I ordered a chocolate NYGiants themed birthday cake with cream cheese icing a few days before the party. The cake was awesomely decorated and tasted great. I picked the cake up and was in and out of the bakery within 1min. Everyone was smiling and friendly and I gave the cashier a high 5. lol

Ordered Five dozen red velvet cupcakes and one dozen mint chocolate chip. Well they were supposed to be mint chocolate chip. Except they were red velvet without any chips and mint flavored icing! Paid per cupcake Bc they were “specialty”. They were decorated so horribly that I couldve and should’ve decorated them myself. Giving a 3 Star for taste. Extremely disappointed.

Family has ordered cakes here for all occasions for years, however very disappointed this year at Xmas ordered a 4 dozen assorted cookie tray, was nowhere near 4 dozen cookies! Almost $40. What a waste. Won't do that again.

I've lived in Bellevue and or Avalon for 20+ years of my life. This Bakery has OK items, but over-all falls short on their attitude and systems. Barkus Bakery, when still in business (located relatively close), was far superior. 1.) Your managers, and your employees that run the front of the store are extremely rude. 2.) You CANNOT charge a Minimum on Debit Card Purchases, ONLY ON CREDIT. If you wish to charge a credit minimum and only run cards as credit, fine, but asking a customer to select "debit or credit", and requiring a minimum is not allowed, and you could face repercussions from your payment processor or VISA/MASTERCARD etc. Please fix this. 3.) I've never in 20+ years seen a man work in the front-end of your store, only the back-end. There was once even a sign stating "If you need something from the top of the cases, please ask one of our girls for help, please do not attempt to reach". I'm calling "sexist" hiring on this one. The only thing I buy from this place are Donuts and New Year Pretzels, but they're a dime a dozen, and bakerys are a dime a dozen. I can support other local bakeries with just as good product, without getting rude customer service.

Best santa cupcakes I have ever tasted. I would have given it a 5 but when we got a cake from there around ThAnksgiving it was very dry and we did not like it. They redeemed themselves with the cupcakes though!! Lol!

Ordered my daughters bday cake from here which was a half of a sheet cake. I ordered marble with white buttercream. Maybe they were having an 'off' day on 9/15, but our marble literally had not even 1 full swirl of chocolate, and was on the dry/stale side. Pretty disappointed. I only give a 2 star rating bc the icing was good, and they put my edible image on nicely. Otherwise.. totally pass on this place.

Horrible customer service!! Young girls working the counter, not one smiles, not one worker says hello when u walk in the door & not one asks if you need any help. I had to ask if one of them would mind helping me select a cake & immediately after i picked one she said "anything else" like to hurry up cause she has something better to do. I told her she could leave me & go help someone else since i had not looked at the selection of cookiez. So much more to the story & other visits. Manager when i asked to speak to one which the employee couldn't care less that i was unhappy, was just like her staff!! She didnt care & brushed me off. I get anxiety when my boss sends me over for donuts. I hate going into the bakery. If they hate their job or hate dealing with the public, they need to go in the back & bake or find another job!!

I ordered a cake last minute and was very grateful that they were willing to fulfill my order at such short notice. The cake was beautiful but tasted awful. I ordered buttercream icing and the icing was not sweet at all, it tasted like whipped butter. The yellow cake was just as bland. I live about a half hour away and did not want to waste the time or gas to return the cake knowing I wasn't going to get a refund. I could not serve that cake at my daughter's 4th birthday party so I ended up having to buy cupcakes from the local grocery store. Will not be a returning customer.

I only get Lincoln bakery cakes . Once you taste one, you will do the same.When I worked in marketing, I once gave a cake away to a business connection in another county. About a month later, I was in the bakery and there the office manager stood! She said the bosses sent her 20 miles away because the cake I gave them was so good and they wanted more!

The crowd and wait inside can become a bit overwhelming, particularly due to the ticket numbering system and layout of the store. The donuts were not super fresh but still good however, the jelly donuts seemed to be more like pie filling than jelly.

Their cakes are to die for. Their icing is the best anywhere. 5 years ago lived in SC and raved about these cakes to everyone. There were no good bakeries anywhere near Myrle Beach or 60 miles away. I was coming home for X mAs so I told the Bakery that I needed 3 cakes to transport back. They put them on boards and I brought them back and everyone agreed they were the best cakes that they have ever tasted. Whatever they make it s excellent.!!!! 5 + ☆ rating in my book.

Lincoln Bakery did their own version of Oakmont Bakery's Princess Stephanie wedding cake AND THEY NAILED IT! I sat down with Dottie and she sketched everything out and wrote down all of the details for the bakers, and they executed with precision. We even used it as a center piece! Beautiful and Delicious! When you ask for a cake to be decorated with scary things or even with scary body parts(leg,brian,ect) and blood .And all you get is cob webs and blood on it.Very disappointed with the decorate of tbis cake and also tbis happen last year also.When you ask for something and dont get what you ask for is disappointed.

I purchased a cake (from display case), a dozen donuts and 6 cupcakes. The donuts are some of the worst I've ever had. I'm not trying to be rude, just sharing my experience. They taste off; like cardboard or something. Even my 8 yr old wouldn't eat them after taking a bite of one. Sadly that was a waste of $9 and I will not be getting those again. On a positive note, the cupcakes were pretty good in my opinion. They are moist and not too sweet. The buttercream frosting has a firm texture and also isn't too sweet. Other than wasting $9 on the donuts, my experience was pretty good. The young girl who waited on me doesn't appear to be "friendly" or "engaging", but she wasn't rude at all. I will certainly recommend this bakery but with a warning to avoid the donuts.

I ordered my wedding cake from the Lincoln Bakery and was very pleased with the results. My cake--and I'm not just being partial here--was the tastiest wedding cake I ever had. As I lived in another state at the time, my mom went to sample the cakes and was given exceptionally large samples--in fact, she was given entire cakes. We ended up going with a yellow cake with alternating tiers of fresh strawberry and lemon filling. The staff was helpful, and adaptable when I inevitably changed my mind about the design. The bakery was able to delivery the cake to my location, and it arrived fresh. Unlike most wedding cakes, this cake was incredibly moist, and the buttercream icing was smooth and not overly sweet (which I hate). My venue saved the top tier; my husband and I didn't wait until our first anniversary to eat it--we ate it that week! Highly recommend.
