Disappointed that they messed up my order and no offer to correct it. Just said sorry. Sorry does not cut it when you placed an order in advance Order is now corrected but had to stand in line and reorder. After that only my snowflake rolls were missing but the manager at the bakery side went out of his way to get my rolls. This is a family tradition with the snowflake rolls and lunch meat for more than 30 years Giving you 5 stars now because it was corrected

Food is average, prices are high but customer service is horrible. They only get their baked good in on Tuesday. Rest of the week you are getting stale food. Nothing better than paying $8 for 5 mini Danish and finding out they are old.

It seems that you have to feel guilty to get service here. Food is good, but I've ordered a cake one time, then was called the day before that their vendor didn't give ingredients and couldn't get it to me. A bakery? Then I was told they can't chip deli meat, but soon found that the woman just blamed a new staff person rather than helping him out and said it is more of a pain to do it. Again, good food, lousy service and attitudes. Been that way for many years suggesting management is absent or just doesn't care.

This is the first time in over 30 years I have been disappointed in Corropolese! I pre order a full tomato pie double cut and 3 lbs of Boarshead roast beef to be picked up Saturday morning at your Limerick branch. My order was ready when I got there but when I took it to my daughters bridal shower I found the tomato pie was scored as double cut but was not cut through any further than the sauce! I paid extra for Boarshead meat because I was told it would be rare and it was not and very dry. Have you gotten so big that you forgot about good service. We were all saddened! I will thing twice before I order for a party again from you!

The best tomato pie in the world! We love getting tomato pie for our family parties. All varieties are mouthwatering. The veggie, straight tomato, tomatoes and cheese & cheese & pepperoni are so good! The rolls we get are always a party favorite too! I was so happy when I found out Corropolese was coming to Limerick! The tomato pie is always a much anticipated treat at our office parties. I haven't tried their cookies or anything else but I sure would like too!!

May 25th at 11:15 am 2018 I've had a strong relationship with Corropolese all my life. Being from Norristown Corropolese products have been a staple at every party I have ever had. In fact both my sons even worked in the Norristown store during high school. It's just a shame that management has no respect for the elderly. My heart broke for this little old man.The customer service was awful today. The young man serving pizzas was just rude to the little old man! The little old man asked the young man if he had any plates. The young mans response was you can go over to the deli and ask for them yourself, he said this very curtly. The little old man just smiled weakly and shook his head and walked over and stood in the long line at the deli. I said to the young man that man was asking for your help. The young man just ignored me and asked me what I wanted. I asked him why he didn't help the little old man he said he was to busy. I said isn't that your job. I happened to catch the manager on my way out and started to relate the incident by saying that the young man was rude, she interrupted me and started defending her very rude employees actions. At this point I just walked out. Everyone deserves respect especially the elderly.

I've been going to Corrpolese since I was born. Be it the Norristown shop or this one out in Limerick. It's engraved in our family traditions. We get the rolls, the pork and gravy, the sausage and sauce, the Pie..god, the pie. We get all the classics and it's not a holiday or a celebration of some kind if Corropolese isn't involved. Seriously, go to a family function and forget the pie, see how that goes. All I'm saying is, it's the best italian bakery in the area. No contest.

Coming 45 minutes so I tried to call ahead a few days before Christmas. The woman on the phone was very abrupt and basically said that they do " 50 pages of orders for Christmas" so she didn't care that I wanted a whole pie and a half Cheese pie. She told me they would have some on the counter and they opened on Christmas Eve at 8am. I had church at 9am and I live 40 min from the store so I arrived at 7:46am to find the store open and lines all around the store. I was very late for church and the cheese pie had very minimal cheese on it. I am very disappointed.

I never write bad reviews, but I called here two days prior to needing cupcakes with no icing for a party this coming weekend. I first asked if they did cupcakes with no icing and they said yes, and could have them for me on Friday morning when I wanted to pick them up. I thought this would be perfect and save me time since I have to do a sea-theme on the tops of them. I got there this morning to pick them up and every single one had icing on them. I let the gentleman know that they weren't supposed to have icing and he said "oh, I thought you wanted vanilla cupcakes with vanilla icing". I said no I didn't wanting icing on them. He relays with "Well I don't have any other cupcakes". I guess I'm just left to scrape them off myself then. Why would I call and ask if they did cupcake orders with no icing and then order cupcakes with icing on them? I also had to pay full price for an order that was messed up and they didn't even offer to make new ones I could pick up later. What awful customer service. This was the first and last time I ever go here, it was a very disappointing experience after hearing so many good things about this place.
