If I could rate this store lower than 1-star I would!! Growing up, I would love their baked goods, however the last couple of experiences I have bad have been AWFUL! A few months ago my husband reached out to the company to purchase doughnuts for a food drive, when he asked the owner if they wanted to donate to the food drive the owner ranted about how construction was affecting his business and was absolutely appalling to my husband. My husband had planned to purchase baked goods regardless, however this man was so awfully rude to my husband he decided to purchase from another bakery instead. I decided that this must be a stressful time for the owner and gave him the benefit of the doubt and tried R&M again. I called yesterday around 5 pm and placed an order for doughnuts to be picked up the next day (today). I stated that they needed to be picked up by 9am and I was assured that this wouldn't be a problem. Well, we come in at 9am and THEY WERENT READY. When my husband asked when they'd be ready, the employee stated not for another hour (which is when our event would take place that we needed our baked goods for). I expressed that I was told they'd be ready at 9am and the employee, with a very nonchalant attitude, said that the doughnuts were in the freezer and aren't ready and wont be for another 30m at the earliest. Its very obvious that these employees do not care about the customers and for this reason I will NOT come here again. It's disappointing because I love to support local businesses.

Best custard and cream filled donuts in town! So FRESH! And, their cakes are so yummy and their cake decorator can replicate just about anything you want! Cake is fresh, not dry like some of the grocery chains idea of "fresh"

Decent prices but they are always out of stock of the popular donuts. They only bake a few a day. The Texas donuts are great but only if they bake them

The frosted cookies are fantastic love getting these here!that being said the cakes used to be good but they have changed the recipe and they don't taste as good. Icing wasn't bad though. We paid $18 for 2 small double layer cakes.Too much money for not tasting better than a walmart cake. Disappointed.

It was absolutely the utmost worst donut I have had in my entire life. The feeling was of a cake icing texture and taste as well as the bread was like a hot dog bun sliced in half with the same kind of feeling on the top in the middle. I will never ever go there again! Even the people we pawned them off on said the same thing they'll never eat them again. They said they've been in business for 35 years and I truly do not see how!!! Totally dissatisfied.

This place was the source of my first words as a child. "Pie. cake" and the quality has remained well above the rest. I recently ordered a cake that was make from scratch that was ready in 3 hours! Now that is awesome!

Bought a sheet cake. It was only about an inch and a half thick. Looked like they used a half sheet of batter to make a full sheet. Decorations did not look professional. Very disappointed considering the price. Not isolated. Should see the pictures of a cake my friend bought for his son's graduation. Worse than the one I bought.

Authentic homemade bakery housed in a 100years+ building, so handmade as if your own grandma made it with love... donuts are UNIQUELY shaped and not even round with sloppy icing, dough has more consistency than fluffy Krispy Kreme donuts but yummmmy and ONE OF A KIND truly. No-bake cookies is a must and avalanche cookies surprisingly delicious! Also worth trying the cherry filled cookies and chewy oatmeal cookies.

Have to visit any time I'm home. THE BEST cream filled doughnuts and cut out cookies with icing. Everything is great but those are my favorite. Got spoiled growing up with their food so nothing else compares.
