Oh boy...it was rough. They seem so understaffed. The tables and floors were so dirty. The garbages were overflowing. The bread was literally rock hard...and hardly any meat on it. Even the cookies for the kids were so dry and seemed like they came from a lofthouse package. I left this location so disappointed. Super nice guys working there. I just think it needs some attention.

Ordered a whole sandwich on a baguette and a regular drink for 10.00 and received a half a sandwich. Not impressed and won't be back anytime soon. Waited in the drive through for 10 minutes for it as well. Feeling rather ripped off. 1st time experience there as too.

Kneaders has a good lunch menu and all the breads and bakery items are fresh-baked on site and are great. They have a very good assortment of cookies and pastries. I stop frequently for office treats.

Food is great! Location is great. How they manage their line is horrible. You have to either stand outside in the inclement weather to get through the line, or weave through tightly positioned tables - not comfortable for those standing in line or those eating in those areas. The dining area is one door away from the outside, so whenever anyone opens the door the freezing cold washes over all the patrons. They need a better system for managing delivery of food orders. While it's really nice that they bring your food to the table, they call out a name again and again as they walk around the dining area. This isn't really conducive to having a nice conversation with those you are dining with. I would prefer a numbering system or something. While it's not as personal, its more professional.

If you go here for desserts, you're golden. However, I decided to go here for dinner and was sorely disappointed. My boyfriend ordered the chicken pesto pannini and I ordered the Reuben pannini. After ordering, they came out and let me know they were out of saurkraut. It was later in the evening (almost 8pm), so I can understand being out of ingredients. I changed my sandwich to the same as my boyfriend's and everything was good. We got our orders pretty quickly which was really nice. Sadly, our panninis were soggy. The pesto was nowhere to be found and the chicken was flavorless. Overall, it was really underwhelming and I likely won't be back.

Nice place and location , but front counter sucks couldn’t get the order right and didn’t bother you ask questions, ordered hot chocolate with no milk both time cashier got it wrong. Idk what problem is my wife is lactose so she ended up pretty bad after the hot chocolate.

Food is decent. The wait times are always insane- we ordered two cups of soup and a slice of bread at 8:30pm and waited 15 minutes?! There wasn't anyone else in the restaurant!! This used to be a great little place, but it's tanked. I used to work here- we had to make sandwiches in less than 30 seconds. Apparently that training isn't happening anymore.

When I walked in, baby in tow by myself and saw a line I was nervous it was going to be a wait. It was my first time ever going in so I didn't know what ro expect but I was pleasantly surprised. The line moved fast and efficient. The menu was easy to read and understand. I placed my order and found a spot to sit and then they brought my food out to me. I got the chicken salad sandwich on a croissant. It was delicious! I definitely recommend going!

Staff was inconsiderate. I asked for no onions and they still put the onions on my sandwich. It was slapped together really bad, cheese smelled horrible and was hard, and avocado slices were so thin there were hardly any on the sandwich. I was ignored at first by one employee, she just walked right past me and went into a back room. When she finally came out, she came over to me as well as another employee. I asked them if I could get some better slices of avocado. They both looked at me so mean, I asked “is that okay?” they proceeded to tell me usually there is a charge for extra avocado. I didn’t want extra, just as much as they usually put on the sandwich. One employee handed me a cup with some spoiled avocado in it. Black and brown spots on them, it looked disgusting. I left the avocado and onion for them. I will never come back to this location. The staff was inconsiderate and the facility smelled like a sour mop. I have never been treated so badly before as at this location. The staff needs customer service training!!!!!!

Horrible experience - this is a low service and quality spot. The capuchino was like drinking milk. The pastery - citrus scone was cold. When asked to heat they offered to heat it up in a disposable plastic plate. They have no regular plates. Service was lacking a basic will to assist. Go for a good coffee somewhere else.

Got the french toast and was not disappointed, thick slices of toast served with hot syrup and butter and strawberries. I always liked kneaders for their sandwiches, but they can throw a really good breakfast too. Also the city creek location just has a cool atmosphere and nice overview of the mall.

I have been to multiple Kneaders in ID and UT. I give Kneaders a 5-star but this location struggles which is disappointing. I wish things got cleaned up because it's just down from where I work and where I live! I don't know if it's managed differently or what but for some reason things don't run as smooth here. Wait times seem long. Other customers seemed effected by waiting. Hope to see them improve because I love the food!

I enjoy this place but have noticed their attention to presentation and cleanliness has been lacking. Their pastry case is disorganized and not does not give an appealing appearance. I have been to Kneader's in Arizona and Utah and this one is subpar.

Yummy! The all you can eat French toast is a family favorite. The ambience is great — the goods they sell are fun — the seating is always a little uncomfortable for me (no cushions) and I’m always a little cold in there, but that’s the general style of this kind of restaurant and I just bring a sweater to keep me warm. Good food, but not so good customer service. I went in with my dad and we didn't really know what we wanted as he have never been there before, instead of the staff being courteous and explaining the items on the menu she rushed us to make a decision. She could have been more out going and say "Do you have questions?" Or, hell she can just start explaining the menu to us. She however acted more annoyed that we didn't know what we wanted. These small emotional connections with your customers can make your business more money, sadly most stores like this fail.

I wish this was available in Tennessee! I was traveling through in a group of 5 people. We all got different things and shared them. Like all restaurants, there are great things and meh things. I got the chicken salad. It. Was. Awesome! I’d never had water chestnuts in chicken salad. Maybe that is a regional thing, but it blew my food mind! The other food wasn’t bad, by far, but it wasn’t as good as the chicken salad. The smoothies were great as well!

Kneaders has excellent food! I always love what I get here. Their Turkey Bacon Avocado sandwich and the cannoli are out of this world good! I gave 4 stars only because one time i ordered a fruit platter from here for a meeting and there were a couple of moldy strawberries on it and there is such limited seating in the restaurant it can be hard to find a place to sit. The staff is always friendly and I just love their food!

I love this place so much- I'd eat there every day if I could! The food is incredible, and the bread and desserts are divine. But if you plan to use the drive-thru, be prepared to spend a good twenty minutes there, if there are any other cars in line. Is it worth it though? I give it an enthusiastic yes!

We were very dissatisfied. We had chosen to go to this kneaders for smoothies and cinnamon rolls. They had neither. We settled for French toast because it was so delicious when we were in Layton. We were sorely disappointed to find this location serves a very lackluster dry version of what they try to pass off as French toast. Where are the strawberries and the yummy cinnamon sauce. I would still go to the one in Layton, but City Creek needs help.

Just an amazing restaurant! Mother's day french toast on Saturday is the best gift you could give your wife! We love everything here. The turkey bacon avocado sandwich is second to nothing. I am so disappointed with the Meridian Kneaders. The food and service have been sub-par the 2 times I've tried it. Today not only did they struggle to give correct change back, my drink was only 2/3 full, there was barely any turkey on my salad, they gave me the wrong kind of chips, and they forgot my bread! I love the Kneaders in Idaho Falls and used to eat there frequently. Sadly, I don't know that I'll ever go back to the Meridian location.

My friend and I went for lunch and ordered a couple of sandwiches both were caked in Mayonnaise and thrown together with old soggy ingredients. Every time I've been here I've had exceptional service and the food is always delicious, with the exception of this evening. I went through the drive through at 9pm, and ordered a sandwich, a salad, and soup. I ordered the chicken tortilla soup and was excited to get home and try it. Upon opening the soup, I immediately noticed that it had completely reduced down into a very thick pasty consistency instead of having a delicious liquid broth with fresh ingredients in it. The flavor was overwhelmed by an intense scorched flavor, and is very unlike the quality of foods I've had here before. I'll also be calling to be sure they're aware of what happened to ensure it doesn't happen again.

This has been my favorite place to take my children, sibblings, nieces and nephews and their friends to eat on fun or special outings when I come to Utah for 12 years now. Yesterday was such a big disappointment when I took my new daughter-in-law for our special day out together in Salt Lake City while our husbands went hiking and to priesthood session. I had ordered the turkey artichoke sandwitch and she had ordered the chicken pesto sandwhich at 2:45 order no 294849 cashier 292 long after any rush. My sandwich looked like it was made and tasted like it was made hours previously and just retoasted. The top of the ciabatta bread with cheese on top was so hard and almost burnt looking (dark brown but no black) that I couldn't eat it. When I took off the top it revealed nothing fresh. My daughter-in-law's didn't look much better although her bread wasn't as dark brown as mine. I didn't get up to complain because I know she doesn't like confrontation and I think that's the real reason she didn't complain about her sandwhich. We had a great day together, but this took away from the memory. I can't wait till I forget about this part of our day. Kneaders will not be part of my outings with family and friends in the future.

Today I enjoyed my first lunch at Kneaders-I usually get breakfast or just stop in for a treat! I ordered the Bacon Avocado on focaccia bread and it was delicious. The bread tasted freshly baked-it was still spongy and not dried out. I loved the sauce and this sandwich was very filling. Another favorite was the fact they have caffeine free Diet Coke and pebble ice-I WILL BE BACK!!!

My wife and I thought we’d give this place a second chance even though our first visit did not meet the good reviews. Always give second chances in life. Well, to start off, BOTH bathrooms had no soap. Long line to order with one cashier. Coffee lukewarm. Sandwich was not made to order, in fact, I don’t think they even bothered to read what was supposed to be on the sandwich. Tables and floor were dirty again. Waited to ask for a bag to go and was ignored by the MGR 2ft in front of me. Safe to say Kneaders won’t be getting our money again. If you want bread, light sandwich’s, soup and coffee, I’d stick with Panera. Their not that great either but definitely better than Kneaders.

Normally I love kneaders, great food, some of my favorite. But I've had two really bad experiences there in the last few week and today took the cake. I went through the drive through on my lunch break and order the raspberry chicken walnut salad and a cup of cream of broccoli soup. Kneaders is kind of out of the way for me but I figured it would be worth it. Got back to my office, ravenous, opened up my salad and there was no dressing, cheese, croutons or walnuts on it. Chicken, raspberries and onions on a bed of dry spinach. I thought at least the soup will be hot and delicious. It was luke warm and should have been renamed broccoli with some milky water. So I called kneaders and asked to speak with a Manager. A man named Todd identified himself as the manager so I told him my complaint. I said I didn't expect him to do anything about it but I wanted him to know that I was really disappointed in the service I had received. His response "Yep. Glad I'm the night manager. Bye." And then he hung up. I think it's easy to say I won't be going back ever again even though it's been on of my favorite places for years up until this.

(including the bread of an item the server recommended to us) Also the price was a little higher than it was worth for me by not by too much. We've always heard great things about their French Toast but that's only available in the mornings which seemed odd but that's not necessarily a reason to dock them. Again the food was good but the service and the fact that were just out of certain things (with no advanced warning) was disappointing.

Service here was amazing, our waiter and everyone else to attended to us was very friendly and attentive. They made the experience great. I ordered the Michigan has with over easy eggs and a side of toast. I love potatoes and we all know that (if you didn't, well now you do!) but I enjoyed the toast so much more because their homemade strawberry jam is sooooooo gooooooddddd! Hence, why I took a separate picture of my almost gone toast. The hash was really good too, it consist of a lot of veggies and sausages. To me it was cooked to perfection, I loved every bite and was really sad that I couldn't finish the whole plate. This place gets really busy, so sometimes the wait is a bit long but to me it's worth it for the food and service. I always go on the weekend, so I'm not sure what it's like on a weekday. Hopefully, not as crazy so you don't have to wait too long.

Seems like mass produced products not like homemade (like Great Harvest). I had a cinnamon roll (only because they were out of bread pudding) and OJ. I will have to come back and try a sandwich. I like that they donate day olds to charity. I didn’t see any Gluten free or Organic or vegan options. Everything is served in plastic or disposable even though if stay plastic utensils as well.

I've always loved Kneader's salads, especially the turkey bacon avocado. They had always been freshly prepared and delicious. However, yesterday's lunch was a big disappointment. I noticed they raised their prices, so naturally you still expect the same quality... Instead, my friend and I received sad, pre-made salads in plastic packages. Every ingredient was soggy and the avocado slices were brown. Totally gross. We picked at them and threw most of them away. :(

The rating was is more for the food than customer service. Between my group we had the Reuban (a little too greasy for me but overall still good), chocolate mousse cake (DELICIOUS), chicken salad sandwich and the sausage kale soup (both very good). The food overall was delicious and worth coming back for. Maybe it was because it was the end of the night, but my food came after 2 people in my party and 3 other people from other tables (all ordered after me). Then my friends food was brought in a togo box and was informed they were out of plates. The server that brought mine to go just stated they always box up food when its close to closing time. Ok, not a problem, but the table behind us received their food in a basket/plate (can't remember) and they received their plates after us. Anyway, not to nitpick. Food was great, but don't go after 9.

I normally love Kneaders I used to frequent them when I lived in Utah, I was excited when I first found out that one was here. I went to visit a few days ago and was very disappointed. When I went to sit down every single table I went to was dirty, there were mayonnaise hand prints on the windows and the bathrooms needed some attention. I love kneaders normally because they have a welcoming, homey, and CLEAN feeling when I visit. This particular location, I'm sad to say, did not have that.

It’s a great place to get super fresh and tasty salads, soups and/or desserts. My most favorite salad is their Turkey Cranberry Sunflower Salad with Sweet Poppyseed dressing. I just love that!!! That day I ordered from their salad and soup combo menu, so had the Roasted Red Pepper & Gouda soup with my salad. Yum!!

Went to Kneaders at the City Creek Mall and got the Chicken Pesto Panini! It comes with a pickle, bag of parmesan chips, and I got a regular drink! I wish there were more chips but my meal was still satisfying! The store wasn't that busy Saturday afternoon. The service was friendly and quick (wait was less than 5 mins) and they have pebble ice (plus!). Went around the mall and saw a lot of nice places to eat around the mall!

Worst eating out experience I have had in a long time. Every aspect was disappointing. Waited 15 minutes in line to have my order taken. After I had ordered and paid, the cashier then said "it will be 25 minutes before we can get you food. is that ok?" The 25 minute estimate was closer to an hour. Once the food came it was cold. I had a French dip sandwich with only one thin slice of meat in it. The restaurant was filthy with garbage piled everywhere. They even ran out of salt. How does a restaurant run out of salt? I tried to bring up my complaints to the manager and I was met with the comment, "you got your food, what are you complaining about?" In the end our evening was ruined because of our choice to eat at Kneaders. It was suppose to be a quick dinner and then time spent looking at Christmas lights. We had to skip the lights and try to get back to frontrunner to catch our train home, only to miss it because of the time spent waiting for dinner.

Today I sat in the drive thru and wasn’t helped so I came inside, the employee at the register admitted they’d been having issues with the system outside and he bought my meal! Best customer service. So honestly this place fluctuates like its nobodies business which is why I cant give it 5 stars because each time we go it's different. I di enjoy their food especially their pie and I just tried a panini tonight which was great. Their breakfast is subpar though compared to the Panera that is literally right across the road. I haven't tried the coffee or smoothies yet but one day I would like to because they have a great selection. If they could consistently have great service and offered more pies (I went tonight at 6:30 which is still considered dinner and they had only 2 out) this would easily change to 5 stars.

Yum! Delicious pastries, soups, and sandwiches. If you are going for coffee, you should know that they don't refill the carafe at the end of the day. It was about two hours until close and I asked about half and half and was told they were out for the day. About an hour from close I went to get a refill on coffee and it was all cleared away.

Once upon a time Kneaders had great food and was my go to restraunt for everything. Now they can't get an order right to save their lives, and they charge 10.00 for a salads that have if your lucky a pitch full turkey. I got home with my order and had no cheese on my sandwiches, did not get the side of bread that came with all my the salads I ordered, my salads have a whole head of lettuce and Not even a fourth cup of turkey. Never again will I go here to eat. I will not pay 10 dollars for a head of lettuce when I can go to the store and buy one for one dollar.

So disappointed eating here..I ordered the Chicken salad Sandwich however I asked for a different bread than a croissant. My sandwich had maybe a quarter cup of Chicken Salad on it. When I asked for enough to at least cover the bread I was told it would 2 dollars more..Seriously my sandwich was already 6.59...so I paid 2 dollars to cover my bread..And then they said Chicken Salad Sandwich comes with another Salad..so I asked can I substitute the salad for chips?? YEP for .99 more..Wow!! So my total for a sandwich and chips and a Drink...$12.05...I cant even Make this up!! Never coming Back.. Let me start by saying this is my first bad review ever..... I’ve been eating here for years and slowly watched it decline over the past year or so. 3/4 of my last attempts eating there have consisted of them being out of more than one item on the menu. Which is fine to some extent. However the kids working never seem to be too eager to offer you alternative options on the menu. One of the times the kid literally told me “ sorry were out of the turkey bacon avocado sandwich... have a good night”. Literally shooed me away. I actually to reverse out of the drive through. I was in shock he didn’t offer or suggest something else on the menu... Earlier this year I ordered a sandwich with a side of potato salad. When I got home and opened the bag I found nothing but a giant bowl of potato salad.... I can justify higher priced food within reason. But I can’t justify it with poor customer service from unskilled workers and a restaurant that always seems to be out of items on the menu.

I love this place. The inly reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars is because it is super pricey. My favorite sandwhich is the chicken, ham, and cheese on Ciabatta Bread. The cinnamon rolls are only $3 and are delicious. The all ypu can eat french toast is also a good breakfast pption. The french toast is super sweet, and tastes more like a dessert that breakfast. I’ve ate here a few times and the food is either really good or really bad depending on who is working. But today I was so unimpressed with the way the girl working was treating her employees. I don’t know if she was a manager or what, but wow. The way she was speaking to her coworkers and rolling her eyes made me want to scream. You should never treat your employees that way. Then, a girl came to the counter to ask for her purse that was left there and before she was even done speaking the girl working just walked away not communicating whether or not she was going to look for it or not. I get it, we all have bad days. But you should really learn how to treat people. After this interaction, I never want to come back.

Ordered online. When I went to pick it up, they couldn't find my order. Luckily I had a printout of it with me (which I took because of previous ordering issues at this location). So she handed me a sack with a salad in it. I said: I had a lot more than that. She looks at my receipt, proceeds to get the other items (I had to remind her about the bread), asked me what size of apple juice I wanted (I told her whatever was supposed to come with the combo meal because apparently it's my job to know this), and then had to choose a different dessert since they were out of the one I ordered. I was a little annoyed, but still not that annoyed. At this point as she handed me the order with quite a bit of attitude, as if I were putting her out by wanting all of the items I'd paid for. I thanked her, she grunted and turned away. I get back to my office, and the first thing I see is that they put onions on the salad even though I'd asked for none. Okay, still not that big of a deal - they're easy enough to pick off. Then I see there's ranch dressing. What? I didn't change the dressing selection ... and then realized it was the wrong salad. It was a turkey bacon avocado salad, with someone else's name on it, and not the turkey cranberry salad I ordered. Now I'm definitely frustrated as I don't have time to go back and get the correct salad, and I don't care for avocado, bacon, or for ranch dressing. So basically I have $8 worth of lettuce and a little turkey. And I guarantee someone else is also frustrated as she got my salad - although maybe she also got all of the extras I'd paid for (soup, chips, drink, dessert) because those would be listed on the correct receipt with the correct salad. So maybe she thinks she scored, even if she did get the wrong salad! This location really needs to fix their ordering issues, and their attitude toward customers. Usually Kneaders is one of my favorite places to eat. Luckily the one near my house is much better than this one.

I've never had a great experience here; the food is fine but overpriced and rarely seems fresh. That said, it's a nice location that is always busy but doesn't feel too crowded. The all-you-can-eat Sunday morning french toast is definitely worth trying! Otherwise, I think you'd be better off (in terms of price, portion, and service) at a Zupa's, coffee shop, or diner.

I really enjoyed the time Ruben and the Chicken Pesto sandwich, both are hot sandwiches and of a decent size. The sandwich are prepared fresh to order, and come with some potato chips. The baked goods are quite good and a nice compliment to the sandwich, I have yet to pick a treat that hasn't been a winner.

Went here last week and ordered there french dip. It was served fairly fast, i should have returned it but we were in a hurry. There was only two very thin slices of meat inside the bun. No meat was hanging out over the edge. I should have taken a picture. I won't eat a sandwich here again.

The food is good and service is friendly, my wife and I chose to eat here for lunch for our return trip after an anniversary celebration. Unfortunately, we didn't realize that the chicken salad sandwich included WALNUTS! (My wife's allergic) - nothing super serious but she gets blisters in her mouth - I offered to trade her meals which she accepted but she found herself to be a little put off by the large chunks of turkey on my turkey bacon avocado sandwich and I saw the yearning in her eyes for that yummy chicken salad sandwich so, I spent the better part of lunch, painstakingly plucking tiny bits of nuts from the mixture so she could avoid the side effects of her allergy. This ironically isn't why I only give it 4 stars, I thought the price was a little high for a place that looks like a taco Bell use to own the building...

The food was great but they forgot to give us one of our 6 pastries and then one of the others they did give was not the one we ordered (we ordered 6 using the Buy 5, Get 1 Free). Considering it was the two pastries that we had originally wanted, saying we're disappointed is putting it lightly. It's not the end of world, though, and the food tasted amazing. If there were more vegetarian options and if I hadn't faced the dessert fiasco, I would definitely consider this place for one of my new go-to joints.

We have been to this Kneaders often. Yesterday afternoon around 4:30PM we went for an early evening meal. As always, the food was excellent. However, the store was just plain dirty, nearly to the point of my wanting to leave. All floor surfaces were littered with trash and crumbs. The area around the drink dispenser was dirty. The lemon and lime wedges were dried out. Our bench seating was dirty as well. Where is the manager?

Has gone downhill quite aways since opening, everything was nice and fresh made and excellent. But now anything hot is just microwaved, so after a few minutes whatever you ordered turns chewy and soggy at the same time. The best thing to get would be the turkey bacon avocado as long as it is made by higher lifeforms. The bag of bread ends for four bucks is sometimes nice to get if you're a carboholic like me. Still the only place I've seen diet caffeine free coke on a fountain dispenser.

They hand one small bag to the car in front, then wait another 10 min at the window for a smoothie. 45 min wait in a drive thru is not acceptable. Wow wow wow had to come back and edit, sat there for 15 min for them to tell me they didn’t have what I ordered. What a joke. I have always loved Kneaders. I live in Nampa so it is a bit of a drive for me to go pick up some dinner. In the past I haven't been sorry about that choice. Well I went there Thursday May 2nd, 2019. 2 sandwiches 6 eclairs 36 bucks and change. My favorite sandwich has always been the turkey, bacon, avacodo... Well well. Finally got home in the horrible traffic because I decided I really wanted the sandwich from Kneaders. There was enough turkey on it to cover HALF the sandwich, limp tomatoes and NO AVACODO! So I am very very dissatisfied. $8.50 for a sandwich that was not even right and didn't even have enough meat on it for a whole sandwich... I think I will skip the trip from Nampa to go to Kneaders because they have gone way downhill on quality!!

We ate here on Valentine's Day. It wasn't very busy. We waited for someone to wait on us, finally the guy in the kitchen came out to take care of us. He was very friendly. We went to our table and the girl that brought the food basically just set it on the table and left. No smile, words or eye contact. Maybe she was having a bad day. The soup and bread was good, I ordered a lemon bar for dessert. The lemon filing was the same texture as a gummy fruit snack. I couldn't eat it. I've eaten at Kneaders before and loved it, but this one was a disappointment.

The service is insanely slow, I can't think of a place that is this consistantly bad. I just want a loaf of bread! I can see it, just hand me a loaf of bread. Don't make me wait 10mins or longer. This happens over and over again.

My favorite place for a good sandwich at lunchtime, and the desserts are fabulous! The sandwich is huge, so a half is usually plenty for me, the brownies are delicious but they're very very sweet, so be cautious!

This is a bakery/craft store that is unique and fun in it's offerings. The food there is absolutely delicious! This is a top notch bakery, and you can tell that everything is made with the best ingredients. They also have french toast served there in the morning which is my families favorites. It comes served with cut up strawberries, real cream, and a caramelized syrup. I like to eat breakfast, but I can barely make it through two pieces of bread because it is so filling. The food there taste great and is simply the best. Take it from a local, this is the best bakery in town.

Hands down, I just finished the best Raspberry Bread Pudding ever made. This from Kneaders Bakery & Cafe near Lowes on Eagle Rd. I had take -out, ordering a French dip and the Pudding, and oh, my, FIVE STARS it is. The French Dip beef was served on a baguette about 6" in length, cut in half (thank you) and came with what I believe is the deciding factor to any good French Dip, the Au Jus, that magical breaking point of winning or losing when it comes to any French Dip -- it's Au Jus. This Au Jus (wearing a halo I do believe) had to be a full cup or more capped in a large soup container, piping hot and simply bursting with heavily flavored, perfectly seasoned and thus balanced, Au Jus. (Are you hearing the Angels sing?) The sandwich -- well, the sandwich. Something was tough. The bread? Well, can't blame a baguette for being a little chewy. The beef? Oh, just the right amount and not stringy. but... a little tough? But the provolone cheese? Ahhh. Perfect melty-ness of freshly aged (!) fresh, mild, soothing, bitey provolone, a "well-nose" cheese. Yes. ALL for $10 give or take. ---And just think. This morning at about 3:am, I'll have the rest of my Raspberry Bread Pudding to nestle into. Yes. Five stars hath Kneading Bakery & Cafe earned. Kudo's.

My favorite breakfast here is just a roasted croissant with ham and swiss melted in the middle. Delicious! I never leave without a Mexican spice frozen hot chocolate, but we also love their smoothies, particularly the pink Pina colada. For lunch, try their salads, they are heavenly with all the amazing toppings they offer! Oh and don't forget the roasted red pepper and Gouda soup... So dang good!

Person taking order seemed quite annoyed with a relatively small to normal size order. Then tried to give us cold soup and asked in a very abrupt way if we were about to eat it, then spent the next 10 minutes gone away from the window while other cars got trapt behind us.

Normally good food but this week I visited and the food was not good they put onions which I'm allergic to and told them no onions so they just took the onions off the bread leaving a big hole in the middle of the chicken pesto Panini, the employee was very rude about the situation then they gave me just potato chip pieces that were completely broken and not edible so I will visit another location just not the one in city creek again

Store was dirty lobby and tables, staff was not welcoming to new costumers, didn’t give us menus or explain the combos. Got combos and one of us got chips, the other a salad, and tart. Guess there were choices but staff made the choice for us. They had samples out but staff could not tell us what the dip was told “I didn’t make it, I don’t know what kind it is,”, according to Alexis. So we didn’t buy any.

I just ate the unlimited french toast for $5.95! They served it with a delicious Carmel sauce. What an amazing deal! They also have delicious pastries, breads, sandwiches, soups, desserts, and everything seems to be made fresh the same day. Would totally recommend this place to others.

Kneaders is still one of my favorite bakeries. But that particular location doesn't have any restrooms within the restaurant or even on the same level of the mall that it's connected to. Rather, you have to go to an entirely different level - it was more hike and scavenger hunt than I had hoped.

The soup and bread bowl were fairly good. I had to get broccoli because they were out of potato. They didn't list clam chowder as an option. I don't understand how you can have bread bowls, but no clam chowder? It's like having french fries, but no ketchup. The girl cashiers were quiet and hard to understand. Nary a smile. When I went back to buy something else, they chatted amongst themselves for a good bit before coming to take my order. They had to finish their conversation and weren't in any hurry. They seem to have forgotten why they're there. It's pretty basic to just say "have a great day", but it seemed lost on both of them. I'm a cashier and do my damnest to give good customer service and be pleasant. I've made a career of it, so it gets under my skin when people can't even get the basics right.

The restaurant was dirty, from the eating area to the bathrooms. I can't imagine what the kitchen looks like. The breakfast sandwiches we got were extremely greasy. It tasted like the cooking surface had not been cleaned in a while or between orders. Yuck. Won't be going back. At least they fried their own egg.

I come in with my client to eat. She loves this "Mormon" store. I don't know if its actually Mormon but that what she calls it. The girl working the register was so patient and kind, and even remembered that my client needs soup in a drinking cup because its hard for her to eat it otherwise. With my day being so hectic and to have her remember that was wonderful! Seriously kudos to her.
