You will see the opinions of people who use the products and services of Yeast Nashville (Bakery) in Tennessee area.
Nowadays this firm gets a rating of 4.7 stars out of 5 and this score was based on 477 reviews.
As you can read, the average of ratings is practically the top, and it is based on a very high number of feddbacks, so we may be pretty sure that the score is quite credible. If many people have bothered to value when they are satisfied with the business, it works.
You know that we do not usually stop to place evaluations when these are good and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Bakery belongs to the category of Breakfast restaurant.
I stop here after every doc appt in Nashville. They make decaf fresh from a French press and the sweet Kolaches are to die for. I need to get here earlier to try their quiches! They’re out by the time I get here, which obviously means they are good as well! Everyone is very nice as well and answer questions for you!
Perfect stop for coffee and a quick bite
Kolache was fantastic. The chai we had was especially good. The server at the counter was great. Their energy and attitude were examples of a great SIP. The shop was out of sweet pastries, but that’s understandable on a Sunday around 10am. That means next time we are in town we will plan to come a little earlier.
The coffee and service was amazing. I went back day 2 to get a cinnamon roll as they were out in day 1. To my disappointment they were strawberry and cream flavored.
Got the savory muffin and cherry kolache to share, and everyone was really impressed.
Best muffins I ever got
Awesome food
Hello, I was in your bakery last week and you have the best kolaches ever and I'm from Texas. Yep---yall are better that the ones in Texas. Your's are much larger and so fluffy and a lot of fruit. My family tried your cinnamon apple and blueberry kolaches. We also had your fantastic gigantic cinnamon roll. 5 STARS FOR YALL. KEEP UP THE GREAT BAKING---only Czechs can bake this great.
Wonderful food and atmosphere. Highly recommend. Cinnamon rolls are GREAT!!
Very interesting menu. Perfect spot for an early grub.
Great coffee (Drew's Brews) and love the kolaches!
YUM! Never had kolaches before, but let me tell you, I’m a fan now! They are some of the tastiest desserts I’ve had. The bread around the fruit center is not sweet, but paired with that center deliciousness, it is exactly what you want in a pastry. I tried the cinnamon apple and blueberry ones (mainly because they were the only 2 they had left), and I will definitely be a regular customer here from now on.
Go and get one of them kolaches and thank me later
The crustless quiche is amazing and keto friendly
Very tasty. Cinnamon rolls are a specialty!
Fantastic service and the breakfast tacos were the best I’ve ever had! Also loved the kolache and the multi berry bread pudding.
Everything looked amazing but sadly I wasn't hungry when came in. The coffee was tasty though
Unique and delicious! Great service too.
Delicious breakfast
I'm still thinking about how tasty that breakfast pot pie was.
A friend brought me here for a casual breakfast and I was amazed I'd never heard of it before. Great coffee. Great pastries. Their bread and rolls have that great yeasty flavor that you can usually only find if you make your own at home. I highly recommend you grab a fruit kolache and a mocha and watch the morning go by.
Absolutely delicious. The breakfast taco is to die for!
The employees here have a great attitude and the food is delicious. Best quiche I’ve ever had! They’re drip coffee is great too.
I had the breakfast taco this morning and it was the bomb! Who ever made my Taco brought their A game! So good!
Yum, just delicious baked goods and coffee. Great staff a d very helpful. Not much seating and people dont leave when they are finished but that's the only "bad" item to consider.
Delicious little bakery! We almost drove by because it's tucked back into 8th street. It was delicious and the staff was super friendly though!
Awesome!! Unique pastries both sweet and savory! It was very busy on a Saturday morning. There aren’t many tables but the patrons seemed to be getting a lot to go. Prices are reasonable for what you are getting. Some families and some you couples. We had sausage and cheese kolache, cherry kolache, blueberry kolache and a cinnamon roll and all were great! The staff is super friendly and helpful and work VERY hard to make you feel welcome and well served. The kitchen is open so you see all that is going on door to door. Keep up the great work!
Sweet AND Savory
Good pastry, nice service.
ok. I know it's been featured on food network, etc but I was disappointed in the kolaches and the cinnamon roll. they were only ok. not bad but not stellar. the sausages wrapped in dough were good, but again nothing that makes me want to come back. the thing that does make me want to go back and that I did find exceptional, but no one is talking about, was their breakfast casserole. it was a memorable blend of egg and savory additions that I will continue craving.
Pro: all the pastries are great. Sweet but not overpowering, the fruit kolaches pair great with a black coffee. The tacos and meat kolaches are similarly well prepared. The staff is always pleasant and work quickly to get your order filled Con: hours aren't the greatest and they run out fast (easily overcome if you don't mind a wait). The venue is also tiny, so it's best not to come with a large group of you want to sit down and enjoy. Occasionally long lines wrap into the seating area and make the area feel particularly claustrophobic. General information: prices are reasonable in that I've never raised my eyebrow at a bill, parking is easy to come by in an attached lot
Great, quick breakfast items. They could be lunch as well, since they do sell what appoints to pot pies. The kolaches are a warm, yeasty goodness with a touch of sweet wrapped around savory filling.
The sausage kolaches will make your whole day.
The the food was amazing. Cream cheese Danish, Was so good homemade.
This place is outstanding. If you’re a misplaced Texan like me you’ll feel right at home here. Jalapeño sausage kolaches with Meyers Elgin Sausage. My new Nashville favorite.
Best breakfast and pastries period
I came in yesterday for a quick breakfast on the way to work. The kitchen is open, so the guests can see everything. In this case, it wasn’t good for them. The line cook’s station was out of order and it looked like it was their first cooking job. The baker working with them seemed to get frustrated a little after 915am and threw a chef knife all the way across the kitchen. I’ve never been afraid to be in a restaurant until yesterday. I hope there is video footage they can review, because both of those people are in the wrong industry.
Delicious breakfast pastries. I had one of the sweet and one of the savory and they were perfect. I got them warmed up and couldn't have asked for a better start to the day. They are large too, I probably could have stopped at one and been full, but they were so good, I kept going.
Folks from our Texas built this place. Wow, the baked good are giant. It takes a few minutes to get through the line, but no big deal. We had cinnamon rolls, breakfast tacos, etc. Can't even remember. The staff was efficient.
If this photo does not make you a believer then I dont know what will.
I come here for breakfast way to often! The kolaches are always fresh and the coffee is good. I grew up in Texas so I love coming to get this Tex-Czech fair
I talked to a lot of tourist and visitors and I always recommend this place as my number one stop in East Nashville. The cream cheese kolache is everything a breakfast pastry should be! I also really enjoy their Savory options, like the bacon and blue cheese kolache I had this morning. The service is incredible. Every single person in here has a unique personality and I love them all. Aside from the incredible pastries and breakfast tacos, this place makes me feel welcome.
Breakfast tacos were amazing, the pastries were delicious & the service was friendly!
Oh boy...cinnamon rolls as big as my head! Get there early before they sell out! I let my friends finish out the cinnamon rolls and I got the cherry danish. It was fantastic! The cherries were juicy and yummy and the sweet yeastiness is probably one of the best tasting yeast products I have had in a long time! Can't wait to try and hit them up with my kids!
Awesome Kolaches. The Jalapeños, sasuage And cheese is the best.
Delicious little place. Cheese daish best i ever had. Coffee. Mmmmm!!!!
People of color not welcome... Uncomfortable reactions from employees and customers
Love the kolachies here. Very authentic. You can tell the owners are / lived in Texas for a while to nail the kolachies like they did. Friendly staff too.
Haven't tried their kolaches yet (gasp), but their cinnamon rolls are HUGE, would recommend splitting with someone! They're definitely sugary, but if you're in the mood for a cinnamon roll I'd recommend stopping here - and ask for it to be warmed! My friends and I got their breakfast tacos, and for $5 or $6 they were a bit smaller than we expected. Still delicious, but wish they were just a bit bigger.
I love the Kolaches and the sausage..egg..cheese muffin. Gotta get there early because they do sell out of food. I would like them to invest in a toaster oven instead of microwaving the pastries. Toasting is so much better!!!!! I like the creative business sign that says "open" and they flip it around and it says "nope" when the business is closed. Great customer service. Convenient location!!! I live across the sidewalk.
Nice employees, chill atmosphere and great tasting pastries from varieties of kolaches to bread pudding and huge cinnamon buns that's hard for 2 people to finish lol. Great tasting coffee/lattes/cold brews , very fresh all around place.
I found this place while searching for breakfast spots on Google. I was in Nashville for the first time, and I couldn't have found a better breakfast location. I tried their cream cheese Kolaches, the cinnamon roll, bacon breakfast taco and coffee. The cream cheese Kolache was soft, fluffy, and baked to perfection. It was sweet but not too sweet. The cinnamon roll was delicious you can tell they are homemade. Additionally, they offer a few different type of breakfast tacos. I had the bacon and I added their green salsa to it. It was finger licking good. If my friends and I had any room we would have gotten seconds! It was a small location so seating was tight. The wait time was not long at all and it seems like they support local farmers and people in the community. Coffee was good too!!! I will definitely be back on my next visit to Nashville!
Had them in Texas......and these were good chubbies
I got the jalapeno sausage and cheddar kolache, which was great. The roll itself was really amazing, so great bread. 4 stars because the staff could be a tad bit friendlier/upbeat (not that they were unfriendly though) and the decor could use some work: I like the open kitchen, but the kitchen itself is messy-looking (not dirty though) and haphazard which takes away from that experience a bit.
Very good, the cinnamon bun was so soft and tasty just perfect. The Kolaches was awesome! Coffee and latte just great! I will be back!
The kolache are amazing and the staff is all super friendly!
Cozy spot, I had a good Americano and the sausage, cheddar jalapeno kolache and a bite or two of the gigantic cinnamon roll. Definitely worth the stop, it was an easy walk from the Russell and finding two seats was not a problem midmorning on a Monday.
Yeast is phenomenal! Our first visit to the city and we had to seek this place out. The Kolaches are fresh, soft and to die for. The staff is very friendly and willing to answer all questions! Chai lattes were hot and wonderful. Highly recommend making this place a priority stop!
A treasure! I popped in on a Monday and enjoyed a sausage Kolache fresh from the oven and a cold brew. The dough was sweet and soft, with a spIcy, cheesy filling. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. There is a Small seating area, I suggest you arrive as early as possible because they closed a little early Bc the baked goods sold out.
I love this little place every time I go in to Nashville I go and get a quick breakfast ❣️
Nice place for try little bit of everything, coffee's, snacks, food and sweets.
I've been searching for a place that has decent kolaches since moving to Tennessee from Houston. I've found THE place when my wife found Yeast Nashville. We live in Clarksville, but will sometimes plan a day in Nashville JUST so we can get kolaches here.
Always delicious and great service. Perfect food to fuel up after a long bicycle ride!
Tucked in a strip mall in East Nashville, Yeast Nashville makes Czech style sweet and savory kolache. This place should be on a top 10 places to have breakfast in Nashville! Different and tasty food with a fun, fast, friendly atmosphere. Loved it! Request: please consider using recyclable products. Lots of waste that is going to end up in landfills.
Fast and wonderful service. Great foods and tea.
Service was great, food was delicious.
Go to try tex-czech, that's unique stuff.
This place had insanely great cinnamon buns. Great atmosphere. Cool place to hand out at during breakfast.
Great places to get rolls and honey rolls yeast how to make biscuits you name it
Long line, but it moves quick. I got the jalapeno sausage kolache and it was delicous.
Never heard of a Kolaches before heading to Yeast. It was awesome now I'm ruined don't know where I'm going to find them in Jersey.
Great food but a little pricey. I would come back. The cinnamon roll was delicious
This place is my Go-To!! All the employees are amazing and kind! They take care of your coffee, Kolache, & Breakfast Taco needs! 10/10 recommend!!! They are all on top of it, sometimes a wait but that’s just because they are purely amazing. So worth it!!
The Kolaches are great...the pastry is very sweet. Regarding the savory options, a touch more of filling in combination with the sausage couldn't hurt. We weren't fortunate enough to time the breakfast tacos right...but we'll try again, they're a small kitchen trying to meet a LARGE demand. Get there early and enjoy. The staff are friendly and they also have Cholula which is greatly appreciated.
Delicious selection of breakfast pastries and breakfast tacos. Definitely a must in east Nashville. The seating area is small, but we ve always been able to find a space.
Huge cinnamon rolls that are soft baked and delicious. Not overbaked and hard!
Amazing kolaches
Amazing menu of fresh out the oven breakfastseseses! Coffee was great too.
This place brings me back to home while I’m in Nashville. Everything is tasty and delicious.
We arrived early on a Sunday morning before a Titans game. The line was out the door. It moved quickly, but they were already out of a lot of flavors. I had a sausage jalapeno kolache. Superb.
We found this gem by chance, don't miss out!
Wow! Excellent food at a good price
It was good but they run out of cinnamon buns to fast
By far my favorite breakfast bakery in all of Nashville. Everything I have had here is amazing from the Tex-Czech sausage and cheese kolaches to their "above average cinnamon roll (which are are way above average!). Absolutely worth a visit!
Always has good coffee and the kolaches are excellent
You doesn't love Yeast Nashville? If you haven't been, go. You won't be disappointed. Friendly staff and great kolaches. If your from Texas, this is the real deal.
Some of the best coffee ever and hands down the best cinnamon rolls anywhere. The kolaches we tried were all really good as well and the people are super nice! This needs to be a stop if you're in the area.
Love love loveeeeee this place! If you’re going expecting 100% Czech/Slovak kolaches, you’ll be disappointed. But if your open minded about an American twist on this classic Eastern European pastry you will LOVE it.
The koloches and breakfast tacos are very good! The interior is very welcoming. We will definitely be back.
Very nice people and great service. Food and coffee are great too! Great experience over all.
Came to Nashville to party and stumbled across this place while super hung over. The food saved my life.
Great bakery with good coffee and fresh baked kolaches all morning. Very accommodating, as my wife asked for an icing-free cinnamon roll and they had some.
My absolute favorite place to grab breakfast in all of Nashville
I'm a Texan currently living in the northeast, in Nashville for the weekend. You have no idea how good it feels to eat sausage, jalapeno and cheese kolaches again. Also, fantastic music selection. Keep on keepin' on, dudes.
Great food! The pastries we're light and tasty, would definitely go back again if we lived here!
Perfectly fluffy buttery dough supporting fresh and interesting homemade fillings. Makes you wonder why we only have a couple different danish fillings everywhere else.
Very quaint little place. Kolache is awesome. Breakfast pot pies and breakfast tacos are awesome too! Fast and friendly service as well. Good coffee! Highly recommend
Great food. You need to be here really early because all items are baked on premises and have limited quantities.
My family and I love Yeast Nashville and are so glad to have it close by! Friendly service and delicious food. I love the kolaches of course but the breakfast tacos are also superb!
Friendly people and delicious breakfast goodies. I'm from Texas and think these kolaches might be the best I've had. Also the best breakfast taco on the Eastside, Wednesday through Sunday.
Pretty close to what we have in Texas!
First sign of a good eatery is a line of cop cars at meal time. I pretty much like every single thing they have and like seeing new specials. My usual is a savory kolache or a taco, and if i'm with someone we'll split a huge cinnamon bun. I like that it's not that overly sweet shopping mall variety. Great staff too!
Tejano sausage Taco was awesome, and the Cinnamon Roll was heavenly. What a neat place
Kolaches are perfect!
"Everything good rises in the east" A true statement for this bakery and café in East Nashville. Czech styled pastries paired with expertly brewed coffee or pulled espresso from freshly roasted beans means this place is a home run on any day. I split the cream cheese kolache and breakfast pot pie with a friend, and they were both excellent. The medium roast drip was balanced, and their brevé was a cup of joy. If I lived in the area it would certainly be a regular spot for me. I only wish they had a light roast on drip.
The kolaches are delicious. Don't forget the cinnamon roll.
Come here for Texas style kolaches, and Czech style
The kolache was delicious!
Fresh bakery and kolaches.
Savory pastries with uniquely flavored coffees.
Delicious and worth the short wait for a fresh batch. The line was remarkable. There is little space for seating. Despite the crowd and standing room only, I hope to make this a regular in my life. I sampled two savory kolaches and two sweet rolls. Life changing experience might be a little strong but a great start to my Sunday, no doubts!
Ordered the bacon & blue cheese kolache, the breakfast taco, and the cinnamon roll, and some hot chocolate, for the prices this place charges you would think they were capable of using real bacon instead of artificial bacon bits in their food items, more Pride should be given to the food they're serving for what they're charging, don't know what was in the hot chocolate but it was not very pleasing at all
Pretty good. A little pricey for the product. The kolaches are pretty good, but the over hyped cinnamon roll left a bit to be desired.
its a taste of home.
Egg & cheese frittata was good. Ask for salsa!
This is a super fun, unique little bakery, that fully encompasses EXACTLY what east nashville is about! The people are incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, unique and helpful! Definitely a must!
My family had the kolaches and they were AMAZING. Great customer service and very pleasant place to be overall.
Everything is delicious!
Yeast is absolutely a-m-a-z-i-n-g! It's easily my favorite Saturday morning breakfast spot. Their Saturday special is the biscuit sandwich with beef sausage and pimento cheese is incredible. It sells out most Saturday's so try and get there by or before 10am if you'd like to try it. Also, I think they have the best Nitro coffee in town. The picture is of their crustless spinach and sundried tomato quiche. Delicious!
Yummy!
Food is pretty solid and coffee is good.
Had never heard of a kolache but they were delicious. Ordered both cherry and blueberry and was satisfied with both!
Amazing Kolaches! Maybe even better than the ones I used to have in West Texas growing up....
In my neighborhood
Amazing! I lived in Houston for almost 13 years. This is the best sausage and cheese Kolache I've ever had! They also make the traditional kolaches I grew up eating.
Fresh baked products and breakfast tacos.
Great take on Texas staples (kolaches), with a range of sweet and savory treats to start or continue your day with. Staff is friendly and cordial, as well as downright sweet and firm to Earth.
Picked up an order great staff and clean
Awesome kolaches and good coffee at a great price.
Native Houstonian that moved to Nashville a few yaers ago. This place is legit and reminds me of home. Kolaches are the thing. Go Coogs!
Good coffee. Good kolache.
The baked goods were amazing, especially the kolaches! The lattes and other drinks were also great, and the service was wonderful too. Would definitely recommend if you're in the area!
The blueberry kolache is what dreams are made of! The breakfast taco is also to die for. Unfortunately I ate it too fast and didn’t snap a picture. Not to mention, they sell the best apple juice of all time - Martinelli’s!
Cannot argue that the food is great and surprisingly filling. Service was prompt and friendly. The only issue was the lack of sufficient seating inside and no organization to the line you need to wait in to place your order. This place was busy late in the morning, so I would imagine it is just as busy earlier. Hopefully the success of this place leads to a bigger and more comfortable location. Check the menu before you go. This isn't your typical breakfast, but I doubt you'll be disappointed.
If you have moved here from Texas and find yourself unable to location of your nextTex-mex treat.. look no further this is the spot..
Found this gem for breakfast and came back the next day for more! The traditional and savory kolaches were delicious, and the pimento cheese biscuit sandwich special on Saturday was too good. SO WORTH IT!
This place seemed unassuming from the outside, especially in a town filled with so many great coffee shops that ooze personality. But I loved this place. The staff were friendly and took the time to walk me through some decisions on the menu. The breakfast taco was stupid good, and the coffee was great. I’d definitely come back here the next time I’m in Nashville.
Central TX native excited to find this joint. It was crazy busy and nothing but sausage kolaches left. Overall, they were ok. The bread was soft with a medium density and a unique flavor. Though it wasn't as light and airy as I'd like. With plenty of kolache experience visiting multiple bakeries in TX, including the greats of West, TX, as well as baking them myself it's great to know I'm not the only one in town longing for a true kolache. I'll give this place another try and hopefully grab some of their fruit filled offerings.
What a find. We always look for kolaches when we travel and this was a jackpot. All the sweet and savory kolaches were great. The only downside is it was packed which is expected when you have such great products. When you’re in Nashville this is a must visit.
no price on web store but probably good looking
Great selection! Good food and coffee
Wonderful breakfast taco, amazing bread pudding and blueberry kolache was outstanding.
My favorite breakfast nook
Yeast Nashville is a Nashville gem! The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the food is outstanding. It’s consistent, too; I’ve never had a kolache that wasn’t exactly as good as the others I’ve had, and the coffee is always fresh and brewed well. Highly recommend!
Best breakfast in the East.
Good, but not the kolache I was expecting.
This is a very unique place. We really enjoy breakfast or brunch there. It is busy this time of day but fast fruendly service. A little expensive but very good food and in line with other trendy restaurants in the East Nashville area.
Friendly staff, cool vibe. Kolaches are my new favorite thing!
Delicious. I highly recommend the bacon and blue cheese if they have it
Better for takeout than dine in
Great food and service. Options may be small, and I wish they served whole loaves and other baked goods, and they're only open until one, but all those things can't start a whole star. They're that good.
LOVE this place! Being from Texas, this place was such a nice surprise of Tex-Czech Kolaches! The Dirty Chai was also pretty good. I will be back!!
My fiancè brought me here for the first time. I was blown away. The staff are incredibly kind, the food was delicious. Their kolaches are addictive. They have amazing prices for the location. I recommend stopping by!
Awesome kolaches and the breakfast taco really hot the spot!
Kind of expensive for the portions
Best in town!! Don't miss out, every morning!!
Nice, cozy, tasty. Looove this place and delicious kolaches!
First time having Kolaches. Small and quiet little bakery. Loved it. The Tex-Czech Jalepano Sausage and Cheddar is a must here! Super yummy! These Kolaches are similar to a Danish but thicker with bread and thicker in topping. $2.75 for the sweet Kolaches and $3.50 for the Tex-Czech Kolaches. There is a free parking lot from 6-8:30pm.
