I'm not sure how this place gets such terrific reviews. They do have a nice selection, but two of the four items I purchased were too stale and tough to eat. The Bavarian cream tasted too heavy and was too yellow in color for my liking. The linzer torte cookie was the best tasting item, but tasted like an americanized version of it. Maybe they should take the "european" out of their name and I would have been more pleased? Will not be going back. I'm sad, because I really wanted to like this place.

A really cute little bakery, with REAL bread, not the type you get at the grocery. Pay 2 dollars more but get quality bread ! They wake up 4 o clock in order to bake, real deal like the old times. The croissant with chocolate and the feta pie (tiropita) were de-li-ci-us !! The family that owns it is very friendly and polite. They have parking lots, tables inside and outside so you can enjoy your snacks and pastries and music to accompany you. I was very satisfied and i strongly suggest you to support this local store and its originality.

Very nice staff and great selection. I was disappointed in the expensive cake I ordered for a special occasion. When it was cut the layers were terribly uneven and very little icing between. I was embarrassed to serve to my guests.

I am always on the hunt for a good eclair. I found one here and ate it out on the deck, which was nice. It was pretty good. The lady who helped me was very friendly. It is a quaint little find here in Bluffton. The reason for the three stars is the place is really dirty. The main door is caked in filth. The condiment bottles have old mustard/ketchup that is dried on the outside of the bottles. It just makes you wonder how clean the kitchen is?

So many great pastries, I had a hard time deciding. Leopold's Ice Cream in the store made the decision harder. Stephanie was lovely, sat down with three strangers. So nice, so casual, so delicious!

I don't get this place. Second visit. High priced gluten filled pastries. Yeah, yeah...maybe I'm jealous since I'm gluten sensitive. They did have gluten free offerings...one lone blueberry muffin (I hate blueberries), some tiny macarons (cute, but SMALL) and a small sliver of flourless chocolate cake. Albeit, the cake was very good, but who wants to only eat cake other than Anne Bolin (spelling?)? For the sliver of cake, herbal tea (very very hot!) no honey available (huh?) and a too small table...it cost me $10. Sorry, I'll go elsewhere. Parking was full, the bakery, not so much...huh...???

Unbelievably delicious baked goods. Visited during Easter and found challah bread. I wished they made it all the time! Also tried cookies and eclairs which were very good. The pretzels are also excellent! So glad I popped in.

Great staff and old South Carolina feel which is great. Offerings are many and beautiful, however their looks exceed their tastes. Nothing bad, but nothing we have had in 4 trips have prompted us to go for #5. But - great ice cream and peaceful, small area to sit outside to grab a desert.

Out celebratiing my 7th x 10th Birthday with my family to day . Looking for a sweet treat, we stopped at this bakery; but never again. And, won't suggest anyone else do either. Why? We walked in and we're totally ignored by the two employees. No welcome, no hello, not even a coo-coo. Looking into the pastry case for something, a Caucasian patron squeezed between the case and me. Didn't even say 'excuse me', as I peeled myself off the glass. Never thought I would say it -- it really is a Trump World.

These had a lemon taste to them...I swear they were the best i have ever tasted, i have never found anything that compares either ..My kids moved from South Carolina so now i can't get them qhen i visit !! Their desserts are amazing too...actually everything we tries in there was amazing!! Cannot say enough good things about this place.. and the husband and wife team that own it are the sweetest people !! I wish i could sut and talk with them again! So friendly....make you feel like family!

First stop. Won't be my last. Everything looks delicious. The pretzel is the best I've ever tasted. Tasty cookies. Very crusty sour dough bread looks and smells great. Will break into that layer. Brioche buns are available, but have to be ordered ahead in lots of 6.
