My wife and I had Palma's provide desserts for our wedding last weekend. We aren't huge cake people so we asked for a multilayered cookie cake for just us, and a dessert bar for the rest of the guests. We set a budget and allowed them to choose everything for us, and it was easily the best decision we made when planning the wedding. The cookie cake was beautiful and delicious, and every single other dessert from the bar was the best thing I've ever tasted. It's now weeks later and we're still getting compliments about the desserts. Alyssa and Palma are professional, creative, and passionate, and they couldn't have been easier to work with!

I just got married this past weekend and Palma's did my cake. Palma and Alyssa were amazing to work with and the cake was amazing! We did more of a non-traditional cake and they both ran with it and did not disappoint. Would highly recommend. Also, their no-bakes are DELICIOUS!

OH MY GOODNESS words cant descibe how great everything was!!! Ginger cookies were excellent. Those cannoli were melt in you mouth goodness. A long drive but so worth it. The staff super nice

Palma’s made our wedding cake. She was on time to deliver and cut the cake and the cake was so good my husband and I took leftover on our honeymoon and at it all! Everyone who works at Palma’s is so nice and awesome!!

I've been searching for a decent bakery since I moved to Erie almost twenty years ago. I have finally found the right place! They did an incredible job on our son's birthday cake! And it was delicious. Everyone was impressed!

I called to inquire about her cakes. When she answerd she asked if I could be placed on hold for a moment, I said yes. She ste the phone on the counter, and I herd her just bullshiting with somone in the store about the summer. I finaly hung up after being on hold for over 5 min because I guess potential coustomers are not that important to her.
