I feel bad it took me so long to write this review because this place is AMAZING! Last August you guys made our wedding cake, it was a 3 tier naked cake topped with lots of fresh fruit. It looked beautiful and tasted even better. Honestly the cake was the talk of the wedding and we still get compliments about it today .I highly recommend Tiffanys Bakery for anyone who wants a quality cake that tastes as good as it looks .

Working with Tiffany’s to order my wedding cake was a delightful experience. From the cake tasting to the final confirmation call, the entire process was fun and delicious! My husband requested a Tiffany cake as soon as we set a date and I am so glad he did. We loved it. We chose not to keep the top so that we could order a fresh cake on our first anniversary! I look forward to it!

About 3:30 - 4:00 on 7/25/15 I and my family stopped in to order my daughter's birthday cake, while there my children's mom had to use the restroom. She was told they didn't have a key, so we ordered ice cream for the children to eat there, and I had a maple cream stick. After about ten minutes I inquired again on the restroom, the young lady told me someone was probably in there. Now mind you we were there about twenty to twenty five minutes no one stays in a public rest room that long!! The young lady could not even look me in the face any longer, which allowed me to perceive she was lying. It so happened the establishment next door ( Carolinas) had a restroom with no stipulations. Now I am not one to pull the race card but, the treatment we received was totally uncalled for!! If my soon to be 10 yr old little daughter hadn't requested Tiffanys' I would have left and ordered somewhere else!! With all that is going on in this world today, you would have thought an organization as reputable as Tiffanys, would've had better rapport with people of color!!!

I usually go to Tiffany's to satisfy a sweet tooth. I love their cakes and pastries. However, on this particular day I picked up a bunch of goodies for the family and as I'm paying for my purchase I notice one of the employees handling food without gloves. I am appalled at the lack of proper handling of food of that particular employee to the point that I may never go back and I've gotten birthday cakes from here over 20 years. Just think...we don't really know how they handle food when no one is in the store do we? I shudder to think of the possibilities....

AMAZING!!! My family has patroned Tiffany's Bakery since my childhood in the 80s. They did an outstanding job on my wedding cake in 2002. Over the weekend, they did it again. My husband ordered a cake for my 40th birthday and Tiffany's outdid themselves. It was so a 4-tier Game of Thrones themed cake and I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE it!! Not only is the design on point, nearly everything was done in butter cream with only a bit of fondant for the dragon and other components. This made the cake not only beautiful, but easy to eat. In addition to all of this, the cake was moist and delicious. My guests loved it!! Thank you for making my day extra special.

My husband Ty & I recently were married in July. Tiffany's made our wedding cake and it was a huge hit! Not only was it delicious, but the decorator (also named Ty lol) did an AMAZING job of taking ideas from pictures I had and doing something totally original! I have already found images of our exact cake popping up around the internet on pinterest and as one of the first images on bing search. The staff is amazing and Bruce and Tony are the best! We have never had one bad thing from this place. Their lunch is great, their pastries are great and their cake is the best in the world.

I went here for the 1st time today. Drove 30 minutes to try it because the reviews were so good. Plus we wanted to try a new place. My family decided to try things we have never had before. I got the cream horn...which i just seen on the cooking channel It was terrible. It was so sweet I couldn't even eat it. My daughter got a cake pop and it was raw in the middle. My husband got something I can't remember but the shell was so crunch it fell apart on the table and was also very sweet. I don't usually say anything bad about places but all 3 things were terrible. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I've been going to Tiffany's for the past 6 years and have never had ANYTHING bad! My husband and I ordered our wedding cake from this bakery, and we ordered a little extra - hoping to have some leftover - but it was GONE! All of our vendors said they couldn't believe how many people were in line for the cake and how fast it went. The cake was so moist and just perfect. Their wedding cakes aren't the only delicious thing - their lunches, ice cream and pastries are top of the line too! Everything is great! And the service is fantastic - no matter what your idea or thoughts are - Tiffany's will make it happen. I would recommend this bakery to everyone!!!

We had a wonderful experience with Tiffany's making our wedding cake. Bruce is so incredibly nice, and worked with our schedule to set up a tasting. We ended up going with a very simple cake, but everything tasted amazing! There was no way to go wrong with a cake from Tiffany's. Tiffanys is amazing not only just as a bakery you can get your hearts desire at but also as a quick spot to get a quick treat. Yet don't just throw them into a run of the mill bakery they also do wedding cakes. My wife and I got them to do our wedding cake and grooms cake absolutely delicious, you know if you have a great looking cake with flavor to match when 3 years later people still tell you how good it was.

I ordered a cake in August and everything seemed great until the day of pickup. I needed a sheet cake with printed images. I confirmed the images and booked all details almost a month in advance. I was told my cake would be ready on the date requested and to come in at any time to pick it up. I received a call around 9am after they had opened (Had planned on picking up the cake around 10) to say that the images I had wouldn't fill the cake and that I needed to submit new images, and it would be an additional fee to do so. I had confirmed that my order was possible through email and again over the phone to two separate individuals. When I asked why now it was a problem the excuse I got was "the person who took your order was new". Had I known earlier I would have the option to take my business elsewhere. But since they called me the day of right before I was to pickup I had no choice but to pay the extra money and submit additional images. Then when I pick up the cake the images used, were not the images sent. If you want actual customer service I wouldn't book here. If you need anything more than a simple, plain cake I wouldn't go here. The staff did not care about my concerns and any questions I had were met with a shrug. Don't waste your money.

I visited here on 22nd September 2019 to buy a birthday cake for myself.. Got a cake for approx 20 USD.. Trust me this was the most horrible cake i ever had.. The buttercream layer was so thick and sugary that I can't even have a bite of it... Also the bread in the base was too hard, dry and tasteless.. I was so happy about our wedding cake that I couldn’t wait until our honeymoon was over to post this review. The quality and service provided by Tiffany’s was incredible. Our wedding cake was beautiful and everything we hoped for and more. We gave them an example of the cake we wanted and made the alterations we requested. This cake was very intricate and detailed. The cake example was all made with fondant for the decorations. Not only did they nail the decorations, they did it all using buttercream! (We requested buttercream as we don’t like fondant). If the pictures were back from our photographer I would share those, but I simply couldn’t wait to review them. We are so so happy! Thank you to the owner Bruce and designer Gail for all of your help. These two were beyond awesome!

My wife and I were referred to buy a cake for our nieces 18th Birthday! My wife ordered the cake on Monday and paid for the cake in full. She received a call on Friday 6hrs before the cake was due and told that the photo sent on Monday is too small. She was also told that the photo may look grainy and not so clear. My wife was working when she received this phone call and could not send another photo on this late notice. The representative was very rude and then when she spoke to the owner-Tony, he was also very rude. The owner told my wife that he would not argue with her on the phone about the poor customer service provided and would refund $10 dollars for the inconvenience of telling her on short notice that the cake may not look well because of a photo sent. We do not care how many awards this place has won or how people rave about their baked goods! As a paying customer up front in full and sent a photo 4 days before the cake was due. There is no way my wife should have received a phone call the day of pick up to attempt to resolve an issue that could have been resolved days prior. Then when she speaks to an owner and he is just as rude as his employee as if my wife was wrong for complaining about poor customer service! We will never buy a cake or any baked goods from this place again!!! If anyone else cares about good customer don’t expect to get it from here!!!-very unsatisfied customer

I have been patronizing Tiffany's since they were on Romig Rd. til present but sad to say after today ( Nov.14th 2017 ) no longer will I ever purchase from them again. My daughter ordered her 44th birthday cake from them & all of the decor ,even her dress was coordinated around that cake.We have ordered every birthday, going away, baby shower ,every occasion cake from Tiffany's. The young man she spoke to wasn't too familiar w/ prices & had to keep asking fellow employees questions, when it came down to delivery, she told him her party was at Beaus Grill at the Hilton in Fairlawn at 8:00. He told her as long as she pick it up at by 8: 00 ( their closing hr.he said) it would be fine. I ( her mother ) called the day she ordered the cake & had $25 deposit placed on my card , a required deposit over a certain amt.Tiffany's is in the area of the Hilton so I arrived at Tiffany's at 7:30 for pickup & they were closed. We had to go to Giant Eagle & purchase whatever we could. My daughter talk to someone requesting my deposit to be refunded , she said she had to talk to the employee first ( which was a fairly new employee ,whom obviously made a mistake ) They changed their hrs. from 8 to 7 but surely he forgot that when he quoted 8:00. My daughter was told he said he didn't say 8:00 so because his word means more then hers we will not be refunded. I'm 62 yr. of age & strongly believes the seed u sow is the seed u will reap. That young man know he didn't tell the truth & because of that he has sown a bad seed & Tiffany's need to be ashame..Thank U for reading my review.

Tiffany's did my wedding cake, and they did a phenomenal job. Someone at our wedding demolished the cake top, and so we didn't save it, but Tiffany's remade the tier one year later so I could surprise the wife with a throwback treat. Tiffany's for the win!!

If I could give Tiffany's Bakery more stars, I would! Not only are their cakes AMAZING (try the cream cheese filling!), but they could not have been nicer after a lost order. They were so accommodating when the cake was not found, and wanted to do everything to make it right. Highly recommended not only for their wonderful service, but also for the delicious cakes. My fiancee and I LOVE this bakery, and will never go anywhere else for a cake!!!!

I would like to thank Tiffany's bakery for such a awesome experience. My son turn 10 on April 9th and i had a Xbox cake made it looked and tasted fantastic. I would like to give a specially HUGE shout out to Miss. Karlee who assisted me she has such a beautifull spirit excellent customer service she was awesome from start to finish. This was my first time visiting and Karlee Hands down stood out thanks for all who participated in the making of his cake everyone loved it.
