I love this place already and I haven’t even picked up my cake! I went in, described the cake I wanted and my order was made for pick up on Saturday in a snap! (It’s Thursday right now) The woman who assisted me was super friendly and knows what she’s doing, very punctual and detailed. Thanks!! Can’t wait to pick up my cake!!

I have been getting my cakes from them since they open. I loved them and their designs are great. I get what I asked for all the time and they custome make them to what I want. Their deserts are awesome as well. You should try their "fresas with crema" and their "strawberry crepes with white chocolate" they are awesome. Highly recommend this place and if you are looking for a custome and delicious cakes!!! this is one of so many cakes they have done for me and the cupcakes as well!!

If I can rate them a zero, I would. They messed up my son's 1st bday cake, by using the wrong color. I swore I would never use them again, then I said let me at least redeem a discount from the error by ordering a cake for hubby's graduation. When I say the manager Leo, was rude when I disputed the 15%, he refunded me my money and said he will not make the cake. Remind you, the party was in two hours, and they had not even made the cake that I was to pick up at 3:30pm, and it was now 3:50pm, and he had the nerve to tell me 30 min wait. He winded up taking 25%, and had to charge my card again. What a mess!!! Never again!

I payed for a WEDDING cake for my sister 6 months before the great day but when it arrived. The cake looked like they made it in a hurry and had finger prints on it!!! I will let everyone know that want to come here about my experience. Le había pagado para un pastel de bodas para mi hermana de 6 meses antes del gran día, pero cuando lleguo. As you should be able to tell from the name, this place makes cakes. Angel food, devil's food, red velvet, yellow, lots of cakes. If you like cake, and who doesn't, this is a great place to come. Birthday cakes, wedding cakes, party cakes, graduation cakes you name it.

To bad theres no negitive stars. Very unprofessional. Walked in and the music was so loud I felt like it was a hip hop club. Lady came out (turned off music) and I told her I was there to order a cake. She was very unhelpful. I just needed a small cake and we dont like fondant. After searching internet (she turned music back on) I found a small round Harley cake. Nothing special. She then said what flavor. I asked my choices and she said everything. I then asked for a list and she said no they had everthing. Very unhelpful. Finally I just picked strawberry and she said that will be 87.00. FOR WHAT. She then said fondant. I said I just told you we didnt like that!!! She said thats the price. Even if I paid that I would have had no peice of mind of what I was buying. I was very uncomfortable during the entire experience and she was no help at all just plain rude. The cake was so small it only fed 7 people and she was going to fondant it anyway after I said no. Really??? Im so freaking mad cake diva retired they always made me feel good and I have spent mega money there but I have never been treated like this place did me. I would rather go to walmart for a cake and thats saying something for me.

Worst cake place ever! Everyone knows cakes are made the day prior to an event, and the day of the event the cake is decorated. I Ordered my baby shower cake for a Friday. When i went to pick it up at the time they told me, they told me they thought it was for Saturday. Clearly my invoice had the date for friday. Then they proceeded to tell me that they were still decorating it. I got my cake 1 hour after scheduled time. When i looked at the cake it was badly decorated, as in a rush! They refused to give me a refund and considering i was already late i left with the badly decorated cake. As we drove home i noticed the cake starting to melt and it eventually tipped over. They had decorated my cake while it was still hot. I emailed the owner with pics and he never emailed back. This place is a bad excuse of a bakery. Poor customer service as well!!!!!

Horrible servicio. No cumplen con lo que dicen al momento de vender. Ordene y pague mi pastel con 3 semanas de anticipacion. El día del evento debería estar listo a las 3 pm. Eran las 5 y aun no lo tenían listo, perdieron la imagen que debía ir en el pastel. Tuve que escoger y ordenar nuevamente la imagen. En ese momento se pusieron a decorarlo. La imagen mucho más chica de lo que me habían mostrado en la revista, los colores no daban el tono que había pedido... Les pedí que me regresarán mi dinero porque ese pastel no era el que yo había pagado. Querían cobrarme extra por dejarlo como ya me habían dicho. Estafadores! Dijeron que me regresarían mi dinero. Han pasado 3 semanas y el cargo no ha sido regresado a mi tarjeta de crédito. Trauma para mi hijo que no pudo tener su pastel que le prometí en su cumpleaños gracias a esta pastelería nada profesional. Que son buenos? Pura fama... Su negocio ya va en declive. Espero me regresen mi dinero.

I order a cake for a baby shower and asked for a wave to go over the top of our little mermaid and when my daughter went and picked the cake up the mermaid was setting on a wave that looked like my grand daughter painted it. The rest of the cake looked beautiful but I was a little disappointed at the top of the cake, It was like they got to the top of the cake and let someone else do it. Just very disappointing.

This place is very good, I always order the cakes for my kids birthdays from here they always have my order ready on time accurate and delicious. They have a very good variety of shapes, sized and flavors for the cakes plus they can put any picture that you want on it.

I love this place I order a cake for our daughter's birthday last year and this year and were made exactly like I asked them and on time. I really recommend this place the descuide was great but most of all i had looked for a 3 leches cake that we could enjoy and they are great and much better than any other placed!!!

1st time using this bakery. I order a speciality costume cake for my kids birthday party and they did such an excellent job. Yes I did have to wait for a bit while they finished the last details but I think its understandable as it seems like its family owned and only 2-3 people working there. after I saw my cake I can not complain of waiting. The Cake tasted very moist and fresh, everyone at the party LOVED IT!!!. everyone asked for seconds and I was left with NO LEFT OVER. I will definitely be using them again in our next family event and parties!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this was the cake they made along with cupcakes and other desserts except I didn't get pic of the rest. its the Fortnite bus

At didn't want to go at first. This shop it's located on the south side. But a good friend of mine give a really good recommendation so I did go check it out. Leo is very knowledgeable very kind, helpful etc. My cake place from now on. One of the best place to get you cake.
