtesy and helpful cashier.
I found some good buys.
Everything is always stocked, the employees are always so nice. I also look forward to seeing what odd and weird hat, that one guy who's usually on self check out by the desk is wearing. Love it!
Had the produce I needed at a fair price
Employees have all been very helpful and courteous to me each visit. They have done their best to answer any questions I have on products. Store looks clean, well kept, and well stocked each visit.
This Smith's is so great! Good selection of fresh produce, and the butcher has many good cuts of meat. Be sure to check out the clearance sections for a good way to save a few bucks on weird products that don't sell. The cashiers are very quick when checking out too. And when I come here and only get a few items, they always have self-checkouts available.
Good store and it located in the Avenues. It's not a larger smith but I can usually find everything I need. Parking has never been an issue; parling in front or underneath in the garage. Also other store located beneath. The people that work there are very pleasant.
Just your average smiths. Good pricing and easy to find things. If you come later in the evening like after 10, there are some hippy people coming in.
Great service
Friendly staff and helpful. The store is easy to navigate. They have great deals.
Good selection and reasonably priced
The woman with glasses and blonde hair at self check out is very rude.
Great hummas selection, also purchased grapefruit juice and Marlboros
Very busy today but very merry checkers
The pharmacy is the best in town! ALL the staff at Smiths is awesome!!!
I really like how small and quiet this location is, only downside is the limited selection compared to other larger smiths locations
Friendly associates great prices
When my mom was prescribed a brand new on the market diabetic meter, I had a really hard time getting any pharmacy to help me get it covered with medicare (or even explain why it wasn't covered so I could understand). The pharmacist and pharmacy tech at Smith's were awesome! It turned out the meter was too new to get covered by medicare; however, the pharmacy tech (Irene, I believe) was so kind. She took the time to explain the process to me, go over all the costs and also searched RX discount cards and coupons to help me find a better price for my mom. All together, over the course of a week or two, she probably spent about 30 minutes on the phone helping me.
The General Manager brings the moral down. Produce not has good has the competitors. Lack of variety of the nutritional products.
Very friendly workers, clean store
The staff is always kind and helpful....smiths carries the products we like....the benefits of the instant savings is great
Smaller store but fair amount of variety and good prices.
Great deals with card
Quality Meats at affordable prices.
Clean and well stocked. Good customer service.
The “assistant manager” of chicken decided that getting half baked and half fried was a worthy cause for charging an extra dollar. As far as I am concerned an 8 piece is an 8 piece whether it’s fried or baked. Everyone knows that. No other smiths has done this to me before.
Liquor store below. Free sushi samples around 5pm or later. Love the manager who always wears a funny hat. Parking can be troublesome during busy hours. Fr'Real shake machine. Pharmacy is quick!
This store is exceptional in quality of the staff they seem to retain year after year. After twenty years of shopping all the area grocery stores, this draws me back because it is so 'shopper friendly'. The store is well organized; items are easy to find; employees consistently go above and beyond to help and they truly seem to enjoy helping. Somehow, the staff has made grocery shopping an enjoyable activity at this store.
