Love the bread and the food is good!! I come once a-week !! And very nice people and made my daughters cake ! They make fresh every morning!! And lots too I just hate the parking sometimes because of the big truck that comes to next store !! Other then that it’s a good place
Best tacos in PDX. Hands down.
Excellent local Mexican market, bakery and casual taco/burrito joint.
Great Mexican Street food, good great soups, made to order tortillas, freshly made meats, great tortas, tacos etc
Great food and service. Excellent market also.
Big piles of delicious pastries for cheap, grab some pulparindos while you are there and thank me later.
Delicious pan and food
Best tortillas bar none. Even aside from the tortillas, their tacos are delicious and overflowing with meat. The bakery itself is pretty good. I really like their sweets as well.
One of my favorite places to get quick authentic Mexican food and dessert. Hole in the wall grocery with a quality food menu... Love this place!
Its great kichen closes at 8:00 pm and market closes at 9:pm
Super friendly. The 3 kings day cake was beautiful and so good.
Great place for quick authentic Mexican food. Very affordable for such great quality. Definitely going back.
Really delicious tacos, tamales, gorditas, you name it! We were in Portland on vacation and ended up coming here every day just because it's so cheap and good!
the best bread in porland
The best pastor and baked goods outside of Mex city.
Awesome food, the wait was minimal.
(Translated by Google) Very rich bread (Original) Pan muy rico.
Amazing no frills Mexican food that tastes as authentic as the people that work there!
Best authentic tacos in Portland area. Handmade tortillas. Variety of meats, chicken, pork, beef, tongue, goat,... served traditional style with onions and cilantro. Bakery goods are very good. Tre leche cake is the speciality.
Awsome food and they have doughnuts...
Amazing everything especially there hot food
Bread sucks nowadays
I love the bread from there
It had good burritos
This place is messy and seems a little dirty inside. On the plus side they have fantastic Mexican pastries and asada tacos.
The carnitas tacos are incredible. So good that I almost don't want to send this review, because I don't want to share!
I've definitely wanted to try this place out after seeing how well the reviews were. It's a great madre and padre shop with a bunch of authentic cultural flare. There were a ton of people in line to order some freshly made baked goods. I didn't get a chance to try it this time but maybe the next! We were definitely here for the tacos. My bf and I each got some Carne Asada and Pastor. And it was definitely way bigger than I expected. You get your moneys worth for $1.99. The Asada was a bit tougher and chewier than I would have liked. They give you a lot of salsa options to flavor the tacos a bit more too. But there was any water available anywhere but they do have coke! So that's a plus when you're digging in. The Pastor was probably both of our favorites. Since I ordered way too much I just enjoyed two of the Pastor and only the first Asada I had and had to throw the other one away. All in all this place also has a lot of different spices, items for cooking, and a lot of Mexican favorites for candies and such. It made me feel happy to see a bit of diversity just south of Sellwood. I can see why it's a neighborhood favorite! I'd love to give this place another shot next time my Bf is craving tacos.
Best pastor I've found!
best mexican food in portland.
Great value, wonderful tasting Tacos
Great food!!

Wonder,,, real Mexican food,,, good portions,,, good flavors,,, a small place
Authentic, awesome.
NICE BAKERY AND AMAZING BREAD TACOS AND PASTRY. LOVE THIS BAKERY AS THE FOOD STUFF ARE AT FAIR PRICE.
Exceptional burritos and an outstanding salsa selection.
Great authentic Mexican food. Restaurant is like an add on to a Mexican specialty store. Put the restaurant in a stand alone cleaned up building and I'd give 5 stars.
Ordered 90 loaves for our middle school classroom celebrating Day of the Dead. Extremely well made bread, and the price was very inexpensive. I would recommend this bakery again.
The best hidden gem when it comes to good Mexican food. The tacos are amazing - our family favorite. Delicious and filling. Great traditional pastries. Amazing prices.
Quiet hole in the wall with a restaurant attached. Food was bland, but on the cheap side. The lack of music or anything in the building makes it very uncomfortable to speak, as you feel everyone can eavesdrop on you
They got fresh bread donuts, conchas and more everyday not like other stores that have old stale bread
My brother and I go here a lot. And when I say "a lot" I mean...A LOT. My heart would break if they ever went out of business and I couldn't eat their fresh conchas anymore. That said, they have waaaaay more than just conchas. They have a multitude of baked treats as well as meals and grocery items. The staff is also really nice. Like, REALLY nice. Coming here makes you feel like you're family.
Authentic and delicious food for a great price. The tienda has fresh and incredible pasteles, and all kinds Mexican kitchen staples.
Best. Doughnuts. Ever. They have a great bakery with only a couple type of doughnuts, but if you like the Mexican style pastries, they can't be beat.
Some of the best tacos I've ever had. House-made tortillas. They're huge and only $1.99 each!
Panaderia that is hidden in the Ardenwald area of Milwaukie is a small and quiet family owned an ran bakery/restaurant. Tacos are sooo good and their sweet bread is the best I have had anywhere else (including bakeries in Mexico).
(Translated by Google) Very clean and tasty handmade tortillas, tacos are great (Original) Muy limpio y sabroso las tortillas hechas a mano , los tacos son grandes
Great tortillas and tacos!
Good conchas
Gross! Had a hair in my dulce leche cake. Will never waste money there again
The carnitas tacos are amazing!
Pan
I had a burrito here today that had an aftertaste of cleaning chemicals (i hope) i will never eat here again. I have been coming in for a few months and ive had a few issues. Also service is unfriendly

Esta Muy sucio... Deverian Cuidar la Limpieza
The best sweet mexican bread ❤....also they have a variety of food for to go or to eat there. The cakes and flans are so delicious. Good prices!!!!
I picked up some tacos here and they were really good. Al Pastor had really good flavor. Homemade tortillas.
Tacos are delish! Handmade tortillas, good size, and inexpensive. I eat here at least once a week.
Good tasting, high quality, and inexpensive. If you're looking for authentic Mexican in Portland this place is what you want.
Very good food, fairly fast. Cordial
Good bread
They have amazing tamales & tacos! Fresh baked goods by 7am. Love this place! It's worth it to eat your way through the menu haha
They also have bomb Mexican food to order
Bomb burritos. Cheap. Good snacks. Haven't tried the bakery yet
Love this place! Prices are unbeatable..
The very best Mexican cuisine at a steal!!
The amazing aroma as soon as you enter this place makes you just want to grab all the breads they have! Love this place.
Delicioso todo el pan es una delicia
One of the best menudos, is worth it and not so spencive plus Home made Tortillas. And don't forget their Mexican Bread.
Fresh baked bread is always great! But Kitchen and dining area needs to be more clean and sanitized.
(Translated by Google) It is good bread (Original) Está bueno el pan
This is my go to taco place with jicama and radishes and a salsa bar with fresh cucumbers. Foods delightful
Higher prices for sweet bread than anywhere else in town. Staff could be friendlier.
(Translated by Google) Account with money, food and bread shipments very good place (Original) Cuenta con envíos de dinero, comida y pan muy buen lugar
Love their pasteries~~selection of Mexican foods.
Authentic Mexican sweet bread.
We love their carne asada tacos and then they also have Bakery items that we love the jalapeno cheese bread excellent
Nice bakery and amazing tacos you can have here. Prices were fair and I like the environment of the place.
Cool little restaurant and market. My favourite carnitas in town, them it on the "Torta Cinco de Mayo," with everything (of course). Remember to grab yourself some salsa from the salsa bar in the corner. Need some avocados or beans to make that snack later? No problem, you can pick that up while your waiting on your food. Oh, and they have cake!!
I come for the foreign candy & the delicious bottled Coca-Cola's, but I'm sure there is plenty more this place offers, check it out for yourself!
Small and cozy.
Delicious Baked Goods!
They have tacos and tortas with fresh bread and homemade tortillas for a great price! You wont find mango salsa or a kimchi quesarito, they have red salsa, green salsa and guacamole that you can put on carnitas made in the morning.
Ordered burrito and some tacos. There were some dead ants on the burrito plate....
The best!!!
Great Mexican bread!
Excellent Mexican bakery, fast food place disguised as a grocery. Oh, the custards.
Great tacos! Al pastor and the fresh tortillas are the stars here. Portions are huge
Whipped donuts with cinnamon and sugar are my all time most favorite donut, and they make them here. But get there early, or they will all be sold out. I just wish they made more everyday. I understand why they cant due to a smaller space, but the store is stuffed with lots of different varieties of Mexican food, other donuts, Mexican bread, desserts, beverages, and various Mexican snacks and miscellaneous items to purchase. The employees are friendly and helpful.
The Best bread in Town and i love this place please do support out local business and i recommend this to anyone young and old really delicious bread and other stuff.
Very good Mexican food for a cheap price
Local food carts yum is all I can say reasonably priced limited parking
Incredible food and friendly people, this team is a valuable member of our community that my heart and belly love in equal parts. Saludos!
Good
El pan mas delicioso que he probado!
Had the best Tacos ever. Authentic place, nothing fancy. More of a homy atmosphere.
Good market small selection
Not bad. Friendly service
comida deliciosa y pan para morir
Cheap, tasty food and baked goods. Plus a small tienda, to get those authentic ingredients you can't find at Safeway.
Good burritos, would like to see red sauce at the salsa bar and tubs of verde sauce for sale to take home. Bring cash there’s a 50 cent charge for card
Great, until I got a giant slimy chuck of pork fat in my carnitas torta. Killed if for me!
Easily the best tacos I have had in in the whole of the Portland metro area. Everything is reasonably priced and service is always friendly.
Love this place
Great Mexican bread
Amazing. That simple.
Very good service
Very good tres letche cake.
$1.25 tacos with their own homemade tortillas...Heavenly! They also have a small bakery section to select from. Overall a great place to eat, just don't expect a restaurant scenery since this is more of a market with a few tables then sit down cuisine.
Fresh authentic pan. Tacos are pretty large. No tamales when I went, so I have to go back :D I finally found a good spot within SE
(Translated by Google) The bread is very good (Original) El pan esta bien rico
Hand made corn tortillas, tamales and fresh salsa. You can get veggies here too. Very authentic.
Has a lot of staples in the market. Tacos are huge compared to typical tacos. Good variety and the specials have always been pretty good. Recommended.
Good simple donuts not too sweet.
Seriously, this is the best taqueria in Portland, I'm sure of it. Seriously have to resist all their breads and pastries when I go in to get lunch. Lit af.
Best tacos in tonw
Well i wish they had a carniceria in there so i can buy some meat
Best carnitas in town!!
I love this place their food is really good and their sweet bread are magnificent . I will never had enough of their burritos <3
Mexican bread is bomb!
This family owned and operated bakery/restaurant/convenience store, is a neighborhood gem. From the delectable food they serve, to the annual traditional Rosca de Reyes that they bake (for almost the entire latin catholic community in town), with finally, the authentic snacks and candies they keep stocked, this place is one of my favorite one-stop-shops! Be sure to check them out and indulge in all that they have to offer! I promise you, you won't be disappointed.
(Translated by Google) The best sweet bread! (Original) El mejor pan dulce!
They need to Clean the place a little bit more specially the windows to look better, but the food is good and they have good of different kind of Salsas!
Excellent Mexican bread
Unsanitary, dont recommend
If you want the real Mexican flavor, this is it....not only is a superb bakery, they give some of the best tacos around...The bread is made in the same place, so it is always fresh....The prices are very decent too....3 of us just finished eating tacos, coffee and bread, for about !!! $20 dollars!!!!
Very helpful. My first time ordering from there hot food menu. Fresh and home made. I will visit again.
Great bakery that sells variety of pan dulce, and Mexican lunch items like flautas and terrific tortas. They also have a small grocery store that primarily has snacks, and nestlé hot drink products (various nescafes and cocoa). They will make custom decorated cakes to order. They make the best tres leches cake in town.
(Translated by Google) Very kind (Original) Muy amables
Superb.
The best Mexican pastries in Portland!
Very expensive
En panadería 5 de mayo encuentras las mejores conchas (pan de dulce), frescas, calientitas; muy ricas acompañadas de un buen café, o cualquier bebida.
Decent food at a decent price
Great prices on beer!
Their tacos are huge! and they make their own tortillas. You can spruce up your taco with (free) lemon wedges, radish slices, fresh Pico de Gallo, their "Nopalitos" (cactus) are delicious and made daily; and you should try their guac salsa...They also have a couple red salsas.BOTH THE CACTUS and their PICO are SPICY HOT!
Wonderful donuts! Fresh made! Need I say more?
Amazing food-- the burrito pastor was probably the finest I've ever had!
Love the fresh made tortillas for tacos.
So good.
Best Mexican pastries and tacos in one stop
very good food and prices I eat there 2 or 3 times a week
Very friendly and the food....
It's really fast and tastes great, it's also a great foreign place to buy goods
There are no pandas for sale, I was disappointed.
Amazing tacos! So friendly.
Muy mala esperiencia a tienden de mala manera como si teregalaran las cosas nola recomiendo.
This is a pretty decent authentic Mexican food place with extremely quick service and very nice employees. It's very reasonably priced for the amount of food you get. I am a "Carne asada" burrito kinda guy, and never change my order from any Mexican food place unless it's an ultimate nacho. This place has about the lowest quality steak I've ever had from a Mexican food restaurant. It's full of gristle, over cooked, over salted, and easily grade d meat (if not worse). They also charge a 50c transaction fee if you use your card vs using cash which I think is illegal (except for gas stations).
love these small family business's!
Good burritos But the place is filthy
I love the sweet bread. Always fresh
Fantastic homestyle cooking. Burritos out of this world.
Amazing jumbo size tacos!!! Authentic Mexican cooking! Delicious Flan, great variety of Mexican sweet rolls and bread! Great prices! Their food makes my mouth do a happy dance!
Real food, real good. Baked goods also wonderful.
Is a good place with a great mexican food,,, go there and get a real mexican food
It's OK not alot variety.
Great food, well priced, nice people..it's great
Great food
