I have posted on Paris Bakery before, but will gladly do so again. I make it a point to visit them every time I make it to Paris, both because of their baked goods and their wonderful, unique meals. I had heard they had moved and was concerned they had lost the lovely atmosphere I enjoyed, but their new location retained that feeling and allows more to enjoy it. They will see me again next trip.

Very limited lunch menu with a few types of specialty sandwiches, a salad, and a soup of the day. But they do it well. The emphasis is on the coffee and baked goods. If you know what to expect, it's a good meal. The tomato soup was excellent.

My husband and I are vegetarians and just stopped by while passing through. We saw the place had great reviews. Don't let the run down look detour you. The oven roasted eggplant sandwich was amazing along with the chair latte. A great find.

Coffee beans roasted and brewed to perfection will treat your tastebuds with an EXCELLENT drink of choice. Hubby and I drank black coffee... no frills, just fabulous coffee. On top of that a superb scone accompanied our drink. Way better products than the cross town coffee joint. We will return.

8 their "Margherita" pizza: housemade tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella & (most important of all) basil. Simple. Elegant. Tonight's desserts - chocolate pie & tiramisu. Fancy coffee drinks available or bottled/canned drinks. There were couples & families. Lively conversation. Historic high, molded ceilings. Beautiful & cool. Vintage prints & wall decor. Came on a cold (33℉) evening. They DO have outside courtyard dining & in warmer times, live music. Daily cook mouthwatering desserts & bread for sale. Good wifi. ツ Definitely going back.

Paris Bakery must have a gravitational pull. We are incapable of passing through the area without touching down for some of their delicious coffee and baked goods. If you're stopping by for more than just a loaf of bread, try one of their sandwiches! They're delicious and made with the bakery's own bread.

Today was first visit to the new location of Paris Bakery. The food was good, however the noise is incredibly loud. For anyone that has hearing difficulties it is a miserable experience. Please make some changes, a few rugs or some car[pets framed as wall hangings are inexpensive and easy fixes.

Stopped for a quick cup of coffee after a ride (Tour de Paris). Really good iced coffee and espresso, really friendly service. Fresh baked goods and sandwiches looked great, but unfortunately had already eaten. Picked up a bag of fresh shortbread cookies that were incredible! We will be sure to stop next time we're in town.

The food was tasty! Although everything was already prepared when we got there. I ordered a half sandwich and it was pulled out of a cake stand sitting on the counter. I also ordered mixed greens. They were tasty as well, but again, already prepared in a bowl behind a glass door (think bakery display shelves). They weren't refrigerated, but it was cool enough in the restaurant. I would definitely go back!

This is an amazing place to eat. My mixed greens salad was fresh with just the right amount of dressing to complement it. The soup was light and tasty. The chocolate pie was wonderful. The water was great and that is saying something. A must stop place in Paris TX.

Saturday night house made pizza, small plates, desserts & live music on the patio make it a perfect date night or family outing. The food is amazing, nothing in town compares. Local ingredients, locally roasted coffee, fresh breads, seasonal menu, the BEST carrot cake on the planet!

I ordered the chicken salad sandwich for lunch and had cherry chocolate tart pie for dessert, it was amazing! We took home a loaf of kalamata ciabatta bread home and it was gone in 2 days! Delicious!

Every Saturday night the chef comes up with a special one-time recipe for a pizza. Each of the 4 I have eaten so far tasted so good from the crust to the flavors added. They also serve other items, and have a nice quaint place to eat.

It's pretty good, sort of unusual, liberal party type food. No bean, cornbread and chicken fried steak here. Man buns and tree hugger sort of place. $11+ for a little sandwich and a cup of soup. But it taste good.

What I love about the Paris Bakery is that the kitchen staff produces food that is consistently wonderful... When you eat the dishes that the Paris Bakery prepares - you understand that someone was paying strict attention to the outcome of your meal. I highly recommend their 'Saturday Night Pizza'. It's the best pizza in town!
