I had the most wonderful experience ever. The manager James was wonderful and eager to help. He made me a wonderful suprise cake for my husbands 33rd birthday and it was amazing. And a huge hit I thank him and his team from the bottom of my heart cause you guys made me look great....lol And did it all in less than 24 hours......

The cake was perfect and very delicious! The guests loved looking at it almost as much as eating it. Also, the customer service was outstanding, the manager James was a big help as well as very patient with all the changes that i needed to make regarding delivery!! I would highly recommend these guys for all your special event needs, especially when you want it to be memorable!

Rude and abrupt customer service. James did not hear me out when I was talking after quoting an outrageous price for a small cake. When I asked about it, he just hung up on me.

These guys came through for me at the absolute last minute. In less than two hours after ordering (literally) they were able to hand-deliver a cake to us at a bachelor party. The cake was incredibly delicious, hilarious, and exactly what I wanted. These guys have a customer for life!

I love spoke with James at the Philadelphia Erotic Cakes Pennsylvania Bakery and not only was he friendly & patient but he walked me through the steps to pay online and NEVER got frustrated with me and my lack of computer skills. The cake looked awesome and was so much better then I expected. They delivered the cake an hour earlier then was planned which was great. My BF loved the cake; its was a hit. Highly recommend.
