This is a gem in Lake Pocono! Only 8 miles off the highway, but such a respite for those of us who travel regularly from Upstate NY to NJ or NYC. Everything is made from scratch, and there is a variety every single day...I haven't had anything that has not left me wanting more! The pecan pie was light and the crust melted in my mouth. The cupcakes were moist with tasty, beautiful icing - the kids' favorite was chocolate connoli, adults fav was chocolate peanut butter cup. And the cookies helped the trip go fast.

The Best, it's just that simple. Everything I have had from was mouth watering good.

I walked into My Grandma Baked A Cookie about a month ago. It's absolutely quaint in there and the smell of whatever they are baking just takes over! I was traveling through my work day so I couldn't take anything that couldn't survive or melt in the car for the rest of the day with me so I put money on one of thier gift cards and puchased what I could eat then. I ate an amazing quiche freshly baked quiche. I went back again yesterday. My son loves pretzels and they had just baked a batch of homemade pretzels, cheezy scones & low gluten breads! Needless to say there isn't a crumb left and I will be back again today to bring some to my clients. Please stop in and visit this new bakery as they bake everything like "Grandma used to" with LOTS OF LOVE! Who wouldn't want to go back in time and eat something "Grandma" made? We need new businesses like this to get the "local" support so they can make it. Local products, Freshly Baked, Great Prices & you can sit and eat there too!

Driving by from out of the area I stopped here with my son last Saturday. Adorably decorated, very very clean and smelled delicious. Homemade desserts with her Grandmas recipes. Both of us being diabetic we still couldn't resist. We split a carrot cake cupcake...OMG I was in heaven. I wanted to lick the beaters and bowls! So moist, creamy , delicious. We took 4 more home! I ate the Girl Scout Samoan tasting one as soon as I got home! I'm sorry I didn't get your name but you done your Grandma proud! Please stop there and support these family businesses. Thank You!

Renting a house here in the poconos and was craving a cinnamon bun Google led me to my Grandma baked a cookie... best thing to ever happen... unfortunately she did not have cinnamon buns made today so instead I bought a little of almost everything... and all I have to say is BEYOND AMAZING this is what a bakery should be a cute quaint place not overloaded with baked goods but just enough homemade daily baked goods to keep the quality and integrity of homemade their... her organic cold brewed coffee is another favorite!!! After tasting everything I bought who cares about cinnomon buns... lol... if you are in the area you must go and try!!!!

This bakery creates carbs that feed the soul. Some of my favorites include the Artisan Crusty White, Nutella Brioche Loaf, and Soft Pretzels. Love the atmosphere and the fact that the store showcases local artists. Also, the staff is as warm as their delicious coffee.

This bakery is unique and profoundly delicious. MGBaC is not just baked goods well done, it is creative food made like you've never had before and beyond yummy. I drove 2 hours from my home and I will do it again and again. I will order from My Grandma Baked a Cookie for special events and holidays too!

Great food, good price, and very nicely kept. The proprietor is friendly and always glad to see a customer. I've been in a few times and I love her breads. She also sells some assorted goods too, in addition to her baked items. Definitely recommend this place!

We received a pie and cookies in the mail a few days before Christmas. We later found out Noelle was the gift giver. Cookies were big and so full of flavors. We shared them with several friends and did the Tip Noelle gave us, “Put in the microwave for one minute”. They taste like they just came out of the oven. BUT, the pie was my favorite. Not sure what it’s called, but there was a combination of pecan pie, chocolate chips, maybe some caramel, and a taste of sea salt. The crust and “pecan goodie” was as close to the pecan pie my Grandma made as I’ve ever tasted. Thanks for the memory. Please tell me what it’s called, so I can order another.
