ON TREATS, SIDES, SLICES OF CAKES, PIES, PIZZA AND SANDWICHES AND MORE!!! GREAT GREAT PLACE FOR MANY REASONS. EVEN THE OTHER PATRONS WERE REGULARS THAT THE STAFF KNEW. OH, WHAT A JOYFUL EXPERIENCE. A not so hidden gem anymore and I say this in a good way. It gets packed now ! This place serves delicious Colombian food typical from Antioquia Colombia. Hence the name Caprichos (which means cravings) Antioquenos. I love this place. I am obsessed with arequipe (dulce de leche) but they way it's made in there pastries is to die for. The arepa de choclo (sweet corn arepa) is the best I've had in my entire life. Best part is that they open at the crack of dawn so if you'd like to beat the line come early.

I was excited by all the glowing reviews, but I wasn't impressed by this bakery. We were in the mood for empanadas so we came here specifically for that. I was a little hesitant because of how small they were but decided to give it a try anyway. The cheese empanadas were so sweet it made me a bit nauseous. The sweetness didn't go well with the cheese. I had high hopes for the beef empanadas but I couldn't even see any beef! It was all potato. Maybe there was a communication issue? The chicharones were okay, but it tasted like it had been cooked on the same pan that was used to cook everything else, similar to old oil. The meat part was fine, but the skin and fat tasted off. Their pastries looked good, but I doubt I'd come back after this. The portions and quality weren't what I expected for 17 bucks.

I LOVE this place. The food is very inexpensive and very filling. You get more than your money’s worth in my opinion. The chicken empanadas and homemade hot sauce is to die for! The staff is very friendly. I don’t speak Spanish, but the staff never loses their cool and are very patient with you as you’re ordering. I’ve been going here for years and have never had an issue! This place stays packed and is very popular because the Spanish food is good and the menu is simple. They have a homemade hot sauce that is the absolute best to put on arepas, empandas, pastelies etc. My only issue is the very tiny parking lot which is always full but it's worth it if you get a spot.

Tiny place but it was PACKED at 11:30 in the morning as everyone stopped to get lunch. The food is fresh and some of the best Columbian food I’ve had locally. The establishment was nice and clean too, which might be surprising given how busy they seem to always be according to my husband. Check them out. Parking in the back and right off the highway. You won’t regret it.

The bakery and the restaurant are just great! The place is run by a whole family, they are always preparing new fresh food to put on display. The food is well priced, the service is top-notch, and well... not much parking space but if you want Food to - go; you may want to call ahead if they have the food ready, order, and go pick it up. The location is perfect, but the place is quite small; I prefer to go early in the morning when it isn't crowded. A great place to visit.

Best Colombian coffee in RI! Best cafe con leche in RI! Their empanadas with potatoes and meat are delicious as are the round chicken empanadas! I love the homemade hot sauce too (don't forget to ask for "picante") which is free with order of empanadas. The place is most crowded on Sunday mornings. Always a line, but they have plenty of employees who are friendly and efficient at getting everyone in and out. This is my favorite Columbian spot in Pawtucket/Central Falls.

Wow this place is incredible. Very busy as a local hot spot. They hit their mark with in-house produced columbian food. The venue is clean. The food is delicious. The staff is friendly. The prices are affordable. Parking can be a challenge at this busy intersection, but it's worth a brief walk.
