Great privately owned cafe. Currently it serves lunchtime only, but the food is excellent. You can choose from soups, salads, sandwiches and excellent dessert (pies and cakes). Highly recommend this place for a nice lunch with friends or even alone. The staff is extremely friendly and more than willing to help make recommendations.

First time visiting Lucy's. The decor is nice, modern meets retro. The menu is simple, which I prefer, as it's much easier to decide among 20 items than 50. We seated ourselves, and a waitress was taking our drink orders within a minute. She returned with our drinks within a couple of minutes, and we were ready to order. I had crawfish pie, and my friend had loaded crepes. Both are served with a side salad.It took no more than 10 minutes to have our food, and it was delicious! The crust of my crawfish pie was flaky and perfectly cooked, and the crawfish filling was outstanding. I tried a bite of the loaded crepes, and it was rich, creamy deliciousness. My friend ordered a slice of chocolate cake for dessert, and it was plenty big enough for two. I looked over the dessert counter, and saw many scrumptious offerings, such as chocolate chip cookies, fudge caramel cheesecake, and pies. Overall very enjoyable experience, and will definitely return!

The food is pretty pricey but good. The strawberry pie is the best I've ever had. The service not so much. I've been twice and got the same waitress both times and she doesn't bring what you ask for and never comes back around. She forgets everything.

This is such a yummy treat of a place. Sweet and luxe. The best lunch around and you can't beat the dessert! Service is fast and courteous. We always feel welcome. Excellent for a coffee or tea and girl talk! There is even a lounge area. Hubby actually suggests we visit on occasion.

The tomato soup is killer!! I would give 5 stars but the sandwiches are small compared to the price. I've tried the pecan pie - it was OK - and a chocolate creme cake - didn't care for it - but I usually go in for lunch. Really though, you can't go wrong with the tomato soup.

Simply the best... Gourmet grilled cheese sandwich you will ever taste. Try the half-size sandwich with cup of soup combo (taco soup is my fav) if you want to have room left for a piece of their famous Chocolate Candy Cake. Cozy cafe vibe with super friendly and fast service. Great place to meet clients for lunch or if you are dining alone, just belly-up to the lunch bar for great service (they always keep your ice tea glass full). I love Lucy's!

My first experience at Lucy's. I was recommended to get the chicken crepes loaded. They were phenomenal, with a simple side salad. Everything was wonderful, including the service. Recommend going there, definitely. With three other people and everyone enjoyed their meals.

Really like this place. Recently my office moved from BMT to Orange. Needless to say there is a major drop off when it comes to decent dining options in Orange. When I was introduced to Lucy's I felt as if I had died and went to heaven. Good food and good service.

Great place for lunch! They are only open 11am-2pm Monday-Friday. They do a very brisk business. I usually get the combo of 1/2 sandwich and cup of soup, but they are also known for their Crawfish pie and chicken crepes. I have never had a bad meal there. Save room for dessert! They have several great options. The strawberry pie is delightful!

I highly recommend the Spicy Chicken Sandwich! It was a mild spicy & the chicken was so tender & juicy. Also, our waitress was so kind, she was an older lady & the sweetest! I wish I would have caught her name! Lucy's is just a short 2 minute drive off the i-10. We love it! Clean & wonderful girls all working there!!!
