Really good pace to get coffee or a brunch. We had a group of 10 in their upstairs table. We tried most of their menu and everthing was delicious! We head secret different coffees and they were all good as well! Would go again!

This bakeshop stays very busy and for good reason! Despite being fully booked for weddings, Nickol was able to squeeze us in as a "pickup" order. We love that she uses local and organic ingredients and with all the rave reviews, she was the first and last person I contacted for a cake. We wanted to incorporate something local from our home in Alaska: hand-picked wild Alaska blueberries my husband had collected. When we arrived in Bend, just three days before our wedding, we dropped off our package of berries and Nickol used the whole berries in the bottom layer of our cake and also used them to make a blueberry jam for our top chocolate layer. The cake was better than I could have imagined. My only disappointment was not getting to eat more of my slice of chocolate cake. Never walk away from your cake at the reception. If it is made by Foxtail, sit back and enjoy it!

I had my wedding at Sunriver Resort a couple weeks ago. We planned to do a small cutting cake in addition to a huge ice cream sundae bar. I called about 3 weeks early to place an order for a wedding cake through Foxtail because I had heard such good reviews. They told me they were no longer accepting ANY wedding orderS until late December. I asked if I could order a one layer, blank, simple cake (a birthday cake in their terms) for our special day. They kindly agreed. On the day of our wedding, my aunt went to pick up the cake for me and Foxtail was unable to find our reservation. After finding the receipt, the baker came out to publicly humiliate my aunt and tell her how terrible it was to have a “birthday cake” at a wedding after only giving me the option to buy this cake for our wedding? She was extremely rude. The cake was good but unfortunately the rude and unnecessary customer service overrides the product.

I am from out of town and was only in the area for a few days trying to plan my whole wedding she was able to meet with me on a day she is not normally open for my tasting. Everything was delicious, it made the decision hard! When we cut the cake at the wedding my husbands first remark was that he didn't want to give me any as it was too good! Delicious and absolutely beautiful!

The wait is over. Foxtail is in the building, and boy it's worth it. From the moment you walk in, the art wall, the attention to every little detail is meticulous. The counter and the variety of baked goods is mouth watering. The vibe is great, the ambiance even more, oh, and there's a loft. Can you imagine? We've ordered: Oregon Monkey toast which was delicious, with the fresh banana and whipped hazelnut mascarpone and toasted hazelnut latté the coffee was very tasty but a bit cold. Price's a bit on the high end side. Bottom line - We love Foxtail, for sure will be back again and again.

My favorite bakeshop in town! Not only for wedding and event cakes and desserts, but I love taking out of town guests for brunch and treats! The menu is creative and always excites the tastebuds. If you want a basic breakfast or pastry this place is not for you. If you want something fresh, beautiful and out of this world good, you must visit this place! You wont be disappointed!

I anxiously awaited Foxtail’s opening and it was so worth it! From out of town guests to needing the perfect pastry, Foxtail is where I go! I love the custom order pies, the marionberry is incredible. There is no bad option and I love their breakfast sandwich! The cafe is expertly decorated and the coffee is delicious! They make all their own syrups for the coffees!

Over-priced. $10 for a chai latte and a small apple cider?! Pastries are a little too out there for me. If you like unusual flavor combos and don’t mind spending a lot of money you will like it as the atmosphere is visually stimulating.

The young lady at the cash register this morning had dog hair all over her sweater and there was some stuck to the cash register. She was also not at all friendly. When my breakfast came, I picked four hairs out of it. The space is cramped and the food is priced too high for the quality.

I never liked French Macaroons until I tried one from Foxtail Bakeshop. Nickol's creativity oozes out of every treat with not only exceptional flavor but lovely presentations and on top of it she is a rad, down to earth human. My favorites are the cake jars and the anticipation of discovering her newest sweet creations. If you are visiting or live here I highly recommend treating yourself to a tart or two.

How can it be so GORGEOUS & DELISH here??? Foxtail NEVER disappoints and is a place I always bring my guests, they are all blown away. Best macs I've ever had hands down. The food is always unbelievable and the coffee is on point. Not to mention the beyond beautiful space. Love it!

Foxtail is seriously the best! As a wedding planner in town I always love working with Nickol and the Foxtail crew. They're always accommodating and go the extra mile. I've seriously never had anything that I didn't devour - even if I couldn't pronounce the fancy name of what I was eating! :) I've used Foxtail for weddings, showers, birthdays and elopements and always am blown away but the flavor and beauty of each dessert. Can't say enough great things - a must try!

I really wanted to like this place - there are tons of rave reviews and the cupcakes were very pretty. But man, this was a disappointment from start to finish. Ordered some cupcakes a few days in advance as required, and went to pick them up just past the scheduled time. The guy was obviously confused and said they weren't ready, they "weren't supposed to be done until Friday at noon" despite the fact that it was Friday at 12:30pm. Left and returned later to pick them up. Sadly, the cupcakes themselves were worse than the confused service. The chantilly cream on the matcha cake truly tasted of parmesan cheese and was inedibly gross. The other two flavors we got were edible, but unimpressive. I will definitely stick to other businesses for my baked good needs.

I’m dissapointed that this establishment did not offer any vegan pastry options. I had to take my business next door to Fix and Repeat, which was a wonderful, welcoming place and was a better alternative for plant-based options.

I ordered the cascadia to go, got into my car and took one bite and ended up eating the entire meal in the front seat of my car. I COULD NOT SET IT DOWN IT WAS SO MAGICAL. The lovely young woman at the register was as pleasant as could be. After I finished my food I went home and raved to my roommates about the life changing meal I just had. The portion was definitely smaller than what the "average American" is used to because well, lets admit it our portion perspective is warped and disgusting. I thought it was the perfect amount of food, and if one is still hungry there are so many beautiful pastries to fill up on so really... Its quite impossible to not have a wonderful experience here. Thank you for exisiting.

Nickol has been baking cookies for Cowboy Carriage Christmas caroling tours for years. She goes out of her way deliver them to our rides and even makes us hot chocolate. She is excellent to work with. If there happens to be cookies left after a ride I am very happy to make sure they are not wasted!

I am so upset they only have ONE OPTION for creamer. As far as I saw but I didn’t ask, they only had one out though There at least needs to be 1% milk and a dairy free option. I got an americano which took too long. I understand food taking a while but I at least like to sip a beverage while waiting........ My sweet potato waffle was so scrumptious upon first taste. But as I kept eating it was very overwhelmingly sweet. Sounds crazy but it tasted like a deep fried funnel cake. The marmalade completely fudged up my taste buds, was sweeter than candy. The orange zest chantilly cream had lovely texture but the only flavor it contained was an after taste of whole milk. the hazelnut butter( which is supposed to be the highlight of the dish) was just a tiny lump of subtle nut flavor. Lol. Your sweet tooth will like this dish. No other part of you will..... The modern & botanical aesthetic of this place is so stunning it hurts to look haha. But If you want an Instagram meal go for it. If you want a damn tasty breakfast, keep looking.

I love this bakeshop so so much! The staff and atmosphere can't be beat and their FOOD is beyond delicious! This is always my go to when I have guests from out of town visiting and it's my regular spot just for me :) They also made my wedding cake and I'm only sad I didn't order a bigger one so I'd have more for me after the wedding! We got the Athena flavor which is Vanilla bean chiffon cake with mascarpone whip & fresh Oregon berries finished with brown sugar butter cream. It was seriously the best cake I've ever tasted! Whether you're looking for a cool and tasty local hangout or someone to make you the most delicious and unique wedding cake, Foxtail is the place.

Had a coffee, salty queen, and cinnamon/ocean looking roll. Sophisticated flavors! Their ocean roll looking roll destroys Sparrow's ocean roll. These guys are legit, real bakery. No offense to Sparrow, great service there, but stuff tasted like Walmart, which is common in the states.

We always loved the bakery and now with the kitchen serving savory dishes it’s a bigger hit. We enjoyed the naan lunch and the pork belly menu offering. We pick out our box of sweet treats and placed a pie order for Mother’s Day.

Great instagram-able aesthetics...Fantastic and interesting gourmet breakfast foods...And CBD infused coffee?!? What more do you need? The Savory Waffle in particular is a spiritual experience!!! The waiting line can get long fast during peak brunch hours so try to hit it a little early or a little late. The staff do a pretty good job of keeping up with the orders but indecisive people can slow the line quite a bit.

Upon walking in, I was overwhelmed with the beauty of this atmosphere and the vibe that it offered. However, as I browsed the many, many pastry options, there was not one vegan option. My boyfriend and I left not only feeling disappointed but let down that we couldn't stay and enjoy the bakery. Please offer vegan options.
