Where do I start…. Working with Gloria was an amazing experience. From the very beginning she was gracious and professional. Our wedding was fairly last minute and Gloria took her time to evaluate our needs and make sure she could meet them without sacrificing quality to us or her other clients. Being in the service industry I truly respected this and knew that we were only going to receive the best service. As our wedding day neared we kept having last minute changes in time and venue; which Gloria took in stride. After our ceremony we came back to find the most beautiful wedding cake. Not only was it beautiful, but, it was extremely tasty too. Gloria made sure the cake was well presented and the focal point of the table. Included with this she left us a nice folder outlining how to preserve the anniversary tier. Having been in the service industry as a Hotel Manager for years I have never worked with someone so professional, polite and organized. I would recommend Gloria in a heartbeat. I can never thank her enough for helping make our big day so special and stress free.

Gloria was amazing! The tasting was like a fine dining experience (but for cake!). I never imagined wedding cake could taste so good. She has great flavor options and her workmanship is exquisite. We couldn't decide between just two flavors, so we added a third. The pricing was very reasonable. She is the cake queen! Our wedding cake was so beautiful. I hope to use her again on many special occasions that call for cake! I recommend Glorious Cakes 10 out of 5!

My daughter was married outside of Hill City on Saturday, August 4th. Gloria was a dream to work with and the cake was divine. We had a 3-tier cake with two flavors- champagne cake with a berry filling and vanilla cake with a lemon curd filling. The cake was decorated with European buttercream frosting and beautiful flowers (just like the pictures my daughter had shared with Gloria). The cake was moist and the flavors were absolutely delicious! We all loved it so much that my daughter decided a couple of days later...why save the top tier...its too good to waste let's eat it now. We did and it was just as delicious as the first night! Gloria delivered the cake on time, the presentation was gorgeous and she even makes her own cake stands for the cake...beautiful as well.

Got an anniversary cake. Very fancy cake, great presentation and detail, 3 delicious flavors - chocolate, orange cream, and salted caramel apple. You have to try the salted caramel apple! I would eat it for breakfast if I could. Would definitely go back. Design was customized to our liking. Wish we had known about Glorious Cakes for our wedding cake. Need to find an excuse to get another like a birthday cake, celebratory cake, or welcome home cake. Beats the pants off of Walmart, Lynn's Dakotamart or other grocery store bakery cakes.

I absolutely loved working with Gloria! I was able to take my mom, my mother-in-law and her boyfriend to do a tasting. I knew from the first bite that I wanted to go with Gloria! Her cakes are all hand made and they are the perfect combination of not too sweet but a little sweet. She drafted up our “tier scape” cake design as we had a larger wedding and I couldn’t have been happier with the whole design and process. She delivered my cake and it was stunning! I would highly recommend Gloria for any of your cake needs! She’s amazing!
