Been here many times. Fabulous Mediterranean restaurant and market. Always great service, clean kitchen tasty options for anyone. Every restaurant seems to make their fatoush differently and this is one of the best in the city. Try the chicken shawarma...awesome flavor. Their takeout section is always busy, so give them time if you need carry out during rush times.

Listen, if you want some Lebanese food you've gotta go to Sidon. Fresh, well-made food from great people.The only place I trust in the area to get kibbeh nayeh.The food here was delicious! The chicken was very juicy and tender and grilled well, and the rice and salad sides were great as well. The hummus and pita bread also go well with the rest of the meal.

Great food and service. I shared the mini Sidon with my child. The hummus and pita bread are so good. We will definitely be back and so glad we came here. Also the ambiance of the side room is so cozy with the fireplace and nice decor. This room would be great for a meeting or a large family get together.

The chicken shawarma has a good flavor including a dose of garlic. I do wish they filled the wrap more because at some points it seemed like a lot of breading. Their fries were made just right. They had a slight crunchy outside yet still soft inside along with a light dusting of seasoning.

I always go there in the morning and I really would like to share my poor experience with you guys. The food is ok. However, every time l go to the cashier l feel not safe and not welcome at all. There is an old guy l assume his name is Athar K (as you see in the receipt). This man is really rude with his looks to me. Even when l say hi how are you? OR thank you! I got NO response! I will not go there any more because today l left there and emotionally unsafe. He is unprofessional even when do dine in he come every two minutes gave me very strange looking without asking if everything is good or not! Guys! I did NOT asked for FREE food!!! I wish the restaurant’s manager figure out this issue with him because if they did not address this issue. I am 100% positive they will lose many costumers.

Food is very good and reasonable prices. Dining experience is comfortable. I like that you place your order at the counter and pay ahead so when you're finished you dont have to wait around for the check. Only thing I didnt like is the cashier acted like it was a huge inconvenience to change out the cheese on the burger for a different cheese

If you love homemade pitas bread fresh an hot out of the oven this is the place to go you can eat in or take out fast an friendly service an the food is amazing. We always order hummus grape leaves an maglooba an look forward to all their different specials on the board an we always fill up on the fresh baked bread there is nothing better then that it's a worth a visit or more an you can get groceries an desserts next door we love buying our puck cheese there because they have little an big jars an tons of other goodies!

How do you give this place zero stars? My wife and I went here this evening. The sign on the door says that they close at 9pm. We walk in at 8:25. After we walk in the girl behind the counter is just staying at us. I say hello and rather than saying hello back she says "Just to let you know we aren't taking anymore dine in customers." I've been looking forward to trying this place for a while, and after tonight if it were the last Lebanese restaraunt in the world I'd never eat falafel again. You might want to have someone work the counter that has a basic understanding of customer service either that or they're doing so well that they can shoo customers away. Sidon blew it.

OMG this place is incredible, amazing, EVERYTHING. First off, they are located right next to the biggest Middle Eastern market that I've ever stepped foot in. Second, their pitas are made fresh inside a wood-fired grill. Third, everything my coworkers and I ate was delicious. My mouth is seriously watering thinking back on our meal there.

I’d love to give them 5 stars because the food is excellent and I like supporting them, but the service needs some serious attention. I walked up to order yesterday was helped by the blonde girl and later the woman with short hair. They greeted me as if I had just asked them to wash my car. Then the food all came out at different times. Smh. It’s usually smooth but I was definitely disappointed.

Sidon is great for a quick bite to eat. I’m a student at the university, great place for lunch in between classes. I recommend the chicken biryani, the hummus is also a great side.

Awful service. Wait time 15 minutes longer than what i was told. Terrible presentation of food. Chicken extremely dry although there was barely any chicken on my sub let alone any toppings. Didn’t even acknowledge my initial complaint on their Facebook page. Would not recommend to anybody. Had great food when they first opened and now it’s not even edible. Do not waste your money on this overpriced and less than mediocre food.

100% recommend coming here! The food is amazing. It's so hard to me to get anything other than the hummus with chicken shawarma (pictured) but the falafel is great too. I've heard that the lamb kabobs are definitely worth a try as well. And oh my GOODNESS the pita bread makes me want to sing about it. The service is great- everyone I've encountered has been very friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. The seating is welcoming and well lit. Great, great, great!

Nothing special about the food. Typical Lebanese food prepared with little effort or care. Beef Shawarma was dry and not very good. Chicken shawarma was decent. Atmosphere and amenities we're very good though. A little more effort from the chef and this place could be fantastic.

I'm usually very pleased with the food here but this visit was just ok. Girl taking our order was rude, just interested in hurrying us through our order. My salad had very underripe tomatoes on it. My rice pudding tasted like perfume. Very strong flavor of rose and orange water.

This is my first experience with this type of cuisine and I must say, I enjoyed every aspect of it. I tried several new types of food and they were all delicious. We were also celebrating my Mom’s 70th birthday there and the owner and the staff took very good care of us. It was an excellent experience and I recommend this restaurant!

Have had great take-out experiences here, but was blown away by such great service for my first time sitting in for dinner last week. Ordered a chicken shawarma plate which was served quickly and was absolutely delish, as all of their dishes I’ve tried have been. But lo and behold they serve fresh warmed pita bread to the table with some sort of seed-seasoned olive oil which is great to dip the bread into—half of my dinner was the bread/oil combo which I could not stop eating!! Also, have to give a shout-out to the staff, as we didn’t realize it was closing time and they still reopened the kitchen for us to surprise my friend and I with some piping hot bread to go with our leftovers. I’ll be sure to eat in more often!!

Awesome job catering our party!!! Sidon was extremely professional and easy to work with and the food was fantastic!!! We had a family get together and chose to outsource the food to Sidon and we could not be more pleased. The amount of food per person is accurate (if not generous) and prepared extremely well. The take out catering party platters were packed well and traveled easily from the restaurant to our home. This is the best restaurant in Toledo if you have have not try it yet you are really missing the nice food. I love go there but there is an old guy who is always wearing glasses and he is the cashier. This old guy is really rude and his eye contact to us is very strange even if we were eating he gave us look that made us feel unsafe. This is a casual "order at counter, food brought out by server" type place but with food as good as any full service restaurant. In house baked pita is absolutely great. Haven't found a bad item on the menu here yet. Based on portion and quality the food is affordable, and water is provided with the condiments, so you can save on drinks without "ordering" water. The facility is kept clean, the seating is plentiful. It's tucked a bit off the beaten path from an interstate, but easily accessible from Reynolds or Secor. For a quick high quality eat in out carry out middle-eastern experience this one cannot be beat.

Instead, you order at the counter, grab a number and a table. The interior is clean and the decor is modern. Great option for healthy tasty food served quickly and without pomp. Very kid friendly as well.

The service is normally really good overall. For some reason the lamb is often chewy and not very good. Which is surprising seeing as I buy it from the supermarket next door and cook it to perfection. I think they need to use the product they sell in order to provide a better quality
