I never write reviews however this cake deserved high praises! I’m from VT and had to order a cake for a surprise 90th and 50th bday. The cake was absolutely beautiful and so delicious! Best buttercream frosting I’ve ever had! Everyone raved about this cake! Thank you so much!

Amazing! Not only was the cake delicious, it was a really good price point for a wedding cake. They were able to work with us with our options, since we didn’t want a traditional multi-tiered caked. Most delicious cake I have ever tasted. My 25 guests at my daughers birthday party felt the exact same way! Beautifully decorated and tasted amazing! Almond flavored cake, Whipped butter cream frosting, and fresh raspberry filling. YYYYYYUUUUUMMMMMM!

My wife and I had our cake and cupcakes catered from Top Tier for our wedding. We tried about half a dozen places before finding Top Tier, and were amazed at the quality and knew this was the place for us! Many people wanted to know the baker so they could order cupcakes for their own parties in the future, and we were happy to share the information. Because we allowed people to take leftovers, our only 'problem' is that we now barely have any cupcakes at home ourselves :P They were such a hit everyone wanted to take some home! For any future events, we will go with Top Tier for sure.

Ashley Joslin is beyond talented in her artistry. Her cakes are always moist and full of flavor. I highly recommend stopping in the shop and trying her vast array of cupcakes, tarts and other treats in the pastry case and see for yourself!

I needed a birthday cake last minute, I called Saturday morning and the staff was very friendly and helpful I was able to come pick up a cake about an hour later and it was decorated so nice my friend loved it. It also tasted great and fresh.

I ordered a complicated graduation cake for my twin daughters as well as sugar cookies with their college logos on it. It’s rare to be able to convey pride and emotions through a cake, but they understood my vision and came up with a design that brought tears to my eyes. Not only was it perfectly gorgeous, it was so delicious! It was the talk of the party!! I am forever grateful to Top Tier cakes and their staff - I will never go anywhere else!

My husband and I had our wedding cakes done by Top Tier Cakes. We had a 2-tier chocolate cake with chocolate icing and was just gorgeous and tasted well. Our 2nd cake of vanilla with whipped icing was also extremely tasty. Everything was beautiful and tasted wonderful. I will definitely use them again for any future specialty cake needs.

When I saw the cake I was so happy with what I saw. They did such an excellent job with decorating and they did it exactly how I imagined. The cake was light. I gave 4 stars because the taste of the cake by itself tasted artificial a little bit. They added almond extract and that tased odd a little bit, but other than that it was a great experience and my husband loved this surprise birthday cake.

We did a cake tasting with Ashley for my sister’s wedding and were blown away! Best buttercream I’ve ever tasted! All of her cakes were moist and perfectly baked and she has an amazing array of delicious fillings. We loved our tasting so much that we bought a carrot cake to bring home and it was the BEST carrot cake we’ve ever had! I chose Top Tier Cakes to make a Strawberry Cassata cake for a bridal shower and I made the right choice. The cake was delicious! Moist and fresh.Frosting extraordinary. Lettering done in chocolate. The cakes was delicious. Many in attendance said it was the best cake they ever ate. Ashley was great to work with . I highly recommend this cake shop!

Ordered a simple cake for my Hubby birthday. Awesome and simple cake. All our friends enjoyed it as well and planing to opt for Top tier in near future. Not that expensive. It was custom made with whip cream rather than any other frosting, no filling and just fruits for garnish. Very light to eat and perfect sweetness. If you love not that very sweet cakes, then this is the place for you. Loved it, thank you for making his special day more special.

I ordered a customized cake for my 25th birthday, and Top Tier did a wonderful job. The cake was pretty much a three layer cake, with the second layer being cheesecake. I spoke with Ashley and sent her a picture of what I wanted and she did an absolutely AMAZING job! I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful quality desserts!
