Freaking phenomenal. Everything is delicious (and I’ve tried just about everything they make), but I’ll highlight my absolute favs. #1 is the pear and Brie toast. It’s so perfectly crafted that every bite has a little bit of everything. The expertly toasted bread is the star, the toppings just take it next level. #The rolls. Okay, this is cheating a little bit, but both the cream cheese roll and the cinnamon roll come up as a tie. I first fell in love with The Cream Cheese Roll when I was pregnant. It was pretty much all I could think of for 9 months. It’s got yeasty bread and sugar and creamy goodness oozing out of all the right places. Then, one day I was feeling adventurous and tried the cinnamon roll. I don’t even love cinnamon like that, but this has got to be the best cinnamon roll I’ve ever had. It has a modest amount of frosting on it because it doesn’t need to be covered up. It stands on its own and whatever cinnamon they use bites back... it a really good way. You’re required to pair it with their specially roasted coffee. #3 Italian Rustic. This bread is so versatile. I pick it up when I have no idea what I’m going to make for dinner and it honestly inspires me to build a meal around it. You can truly taste the love that goes into the loaf and it is the perfect accompaniment to dang near any meal. Lastly, this place is special. It’s a place that wants to be here for 100+ years, giving backbone to our community. The owners excel in customer service and providing quality products in an old-fashioned, yesteryear sort of way, while still remaining current.

I sent my husband to get a couple of gifts cards since I've heard this place is FANTASTIC! He came back with gift cards PLUS cinnamon rolls.....oh my!!! I've never had them and I am not a fan of cinnamon rolls, well these CR where to die for seriously try them. This was deliciousness in my mouth, now we have to go back to try more stuff, there goes the diet.

After more than a year of living in Spring Hill I finally stopped in this bakery today. It’s instant gratification as soon as you walk through the door! The smell is too good for words and the goodies are even better. I bought a cinnamon roll that is every bit as delicious as my grandma’s, snickerdoodle cookies-yum!, and frittatas that we will have in the morning. I can honestly say that I’m a forever customer from this day forth. ❤️❤️❤️ THIS is my happy place!

Seriously delicious, handmade breads! These are not your mass produced breads that are made somewhere else and shipped in. All of the bread is made here and sold here. Sarah makes sure that everything is made to the highest standard. It is definitely worth the price for a great product!

Food: 7/10 - I got a coffee something muffin, not sure of the name, it was good but a tad dry, and the little donut holes type things where a bit too doughy for my taste Staff:5/10 - the staff were polite and friendly but they weren't overly attentive or quick, and left no memorable experience in my head. Price: 7/10 - the price was somewhat moderate, but also felt a tad high, which I understand as this isn't a chain and they have to do a lot of their own work, which would be worth it if the food was fantastic, but it's not.

I went there for the first time ever this morning and they will officially never be able to get rid of me. The storefront is adorable, the vibe is great, and you are welcome to with the most wonderful smell of fresh baked bread and other goodies the second you open the door. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I tasted a couple things and ordered a couple different things and was highly impressed with all of them. I cannot wait to taste the entire menu. Definitely go visit! You will not be disappointed.

My husband and I heard about Spring Hill Bakery from a neighbor. They have the most amazing cinnamon rolls ever. Every flavor we try we are beyond happy. Everytime we go in we are greeted with a friendly and smiling associate. I even took some of their cinnamon rolls to my Mom. She was amazed at how good they were. Super sweet staff! They have a lot of involvement with the community and like to give back. As for the baked goods, so yummy!! The “OMG” rolls (cinnamon rolls) are huge and soft and so delicious. The flavor options change daily so check the web for today’s flavor. Orange roll is so so good. They also offer cookies and breads.

Local, delicious, and reasonably priced. They even carry Hatcher family dairy milk. While it's not easy to see from the main road its location is convenient because of its centrality and proximity to the Fainting Goat. There's a limited amount of seating inside, and some auxilary seating outside. My wife is particularly fond of the lemon blueberry and the espresso chocolate chip cookies. The cinnamon rolls are also popular and particularly good hot. As are the occasional pretzels, though their cinnamon sugar version is a bit heavy on the cinnamon sugar. Also bear in mind they're closed on Mondays and their hours reflect that they're a bakery, so they're not open late. All in all a must go to for anyone visiting Spring Hill.

My wife and kids loved the cookies! I had the strawberry shortcake. It was really bad. I'm hoping they messed up the recipe that day because I can't imagine anyone thinking it was good. It tasted like someone used the salt for salt and the salt for sugar.

Amazing... This was our first of many visits. The cream cheese cinnamon roll was the best I've ever had. The wife got the powdered version and she loved it. On the way out we picked up some cookies and a jalapeno cheddar pretzel.... And short cake. Coffee was good too. Thanks!
