They have a very nice wine selection and tastings on Saturdays. My wife likes the coffee flavors and looking at the decor. The staff is helpful when you need to find something and you can also grind your own coffee beans. Parking is easy and simple to find just of the main drag.

World Market is always a great, especially during the holiday season. There's so much variety, and lots of things you can't find anywhere else. I love making gift baskets for my friends and family with products from here.

I have never written a review in my life but I am very upset right now about the customer service at our World Market. I love the store and merchandise. Earlier this year I purchased 4 mugs ( World Market brand). I washed them by hand ( don't own a dishwasher) and don't put them in the microwave (use a k cup device). They developed cracking and chipping on the inside at the bottom and I am afraid to have people use them. It is obviously a glazing issue. I took them back to the store, thinking they would either replace them or refund the money. Nope!! The manager took a half hearted look at them and said there was really nothing he could do. When I acted surprised and tried to point out that it was obviously a manufacturing defect, he reluctantly took my name and phone number and said he would check on it and then I was dismissed. Don't they stand behind their products? I do a lot of shopping there but I will think twice before going there again after being treated like that.

We really enjoy World Market. Our go to is their wine section because they run great deals when you buy six or more bottles. They have a pretty good selection of wine so it's easy to pick at least six bottles, but we usually hit closer to twelve. Beyond wine they have a good range of home furnishings throughout the store. Some things I would say are over priced but there are good deals to be had for sure. The staff in this location is very friendly and helpful, which has held true with other locations as well. We have made many trips here and will continue to do so in the future.

Yesterday I made the trek across town to get a couple items and browse at your store. Within my first 10 minutes inside the store I was approached by four seperate employees inquiring if I needed help finding anything; which while mildly annoying shows good training. The fourth employee however (a gentleman with light brown hair, glasses and a beard) spent a good five to seven minutes hounding to to sign up for your new coupon texting service; even after I repeatedly told him no thank you. He did this while getting closer and closer to me, cornering me and making me physically uncomfortable. He finally left me alone and I wasted no time making my purchases and leaving. It will be a long time, if ever, that I shop at your store because of this.

World market has a nice selection of specialty items you can find anywhere else. This is true especially when it comes to food and alcohol. The daytime staff is friendly and usually greet you right when you walk in the door. The reason it gets four stars is because some of their furniture is poor quality. Things that shouldn't wobble do. Other than that, World Market is the place to go to find unique goodies!

I rather like this place. One time, I was tasked with finding several bottles of some kind of obscure Spanish sangria, and I had only about an hour to get it. So I rushed to World Market, and I talked with one of their employees, and this guy took me right to the sangria and found me enough to complete my mission. Nice, right? And another time, after drinking a lot of sangria, I found myself passed out in their bathrooms next to a pool of my own blood-colored vomit. That wasn't so nice. But I guess I'm trying to say is that World Market is an excellent enabler.
