They have made cookies for multiple work projects I have had. The cookies have always been above and beyond anything I could have expected ! I would highly highly recommend and I definitely will use them again!

This place is awesome! I didn't even know it was here for the longest time since its tucked away in a strip mall I never go down - but once I found it I can't buy cookies or cookie cakes anywhere else! First, their cookie cakes are awesome, and they'll make them in a number of flavors - sugar is my all time flavor though. Kind of their signature. And they're decorating is on point. I mean, why go to chain to get some horrible name incorrectly spelled on your cake? And then there's the individual cookies for sale. How are they so big and tall? I can get myself in trouble eating a dozen myself. The flavors are awesome. What takes the cake. . . (Or cookie?) is the individually iced cookies that they'll make for you and even put in a bouquet. And they'll do some AMAZING special requests. I had them do succulents in a lightbulb and they looked so professional. Try this place, you won't regret it.

Ordered cookies for a wedding shower. they were so pretty and tasted great. I didn't give any direction except the colors and that they were for a shower. The decorations were artistic and very unique. I had lots of great comments about them.

I ordered some cookies for my wedding in April and they were so cute and really delicious! The cookies added a really cute flair to the dessert table and everyone really enjoyed them! I will definitely be using 1 Smart Cookie again for future events!

This is my favorite cookie place. I never made a custom order, but I usually just walk and and buy their premade cookies in the jars and the iced ones on display. My favorite is the iced cookie. I like how the cookie itself isn't too sweet or tarty. It has a subtle sweetness to it. I like how the icing isnt too thick and it has a hint of almond flavor. It tastes very addicting. The cookie shape itself is very cleanly cut and has the right thickness. I have had the cookies laying out for over 2 days or so and the cookie still tastes great. The texture of the cookie can vary. I was never disappointed in getting a stiff cookie. The cookies I have had were soft with a good amount of moisture. Some would be more soft than others, but none were ever rock hard.

I ordered a cookie bouquet of various iced cut-out cookies as a "man-flowers" valentine. My only complaint is that they cookies might spoil before he ever eats them all. He doesn't want to eat them because they all look so good. :) The cookies seriously looked phenomenal! They were tasty too! Sometimes the prettier iced cookies don't have a great flavour. We liked these! I also picked out a small assortment of regular cookies. I wasn't disappointed with any of them! I was disappointed that one of the cut-outs I'd ordered got overlooked, but things happen (& they more than made up for it)! I'll definitely be back!

I will say, the cookies were very pretty and did match the theme of the party, but they were not delicious. Also, we requested bright colors with pops of pink and they were muted colors with no pink. No biggie. The thing that bothered me the most was we were given a total over the phone and when we picked up they charged us a extra $17 and would not offer a refund, only store credit.. we will not be needing the store credit and will not order from here again.

Probably the BEST cookie I’ve had (other then my moms). The cookies taste homemade and are obviously made from quality ingredients. I’ve tried several flavors but my favorite are the lemon and the oatmeal scotchie. Try this place. You’ll love ‘em!

I've used 1 Smart Cookie for my twins Birthday parties for the past 3 years because we love them so much! I practically lived off them when I was pregnant! The 1st year they made us Ladybug cookies, the 2nd year it was animals for the Noah's Ark party, and this year they are doing the Michael Jackson Gloves for the party! The best part.. is not only are the awesome to LOOK at.. they taste DELICIOUS! Love them!

Ordered some sugar cookies for a kindergarten class show, they were $50 for 48 mini cookies (you could make 3 or 4 mini cookies from one regular cookie) When I picked them up they were not only over priced but also hard as rocks. We will never go back.

These guys not only made beautiful cookies for my son’s graduation, but they taste amazing as well!!! Nice and soft with a subtle almond flavor, and the icing didn’t have that funky food coloring flavor! They also called a couple of different times and double checked my order with me to make sure that they made exactly what I wanted, and were very accommodating when I had to double the order just a week out!

This is my absolute favourite cookie place in OKC! I use to do deliveries for them and all of their staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I've also been on the customer end as I've used them for mothers day and a birthday. Their cookies always look gorgeous and too good to eat! Their lemon cookies are to die for

Disrespectful and ignorant. I unfortunately purchased a Groupon for this place prior to trying it out. The Groupon was for $7.50 worth a cookies with three vouchers in the one deal. When I went to use the first Groupon, I ordered a dozen cookies and used the Groupon $7.50 worth and I would pay the remaining balance. The employee said the voucher was only for 6 cookies and I would have to make two separate purchases thus losing any incentive to buy a dozen at the dozen price. I showed her what the Groupon said and she called the owner over. The owner made a big deal out of it and made me wait while she rummaged through a stack of papers only to find her original Groupon which said the same thing. She still insisted that she meant for the Groupon to be for six cookies instead of $7.50 as stated. I ended up paying full price for the six cookies. It really ended up being little more than a dollar extra, which I don't mind paying, I was just surprised at her ignorance and her insistence that go by what she meant rather than what was stated. She took the phone from me and redeemed the voucher. I took the cookies to my staff and ended up throwing a few away because none would eat them. I just now went back to use the next two vouchers and found out that she had previously marked one of the vouchers on my phone as used, but wrote down the number of another voucher, effectively voiding two vouchers in the first transaction. I described this to the employee and she basically said she was sorry and there was nothing to do. "The customer is always right" has no place here. Unfortunately, neither does written word. An embarrassing experience for me, and I'll be sure to let everyone else know to avoid this place.

Not impressed. I spent about $50 on a cookie cake and minis that were dried out and crumbly. The icing was not creamy and crumbled off when cut. It also overwhelmingly tasted like a lemon cookie, and we absolutely do not like lemon dessert of any kind. My cookie cake was at least 3 days old when I got it, so that may have been why this one was just not good at all. I couldn't finish a slice and most of the kids left their pieces on their plates with one bite. Will not be returning for future cakes. The design, which was a simple Pokeball, was lopsided and my son thought it looked really off as well. Oh well, expensive mistake!

Stopped in to grab a few Valentine's treats and they had pently of variety along with valentine decorated ones as well. Staff is always friendly and the place is clean. There cookies are always delicious!

received these as a gift. the presentation was cute, box, shred, etc, but the cookies were just awful and left much to be desired. the brownies, especially the toffee and the raspberry were extremely dry. threw everything in the trash. bummer, really wanted to love!!

We ordered cookies for our open house. They were cute and yummy! We were afraid that we would run out for our next day of open house so I went in right after they opened and asked if there was anything they had that I could buy, the girls made me 3 dozen minis in our dance studio colors in an hour! Great cookies and customer service!

I needed to take some treats to my customers in this area. I have tried other bakeries but didn't find what I wanted to present as a delicious gift. The gourmet cookies I found here were a BIG hit at each delivery I made. This will be my "Go-To" bakery when I'm in town.

We had cookies made for my son's party, and they were the hit of the evening! The delightful square cookies were topped with his picture printed on the icing. The cookies were a delicious almond flavor, and everyone really enjoyed them. We will be coming back again this week to get more cookies for a friend's event!

The cookies were really good but had a sour after taste, about 7 hours later after eating 4 cookies i started to experience really bad stomach pain. I dont know what it was. I threw up.

It was surprisingly easy to place a custom sugar cookie order. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cookies were absolutely delicious and the design was flawless. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I guess it depends on who you get to make your cookies, but the ones I ordered for my son's birthday did not turn out the way I wanted them to (or as cute as I thought they would be). Despite giving the lady (a different one than who ended up making them) specific instructions and emailing pics of how I wanted them to look, they forgot to make one cookie (until I got there and they made it quickly). Plus, another cookie not only said something different than what I wanted but it was also the wrong shape and design. Granted, I got a 10% discount and two free cookies, but I think I will use other companies in the future.

I've bought cookies from here many times and they are always delicious. The oatmeal scotchie is my favorite. The decorated cookies are beautiful and taste as good as they look. I almost forgot my special order on a Saturday, but they called to remind me which was greatly appreciated! My daughter now has a precious gift to give to her teacher for her first day of school.
