I really like the staff. Especially the owners. There is one staff member that is very overwhelming though she means well. Their products on the other hand, are bad. I hate to say it, but it's true. Their hand pies are the only thing worth getting. And they used to be better. But everything else is bad. Dry. Flavorless. Like they skimped on butter and sugar on everything they make. We are disappointed every time we go. We keep going back because we like the staff and we love the atmosphere. And the idea of a local bakery in our very own Albany makes us happy.

Treats are delicious, however the several times I've been, there's a particular employee who is very unfriendly and cold. Almost has an annoyed attitude with the customers. She pushes too hard to up-sell and obviously makes the customers buy more than they are comfortable with.

This is a new bakery for us. We went today and got a butter croissant, chocolate croissant (free as it was the last one), a cookies and cream cupcake, mini, chocolate chocolate cupcake, and a coconut lime scone. Everything was delicious, the scone was the best one I’ve ever had that wasn’t homemade. The crumble and moisture levels were perfect. The icing was just enough, not too little or too much. And the flavor was perfect. We will certainly be back!

I went in a got their chocolate chocolate, vanilla bean, peanut butter, and ginger scone. SO MOIST AND DELICIOUS! The vanilla bean frosting is so flavorful. Everything is quality made, fresh, it's such a cute shop and the owner is so kind and nice.

I had the choc. Cupcake w/vanilla bean frosting. Super duper moist-delicous. Frosting was so fresh and yummy. Customer service A+. Spent more than I normally would but it tasted better than the ones I normally eat. For a treat once in a while or for special occasions this is the place.

Their cupcakes and cookie sandwiches are by far my favorite. I’m always amazed at the things they can make gluten free and dairy free! The bakery also carries a fun warming atmosphere.

Friendly staff. Scones have no flavor and are extremely dry. The lemon scone was hard as a rock. Very poor product for the high menu prices.

This is a lovely place with lovely people doing what the love! Great vibe. Beautiful foods. Options for those avoiding wheat and dairy. Give the cookie sandwiches a try! They are fun and filling. Employees were super friendly. Prices were reasonable. A great place to grab a treat!

Disappointing experience. Cakes and Cinnamon rolls were (very) dry, saved only by frosting, macarons were premade. With such a small menu and the high price, I'd expect all items to be fantastic, this was not the case.

I feel like this ladies desserts were a lot better before she actually opened up a shop... Previously when things were sold at the farmers market it was all amazing and fresh... Now I go into the bakery and it’s all dry (cupcakes specifically were so dry; there was zero moisture) I hope the owner takes a look at this issue.

Obsessed with the chocolate peanut butter cupcakes! And all the other delicious treats! When they have specialty bread— be sure to grab a loaf! I once got one with olives baked into it and it was THE BEST! Also, always have had great service. Grateful for this little shop in downtown Albany!

Amazing cupcakes that tasted real! I bought some as a treat for my kids for Valentine's day I usually don't care about cake/cupcakes, but after a taste of one of these, I wished I had bought myself a few!! So yummy, and they didn't make me feel yucky later like most bought treats! We will definitely be back!

I love this place. As soon as you open the door, you are hit with the sweet scent of cinnamon rolls. The owner is so nice and welcoming. The space is inviting and there is a lot of space to sit. 10/10 would reccomend to everyone. There's gluten free and vegan options as well.
