Love the bread here yet customer service varies a lot to the point of annoyance and aggravation they just can't find a good cashier. The bread also varies it's almost like 2 to 3 different people make the bread, therefore, the flavor is different consistency on the dough is different. Or It's like someone doesn't follow instructions well or they forget the bread recipe causing the bread to suck. So your experience may vary like any other establishment, unfortunately. Service and bread here are like the weather in Rohde island unpredictable.
