Rancho Market is a great place for produce. Their prices are the best around and the quality is generally good. I like that they have specialty products and items you can't find at the regular markets. The staff is helpful and they are always restocking the product so I have never seen them run out of the sale items. The store is pretty crammed with stuff, so just know they put a lit in a little space, and it can be pretty crowded with people during peak hours.

I love Ranchos. It seems like they have almost everything that I need and their produce is, unlike everyone else, some of the cheapest stuff they have. 10/10, would recommend. It's also fun if you speak Spanish because most of the staff do.

Bought 17 lbs of steak & most of the meat was absolutely disgusting! The older lady went to the back to get it instead of giving me the fresh meat on display, absolutely Never again spending money on this store.

I used to shop here a lot more, but how the drive is a little far. Their produce is dirt cheap, as long as you dont mind your tomatoes being shaped weird or your onions being smaller than normal you will love it. Their meat is pretty awesome as well. They have a small cafeteria style restaurant in the back, I recommend the mocajete.

Very disappointed with the prepared kitchen food. The menudo is not only overpriced, but also tasted like water and meat. The customer service was sad as well. The grocery side is okay.

I love going to this store, I go almost once a week. The produce is pretty hit and miss, sometimes its amazing and the prices are unbeatable, other times not so much. There is always at least something worth picking up. The bakery is the absolute best. No other store quite like it... it's not for everybody, but worth checking out if you've never been and aren't afraid of a store that doesn't look just like wal-mart. Staff is often not very friendly. They rarely smile back or say hello. Many of them do not speak English very well, which I have no problem with, especially in a Mexican store. I go anyway.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. On 03/15/18 @ 3:00 I went to get checked out my the most hurtful rudest cashier ever her name is Jackline Lopez and guess what she’s a supervisor. What kinda place hire these people. I have WIC checks cause obviously I don’t make enough money to afford everything for my daughter. It’s good help anyways I’m very uncomfortable being at this store. A similar situation happen a couple months back where the lady was speaking English and rolling eyes at me saying “ahhh another girl with WIC checks. I always get them” she didn’t realize I spoke English and when I responded In English, she apologized. I didn’t ask to speak To her manger cause I was really hurt and I left crying from the store. Gladly the lady was fired. Fast forward to today. Jackline charged a pineapple one pineapple and I said wait wait I have a WIC checks she rolled her eyes and told me I should of told her sooner. Because she already started . My husband asked her do you like your job because she was being super aggressive and rude. She threw the oranges towards Him and continue ringing us out as quickly as possible to get us out . I told my husband her names Jackline Lopez remember her name cause I’m speaking to her manger. All of the sudden the manger was out. Thier was no one there to help and she didn’t accept my check just to drag it on. Ok I don’t care about the money I don’t care about the food or getting food what I care about is.... how uncomfortable I am at this store because of people like Jackline Lopez. And the person in charge he didn’t wanna give us his name and he pushed my husband out the store. Literally putting his hands on him. This place has the worst customer service ever and I know my comment isn’t going to change anything but if any employees in rancho market have treated you wrong in any way I HIGHLY ENCOUGE you comment about your incident. They didn’t do anything for us and I bet she’ll be there tommrow treating someone else the same way. Jackline Lopez I’m sorry your such a hurt person and have to treat people that way.

Never going here again. I bought green pepper and when I got home. I realized one of them was moldy. Also, I bought black sausage and I had to look for a packet that didn't have mold... I ended up throwing everything away. Now, if you just want to buy some product from south and Central America, it's basically the only place you'll find that.

Rancho market is the best secret and the best place to buy produce in Provo. Now, the produce is typically of questionable quality (bruised, overripe) so you'll need to pick through it to find good ones. However, it's worth it to find avocados 4/$1.

This place is so fun and the grocery options are great. The best kept secret in town is the Mexican restaurant in the back. It is better than 90% of the Mexican restaurants in Utah Valley. The carne asada tacos are out of this world. The horchata is mind blowingly good, and the burritos are spectacular. If you are really nice to the cooks, they might even be willing to whip you up something off the menu. Regarding the store, they have great cheeses, breads, and a massive variety of Latino foods.

Most people would hate this place, but it does have a few good points: Sale produce prices are good, and the sometimes questionable visual quality of their fruit can be misleading. The ugliest oranges from there were sheer ambrosia, best I've ever even imagined. They also have hard-to-find Mexican foods. The Bad: produce isn't a Loss Leader like other stores, so you'll see lettuce 50 cents one week and $5 the next; no rainchecks, despite often running out of sale items; some produce is very under or overripe; no coupons accepted on shelf items; often long lines and people cutting ahead; questionable sanitation in bakery; and the meat department literally stinks. You will also get glared at if you're not Hispanic, and no cashiers are friendly. Bottom Line: if you go, go on your way to another store, shop at a low-traffic time early in the week, and avoid all but the produce department sales. I call it Little Mexico, because it feels like a foreign market. I'd also suggest not buying tamales from people who come up to you in the parking lot to sell them out of their trunk. (Duh.)

There's so much community togetherness here, even total strangers will strike up a conversation with you and share recipes or advice. Many people speak both English and Spanish so a translator is always easy to find if necessary. Great place to practice Spanish. Even if your Spanish is terrible, they appreciate and applaud your efforts. Best place to do WIC shopping.

This place is so busy!!!!! And I not only mean the amount of people there but the amount of stuff there! They pack it it. If there is a line at the meat counter or bakery, be ready with your order when they call on you or else they just move to the next! It's kind of like the Seinfeld Soup episode! lol. But both the meat section and the bakery are awesome. A real butcher block and in house bakery are hard to beat. Also make time to have a meal there in the little in house restaurant. It's great food and a good price.

Great Latin market, they carry products from other countries (e.g. Venezuela and Colombia) not just Mexico. This is nice because I've had a hard time finding the PAN brand of maiz for arepas & cachapas at other markets nearby. The workers are always super nice and speak both Spanish and English so don't be nervous about coming here if you only speak English. Their meats and cheeses are super fresh. They also have a huge variety of fruits and vegetables that are always ripe (unlike most local American grocery stores). Prices can't be beat.

This grocery store is good for getting fresh produce when shopping their weekly ad. There meat is also good with good prices usually. Other areas of the store are well over priced so you should avoid those items. Sometimes the produce is over ripe or very ripe and thus the low prices just make sure you are ready to use the quantity you buy right away.

My recommendation would be to go there for some great deals, look in the newspaper for fantastic deals, and get some Jaritos there because that’s always a great deal there too.

Rude Manager and mediocre customer service at best with some of the staff. They charged me twice the last time I went. I paid debit and the receipt roll got stuck when it was printing. The lady at the register told me that the transaction did not went through. I swiped my card again and it turns out that I got charged twice. I went to the register to get my money back for the second transaction and they sent me with the manager. Per the lady manager I had to take my bank statement to show the two transactions before they could refund me back my money. Any other business would have looked in to it and gave me a refund that same day. Also she was very rude throughout our conversation and didn’t seem concern about getting my money back at all. I don’t know how Rancho Market could make her the manager. She probably just new someone working there already as I could tell she does not have any customer service skills. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Aisles are narrow and the building is cramped, uncomfortable to navigate. Nobody returns carts due to lack of return stalls. Meat doesn't seem fresh. One of the only places to get certain ingredients though

This Rancho Market is a little smaller than some of the other locations I've been to. But there is still good selection here. I found the staff very helpful, though much more so because I could speak Spanish. I can't be so sure about English speaking customers experiences. The woman that helped me at the butcher window was particularly helpful, talking with me about the best use for a cut of meat I was interested in.

I love shopping for groceries here because you get such good deals. But their food court/restaurant/kitchen area has the worst service. Every time I buy 1 lb of pre-made rice I have to wait 5 - 15 minutes. Today a fairly new younger female employee rang me up, charged me, and told me she was going on her lunch and that someone else would get my rice for me. She walked off and left me standing there.
