What a hidden gem! All things gluten free and it's a food truck full of baked goodies (see pics for items they have). Per employee, this is the only location they park at but once Saturday market starts, they are also there as well. We tried pretty much everything on their menu on our first time here. The turnovers were fantastic, cupcake was great but the coffee cake was a bit dry but still rated good. Would try their banana bread loaf next time!

I love the banana bread. Unfortunately, I ordered a sugar-free chocolate cream pie for mother's day and it was inedible. I wish I had tried something sugar-free on a smaller scale before ordering a special dessert for a special day. I had seen a picture of a sugar-free dessert that they posted on Facebook some time back and it looked beautiful. The chocolate cream pie was beautiful too, but no one could take a second bite. The chocolate was so overpowered by the taste of stevia that you would have never guessed it was a chocolate dessert. Chocolate and cream don't need much sweetening to be tasty, so I thought it was a safe bet, but the only flavor was stevia, overwhelmingly stevia with a powerful and lingering bitter stevia aftertaste. I absolutely respect what they do here. Just be aware of this in case you ever hope to have a sugar and gluten-free dessert.

I am visiting from Austin and I love trying the gluten free fare in new towns. I've already been here twice. The pastries are delicious. The filled pastries are light on filling so the bites around the periphery are all crust but the combination of the crust and frosting are divine - like a sugar cookie. My favorite item by far is the banana bread. It is soooooo moist and delicious. I'll be stocking up before i leave Eugene. I have celiac disease and it was such a treat to enjoy gf baked goods on vacation.

Location is small but has just what you need to make your gluten free grocery list fulfilled. I'm so glad they are open on Sunday as well. I bought the almond bread and still making breakfast toast with it. I think it actually got better as the week went on. It had a soft doughy texture when you toast it. I've not had anything like this gluten free. While I was there I got a blueberry scone. It was more like a cookie than scone but delicious.

Honestly, best Gluten Free baked products I've found on both the East and West coast of America. And in the middle too. When I want bread, a baguette, berry scones or a warm melting cinnamon roll to guarantee a foodgasm, Elegant Elephant has delivered every time, every location, for 4 years of my experiences. I used to serve their product at 2 different jobs, and helped bring them into a third. "What's that, we need to order more because we keep selling out so fast? Told ya so bout Elegant Elephant!" 5 stars always

Very friendly service. The baked goods were so tasty, particularly the lemon tarts! The apricot cheese danish texture was almost exactly like a danish with gluten but just a little bit denser and heavier. That's to be expected and it was wonderful for being gluten-free.
