My husband and I LOVE Eileen's Cookies. Nick and Heather have awesome customer service. They are so nice and great people to get to know. Whenever we walk in they know who we are, what cookies we want and how we want them decorated. We feel so welcomed. It's a great feeling. They store is super clean. We won't go anywhere else cookies as Elieen's cookies are fresh, soft, awesome tasting, scrumptious and yummy. Thanks Nick and Heather!!

I learned about Eileens through my child's schools fall Festival. Not only are the cookies amazing but the store is clean & employees friendly! It is hard to find places with good customer service now a days & this place has both! A great product h great customer service!

The icing was very disgusting. It tasted like they added to much food coloring in it. We had bought 3 dozen of them and hardly anyone ate them. However,The cakes and cupcakes were good tasting loved them. 10/10

We have gone this this little cookie shop on a few occasions and my family really enjoyed the cookies! I am not that big of a sweets fan but the memon cookie was amazing! They have a big bakery and offer a wide variety of desserts. The staff has always been attentive and friendly! It receives 5 stars from my taste buds!

The cookies are pretty good, and that is what I expected. However, they are not the most warm people and can give all the sense that they don’t actually want your business. After about 10 minutes, they seem to warm up, but they are extremely cold attitudes in the very beginning that would push me to not visit their establishment again.

Eileen's Saves the Party! A HUGE thank you to Eileen's. I ordered a 2 tier cake and 2 dozen cookies 3 weeks ago for my son's 2 yo Toy Story themed birthday party. Private bakery I had used before. Day of pick up could not get contact with the lady. No response to messages day before or day of party! With 50 other things to do, we have no cake! I called around to bakeries to no help and then I called Eileen's. They were wonderful and so kind to this panicked momma! They made a delicious Toy Story cookies and my son loved it! I cannot thank you enough for your professionalism, kindness, & responsive service! ❤

I read the reviews and was very excited! Well I brought home 12 chocolate chip cookies, they taste like play dough is what one person said. My one year old wont even eat them. They have a very weird taste to them. I'm not sure if someone forgot to add sugar or some other ingredients but we were very disappointed. I hope I can try again another time.

The staff is always pleasant and polite, and it's very easy to get in, get your cookies and go on your way. The cookies are the best I have ever tasted in my life. I will never choose to buy from a grocery store again.

I happened to go in the store bc my friend was picking up a specialty order for her sons birthday. Everyone was very helpful and explained a lot. Decorated cookies? They got you. Buy single cookies is easy. You can even buy 12 packs. And the day old cookies on sale were good too. My favorite was the cranberry white chocolate with m&m as a second. I would love to go back when I'm in town

Very nice place with SOFT COOKIES, they even sell Kool-Aid flavored cookies, very colorful environment,every cookie I ever tasted has always been soft,a dozen cookies are $4.79 (cheap) and decorated cookies are $7.00 (cheap)... Don't miss out!

I called in a last minute birthday cookie order for my 3 year old yesterday. It looked great, tasted amazing and was a very welcome change from the normal cake and ice cream birthday party. My only suggestion is make sure you have plenty of ice cold milk on hand! Thank you, you did a great job. ♡♡

I came in yesterday expecting to pick up a pre ordered decorated cookie as a thank you gift. There was unfortunately a miscommunication and the cookie was not ready and was not even scheduled to be made that day. The staff was awesome and made me a plater to take as well as some small pre decorated cookies. Their substitute was better than what I had ordered. The experience was still great and the staff was super apologetic and super super helpful and friendly. This was my first time to shop there and I will be back! Great customer service!

Oh my. Their snickerdoodle is to die for! We just moved into the area and on a whim stopped by only 5 minutes before they closed today. They were very nice and accommodating, and we are beyond pleased with their sugary product. My husband doesn’t like snickerdoodles so he got the peanut butter chocolate chip, which was also delicious, but after I convinced him to take a bite of my snickerdoodle, he wanted his own! Perfectly done, I’m not a professional “snickerdoodle taste tester” or anything but this was the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve eaten a lot to say the least, lol. Thanks guys! We’ll be back!

Shout out to Dakota for her bomb decorating skills!!! I called to place my order and all I said was I need 2 dozen sugar cookies with a unicorn with pastel pink, purple, and teal. Also, I need a big sugar cookie cake with a movie theater theme that says happy birthday Johnny in white, red, and black. I say she knocked it out of the park. We weren't sure if this was "walk in" or just pre-order. But they have many cookies by the dozen available plus individual cookies for sale. I tried the peanut butter chocolate chip and double lemon. The cookies were soft and fresh. The double lemon was definitely (surprisingly) my favorite. My daughters wanted specific color/design cookies and I guess it's frowned upon to take them out of order (oldest first). However the worker conceded to let them pick. Prices were reasonable.

Love this place.... drive from northwest OKC to here. Yes I know there is one in Edmond and OKC but Lauri and her crew never disappoint me so why try! May 18th Here again. Getting cookies for graduation and transporting to McAlester. Cookies are precious! Needed black and gold. Instead of just getting what we ordered, salesperson called back to explain that if we used black icing everyone's mouth would be black suggested black sprinkles and they are perfect.
