Great gluten free/dairy free foods. Donuts are so good. On Thursday they make big pretzels! Real good, haven’t had one in so many years! Delicious! Even my non gf family and friends like the baked goods here.

Penelope Reid

amazing place with delicious food.

Kara Shurtleff

Small, friendly, grassfeed dairy and non dairy alternatives. I tried cocunut sugar there for the first time and it was excellent!

Tim and Shanel have made some of the best damn food I've ever had out of this little tiny restaurant such a great place stop in for some banana bread or a cookie everything that I will blow your mind. Everything there is high-quality ingredients and they have the ability to meet the needs of anyone with any food sensitivity. They're also gluten dairy soy free.

I've visited about 5 or 6 times in the past month since I discovered ASK, I can't stop going back. Hands down, THE BEST gluten free, dairy free baked goods I have ever gotten my little hands on. And trust me, I've tried a lot of bad gluten free baked goods. Legitimately (sorry mom) the best chocolate chip cookies I have ever eaten. Coffee like no bodies business. The owners are ridiculously kind and accommodating. I'm GF and dairy free so obviously that's freaking amazing but vegan-scared friends wouldn't know the difference, seriously! Paleo buddies will probably die on the spot.

be sure to try the drinking chocolate. with raw cacao, himalayan salt and a touch of coconut sugar, this is not your usual sickly sweet hot chocolate but something much better.

Blueberry donuts are so good!

Ronald Cooke

So this hole in the wall place has one of the best doughnuts I've ever had. It's run like a home kitchen which I liked. This isn't Dunkin so it won't be cheap, but worth it

I picked up some blueberry donuts and Paleo chocolate chip cookies from here and they were delicious! I had to cut gluten and dairy for medical reasons and it has been extremely difficult to find food that tastes like what I have been accustomed to eating my whole life. This bakery managed to actually make delicious baked goods that did not have that classic grainy taste you get with majority of GF products. The paleo cookies were somehow even better the following three days and always tasted fresh, as did the donuts. Would definitely recommend this spot. I was visiting from NJ- I am super jealous of all the people in RI who get to enjoy this spot regularly lol. The owner was super sweet, very knowledgable about food/ health, and a great baker :)

Delicious baked goodies and phenomenal drinks.

Best cheese cake I’ve ever had in my life!

Andrew Bartley

Great, small bakery / coffeehouse conveniently a block off Chalkstone. They focus on gluten free foods and a lot of those new diet restrictions I don’t understand, but don’t let that shoo you away. I had a chocolate donut (alternative), and boy was it decadent. Moist chocolate, sweet frosting, and it went great with a coffee. They also have collagen coffee that you can get with butter or ghee. It sounds out there, but at the end of the day it’s just coffee that feels rich and silky. It can all sound new and overwhelming if you’re just looking for Dunks, but it’s all great stuff - just with a new name. Also be aware that the quality will cost you more than dunks. I think the donut was $3, but it was a delicious treat.

Love it every time. It's such a treat from the love they put into healthy treats to the love you receive when you visit. #namaste

Finally a gluten-free, health-conscious bakery in Providence. I have a gluten intolerance myself and it's been nearly impossible to find delicious gf baked goods around here. Shanel knows how to bake using great ingredients without compromising on taste. I'll be at ASK all the time now.
