Our group absolutely loved the Green Oven! We happened upon it one morning while staying in Spearfish on a motorcycle trip. We enjoyed it so much we came back the next morning too. Delicious food and friendly service. I'd highly recommend stopping at the Green Oven. I know we will next time we are in the area.

What a shame! After being Cafe 608, then the BBQ place and now a bakery, these poor owners keep trying a new venue but seem to miss with each new adventure. All this new venture has is crepes and a few baked goods - maybe 6-8 (when we were there). I really hope they make it some day (maybe get the Bay Leaf's old menu and go from there). This one does not do it for me.

We were really impressed with this cafe. Gluten-free crepes were so good. We also had some blueberry pomegranate mimosas, a couple lattes and some of their gluten-free baked goods for the road. The guy who helped us was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely come here all the time if I lived closer.

We enjoyed the ambiance and blueberry-oatmeal bar. The crepes, however, were a bit disappointing. Filling was fine, but the wrap was very dry and flavorless. For the price and amount of food, I will probably not order crepes in the near future - but would like to try more baked goods!

Was there on the 30th of October with my mom and friend. Was very good food and we took desert with us to go. I would and will go again. Nice quiet place to talk and catch up. Was very nice to talk with the owner and see her pride of ownership. Wishing you the best!

This is a cute little bakery in downtown Spearfish. We tried three cakes and all were delicious, but especially the chocolate porter cake. The staff was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be visiting again.

We made our first visit to the Green Oven and what a wonderful addition to Spearfish! A person can eat pizza, burgers or sandwiches only so many times before seeking another option! We stopped at lunch time for savory crepes, which were very tasty! We'll be back soon to try the breakfast side of the menu. The dessert crepes will also tempt us sometime, for a coffee break. Do not hesitate, this is a great place for a satisfying bite prior to 2:00pm!

They have a full crepe menu, along with fresh baked goods. They also offer a great coffee menu. We had Kahlua chocolate bundt cake and Lemon cream cheese poppyseed bread and both were so delicious!

Oh wow! This place was great! We had two friends recommend it as we passed through Spearfish on a trip. Staff was friendly, food was incredibly delicious, and the atmosphere was great. We had mimosas, savory crepes, and a chocolate marshmallow bar for dessert. Everything was freshly prepared and very flavorful. Will definitely be back next time we're on the west side of the state.
