Awful service on my birthday. If checking IDs is your thing to verify...great but the least you can do is wish the person a happy birthday when you see it is IN FACT their birthday, not give them a disgust look. I haven’t been back to this location since & I do not plan on it. I remember when it 1st opened (2016)the service was bad but I thought it was because of it being a new business. I’m not sure if they have the same lady owner but she wasn’t very friendly either. It sucks because Greenville really is lacking good dessert options. Some things you never forget & for me, customer service is one.

I want to express my experience at the place in meridian idaho. I cannot remember her name and I wish I did but was in hurry. I went there twice yesterday and today. Yesterday I noticed she was very polite and clear spoken and involving me. I am hard of hearing, close to being deaf. I was impressed but didn't really think of it, thought maybe just that moment. Went back in today to get a cake for my friends bday. She was there again and used her formal attitude again. I felt involved there. When she asked to let her know if she is talking to slow. I smiled and realized she must have known I am deaf. I asked her how she knew. She had told me she knew few deaf people. This does not happen often. When I go to restuarants or cafes...often they turn their heads where I cannot read their lips and often they assume I am from a different country because of my "accent". This was actually the first time and made me feel welcomed and i compliment her for knowing there are deaf people out there too. I hope she realizes she has a HUGE affect on me. Delicious cakes and friendly staff. White chocolate raspberry is our favorite flavor, but they are all delicious! We had some leftover cake and it stayed moist in the refrigerator for a few days and still tasted wonderful.

NBC Greenville no longer has forks. That’s right. They no longer have forks. So if you want to pop in with your kids and get a mini bundlet as a treat you’ll either have to use your face or fingers. I can only assume this is a cost savings move, it’s a shoddy one.

Friendly, friendly staff. Prompt and wonderful to deal with. Unfortunately, we ordered a tiered bundlet tower which was supposed to be all lemon for Christmas Eve/Christmas. We got the cakes, got home, and all of them were vanilla. They were all labeled as lemon, but they were definitely vanilla flavored. Unfortunately we didn't realize until after they had closed for Christmas Eve, so we won't be able to call until after the holiday. Our dessert for the holiday definitely isn't what we were expecting :( I'm sure they'll make it right when we contact them after Christmas, but it sure is a bummer to not have the correct item you paid for and were expecting - especially with the packaging being labeled incorrectly. Update: we called today when they reopened and the managwe, Heidi, was a pleasure to deal with. She ended up redoing the order and gave an extra one. The customer service was spectacular regarding this mix up!

What was funny is that I listened to another customer ask the exact same question I asked about the white chocolate raspberry and she got a complete answer. Not sure why I was treated differently.

I LOVE this cake! I first saw them at work when someone brought one in for a coworker birthday years ago. It then became the go-to work birthday cake. I was then surprised at the Nothing Bundt Cakes shop to see that it's gorgeous with beautiful cake stands and gifts. I had them do a cake for my business's 1 year anniversary and it was perfect. I think my favorite thing about these cakes is that even flavors I don't generally like (like carrot or lemon) are actually delicious because they make them so moist. I have only had great customer service, the owner is great and will make sure you get what you need.

Staff was super sweet and helpful as was first visit. Got the red velvet and found only 4 chocolate chips in over 1/3 of cake. Cake was moist and good, but disappointed it wasn't as good as the sample or what was advertised in regards to chocolate chips.

Wow! So moist, so yummy, so flavorful! It seems like, anymore, all baked goods stores taste mass produced, like those Gigi's cupcakes, so dry and mealy, with way too much, too-thick icing. These cakes are delicate and everything you'd want in your baked goods. The lovely girl working there looked like she was made there, all chocolate and aqua and pink, and just as sweet. She'll be half the reason we go back! We bought the lemon raspberry and chocolate chip cakes, sooooo good.

I just want to take the tame and say that I am so pleased with my visit. Cathy was so nice and polite. She not only helped me with picking the perfect cakes, she hands down went above and beyond. I had went next door previously to Brenze Pizza and I had a few items in my hands. When done paying for my Bundt Cakes, she not only bagged my cakes, but made sure she packaged my pizza items in a bag as well and put them all in one giant bag. She stated I am not letting you leave here with all that in your hands. Let’s make it easy for you. Yes it was a simple gesture, but hands down exception customer service. Cathy is hands down the poster child of what customer service should be. Thank you for a great experience!!!!

I ordered a bundtlet tower for pick up. I’ve always had a great, friendly experiences at different locations in different states. Sadly this wasn’t the case for the Meridian location. I told the girl at the counter I was there to pick up an order I placed online and gave her my name. The girl behind the counter with the name tag “JaQui #Manager” was sarcastic and rude. I asked her a question and she was rather flippant in her response. Nothing a good manager should be. I’ve always had good experiences but she was just the bottom of the barrel when it came to customer service. Maybe someone who’s a bit more mature and tactful would be a better representation of Nothing Bundt Cakes. This location isn’t on par with other stores.

I ordered a marble cake for my daughters birthday. The cake was decorated beautifully, but the cake was just okay. Nothing special like all the reviews state. It tastes the same as a cake out of the box, just with lots of icing. Next time I’ll just save the $40 bucks and make a Duncan Hines marble cake.

In regards to the negative customer service reviews: I thought it was fine. They weren't super friendly--like you often see in small, locally owned businesses--but they greeted me when I came in and offered me a sample... No complaints. Definitely worth a try!!!

I would highly recommend Nothing Bundt Cakes for any occasion. The cakes are gorgeous and taste just as good, if not better, than they look! I picked up a beautiful cake on Christmas eve. The staff was very attentive and enthusiast from the very moment I walked in the door. The store was very clean and had a nice display of fun baking accessories. Most of all the cake was a hit at our holiday family gathering. I will purchase these cakes for all my special family celebrations in the future. They make great gifts too!!

I ordered a cake to be delivered to work, and the cake was yummy, but the birthday tag was spelled incorrectly. Margaret was Margratte, Rhonda was Randa, special was specail. I called to bring this to the owner, Shannon's, attention, and she informs me that the girl who processed the order has a learning disability and that I should have empathy. She says she tries to be fair to all her employees. NOT ONCE did she reference about making her customers happy. This tag went viral through work and I was completely embarrassed. Why would you set a person up to fail like this is more bothersome than anything. If that was the case, and she knew it, why didn't someone check her work before sending it out. I paid $20 extra dollars to have it delivered. Won't be back again. There are plenty of wonderful dessert places to order cakes from. I give the cake 5 stars and customer service no stars. Shannon knows how to "pass the buck" to the underdog.

This little shop is adorable! The service is phenomenal. The cakes are top-notch. I absolutely adore how the big ones are decorated. They also have coffee cups in there, and so much more! The coffee cups really grabbed my eye. I will definitely be returning, and recommending to all of my friends and co-workers. Whoever the cake baker is at this establishment, they know what they are doing!!! The cake is so light and fluffy, and the frosting is dense and rich. Exactly how a cake should be!

Beautiful store, with a great selection of gift items in addition to their bundt cakes. We stopped in on Valentine's Day to purchase a red velvet cake for my grandson's birthday. We purchased additional paper decorations for the top of the cake. Very pretty, but pricey. The staff knew we were purchasing for a boy, but decorated with a pink birthday hat. My daughter and I also purchased 2 personal sized bundt cakes. The cakes were moist and delicious! They are pricey, but well worth it for the taste and wonderful alternative to conventional birthday cakes. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Was introduced to this amazing bakery in New York. Couldn’t believe that a branch exists in Idaho. If you’re looking for a cake, honestly, drop what you’re doing and head over to this place. I love the taste of these cakes! They're always fresh and delicious! The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the cellophane wrapping on the tier cake I purchased. I spent $70 on a graduation cake and the wrapping was sticking to the cake and pulling the frosting off. The cake was beautifully decorated and tasted great other than the smeared frosting.

Yall let me just say how amazing these cakes are!!! I am serious these are so moist and delicious. I have had a cake. 3 small cakes and even a dozen itty cakes!! Each and every time we come in we are greeted with kindness. The 1st time I came in the ladies were so helpful. Its so hard to choose my favorites but I will say I am hard to please when it comes to red velvet but theirs is amazing!! Snickerdoodle is a new favorite as well!!

We ordered a 2 tier, with the top being decorated for a baby boy shower. It was over $70. Girl who took the order was wonderful. Got the cake and it looked beautiful...until it was brought out of the box. The top tier wasn't placed in the center which had the cake leaning back badly, messing up some of the frosting. I feel for the 2 tier cakes, they should box each layer separately and let the customers place the top decorated tier to avoid this..... it was not what we were expecting. The cake is very delicious, but the placement of the top just....was sad.

First, the quality of the product is great. I have enjoyed the cakes and bundlets through the years. The low rating is strictly because of poor service options. I bid on and won a gift card at a fundraising event for Nothing Bundt Cakes. I called to inquire about placing an order to take to a family gathering out of town. I was directed to place an order online. I tried to do so but there was no option to redeem the gift card. I started the process over to ensure I hadn't missed directions somewhere. Eventually, I just placed the online order and hoped the store would be able to honor the gift card. They wouldn't. And when I inquired about how I would be able to redeem the gift card, the employee shrugged her shoulders. They don't take phone orders. They don't honor gift cards when placing orders online. Terrible customer service.

I love the cakes there. Heidi is the only thing that leaves a bad taste in your mouth. My sister and I received our free birthday cake and purchased three more cakes. We were told that if we purchased four and a bag that we would get a free cake. We left with only four cakes,meaning we did not actually get our free birthday cake. We actually thought about if after we were already gone. I called back and spoke with Heidi and she cut me off mid sentence. I let her speak without interrupting her. As I proceeded to explain to her she cut me off again. I just told her that she was being rude and thanked her anyway and she said "okay" and ended the call. After speaking with my sister again we both decided to call and again, she kept cutting us off so my sister let her finish and asked her to please not interrupt her. She listened this time but was still very rude and spoke quickly and harshly. We finally got a solution. We both got store credits,which she told us that it would be only one cake. We had to explain to her that there were TWO birthdays( we had previously showed Leah our identification while in the store).We will continue to go there being that she is not the owner. This is a great place and I just hope that she doesn't ruin it with that sour attitude.

I have had great experiences with this company over the years. Cakes are great and employees are friendly. I decided to buy bundt cakes for my staff as a surprise for Valentines Day. I ordered online and set a time to pick them up. I was impressed by the decor as I ordered them wrapped, a flower and a Happy Valentines Flag. I noticed the Valentines Flag I ordered was not put on the wrapping after I delivered them to each employees workstation tonight. I called the store and spoke to the owner, Shannon. I asked her why the correct flag was not applied. She does not appear to be the most friendliest person (maybe just a bad day) on the phone as she explained to me that I did not designate the Valentines Flag on the order. I told her I had the confirmation in front of me and she told me she wished I would have called her before I delivered them to my employees. She said that since I did not put it on the order they just put there store flag on. Really?? My mistake for not checking that things were done right but act like you care a little when talking to customers on the phone. I own my own company and would never talk to a client like you spoke to me tonight on the phone. Thank you for offering to give me free bundt cakes for the mistake but I was calling to let you know there was an error but the way you spoke to me was not becoming of an owner. It will be hard to keep customers with your approach.

I spoke with someone I assume was either a mgr or owner.My issue was legitimate but her attitude told me she didn't care. I have calculated in the last 6 months I have spent nearly 700 in this store. This is such a great place and have the cutest little single cakes their that they advertise for one person. However the past few times I went there I got up to the counter and asked for a fork to eat my cake. They said the didn’t have any and tried to sell me a party plate set w/ forks. I just wanna say if your selling cakes you should have free forks to give you customers.

The cake has always been great, and the employees that I have come in contact with have been great as well. However, when I went in to pick up a cake one of the employees was being chewed out by the manager/owner, I presume, I could hear every word of the argument that was happening. If you want to make customers feel very uncomfortable that's a great way to do it. I go there for all the birthdays for the office of 30+ employees I work for to buy cakes, I'm not sure after how I now know the employees are treated I will ever go back.

Stopped in yesterday for a quokk gift for my bosses bday...the decor is so femme and welcoming. The staff was friendly and offered me a sample of raspberry chocolate As I awaited tally of purchase. The prices $3.99 for small cake was FABO!!!!!! Great Experience and the card selection is SUPER CUTE!!!!!!

Incompetent employee ran our credit card like 20 times thinking it wasn't taking. It was. Ended up with over 200 bucks in charges for two little cakes. Thin skinned, rude (California transplant), owner Shannon made ignorant comments to my wife who was trying to get this situation taken care of (understandably upset that the chargeback process was taking way too long and putting up with Shannon's childish attitude): comments to the effect of "who wears the pant's in your family?" and "you let your husband run your life too?".....Never been back. Fully expect this franchise to fold eventually. We call the place Nothing Bundt Idiots now.

Fantastic! I love the simplicity of the dessert with the complexity of flavor. Delicious. Sweet. Scrumptious. You must stop in to grab a sweet treat or some seriously cute kitchen decor. They offer samples which just proves this should be a daily stop. Service was terrific and happy to see us. We can't wait to go back

I have never had anything here but pleasant service and delicious cakes. Nobody has ever been rude to me, and I have always been pleased whether I buy something from the case or put in a custom order. The only problem with visiting this store is the bundt cake addiction that inevitably follows.

Don’t bother calling. They don’t answer and instead have an outgoing message telling you how to use their website. No way to ask a simple question before coming in to buy product. Of all the things you can do to a person, wasting their time is not acceptable. And this is the only way to give them such feedback.
