My mom has to come here every time she's in Columbus.

Terrance Charles Farmer

Small bakery bursting with tasty treats. Crafted daily with a little something for everyone. Go in and see for yourself, you won't be disappointed!

Christopher Miller

Very nice little bakery - I only take away one star because the selection is small and they don't happen to make some of my favorite items. I really appreciate how they use real butter (and not palm oil shortening, which, not only makes me sick when I eat it, but also kills orangutans!). Prices are a little high, as you would probably expect for fine quality baked goods. They have some little Madeleines for a dollar, if you feel like trying a small little delicious snack without spending much. My favorite are the cookie sandwiches filled with buttercream frosting. They're perhaps a little too rich for me, if I eat the whole thing - but, if I had the will power to split it in half and give half to a friend, that would be wonderful and a just right size to satisfy my sweet tooth with something MUCH better than a supermarket snack cake type item. Definitely worth stopping in to check them out if you're in the area. I've been there a few times thus far - once I've tried more items from them, I shall update my review.

I love freshly made baked goods and these are some of the best in Columbus! The carrot cake is my absolute favorite. Lately they've also had macaroons which aste delicious. You can't go wrong with anything you choose.

Pratima Nayak

Delicious, fresh pastries. And amazing croissants!!! Must try

Best bakery in town (so far...) Phenomenal cheese danish, the chocolate haley cake is moist and chocolatey with the right.amount of sweetness, and the bacon potato gallette is an awesome savory dish. Highly recommended!!!

Loved the variety and great service.

Michael Willis

I love the Bakery and everything they sell...The food is always good. Everyone that works there is so sweet... I would eat there everyday if I wasn't concerned about gaining 100lbs...In my opinion it is one of the best local bakeries in the city

Bridget Egan

Great service, delicious snacks, warm and cozy interior

Tucked away half a block off High on 2nd you'll find this little shop. Thankfully, they have survived the Short North Construction of the mid 2010's and continue to create some of the best baked goods in the Columbus area. I think by now I've tried pretty much everything on offer, from breads, to cakes to pastries. I have my favorites, but all of them are above average in taste and quality. Highly recommend.

Max Wertheim

Lightest fluffiest puff pastry ever, amazingly nice employees.

Amanda Gibson

I only got the chocolate hazelnut croissant (divine) because I'm a poor college student, but it's the closest thing to a French boulangerie I've found in Ohio. If I get some extra dough (get it?) I'd like to try their baguettes and other breads, which look lovely.

Christian Perring

Nice pizza on Saturday morning.

Autumn Theodore

Jonas (the owner) is incredibly passionate about his craft - there are always fun new seasonal/holiday items that look so delicious. Adorable small bakery located just off of High Street, so be sure not to miss it!

Dustin Mollenkopf

Such a great place. Huge selection. Nice touch, is they walk around from behind the counter to give you your order.

Brandi Guess

I love the macaroons, the caramel is the absolute best caramel you can find, the giant chocolate chip cookie is heavenly with just the right amount of salty to sweet. The staff is friendly, and the one time I was unhappy (which was a total fluke) they did not hesitate to fix it. love this neighborhood bakery.

Amy Friedrich

Delicious bread and pastries.

Michael Burk

Best assortment of quality breads and treats. And one of the best mini breakfast sandwiches around (Saturdays only). And the coffee is great.

Mae Manis

The treats are only half of this little gem! The staff was super helpful and kind! Just as sweet as the amazing scones and cinnamon babka we got.

Thaddeus Song En Low

Small shop but probably the best bakery in town. Bread is fresh everyday and they don't skimp on ingredients.

Troy Peterson

Quite a variety for such a small bakery. The quality of the bread and bakery items are very high. I had a chocolate hazelnut croissant that was truly delectable. Only downside is parking can be an issue

Robert Tuengel

Had a tasty Lemon scone and a cup of coffee on a cold day and it was perfect and delicious. Delightful little shop with an array of pastries that arranged pleasingly to the eye.

Matthew Thornton

Fruit tart was crazy good, also their annual christmas cookie box is the finest confectionery creation i have tasted.

Corporate Cleaning Inc

Truly LOVE this bakery. The pastries are phenomenal. The customer service is of the hook. This is my favorite new spot.

B Patel

Simply love this place! The pastries and bread are baked fresh daily and they are extremely delicious. Parking is mostly on the side streets but there is paid parking available for short north just across the road from Laughlin's. Definitely try the Madeleine's, they were exquisite.

Deborah Swayne

Really cute (and tasty) pastries! Cute shop!

Justin Karnes

My spouse and I visited this cute little bakery a couple of weeks ago during the Holiday Hop. Our experience began with a crowd of Christmas Carolers singing beautifully outside the shop door. Once we entered the cozy little establishment, we were immediately greeted my an extremely friendly gentleman. We were provided samples while checking out the rather large selection of baked goods. Every item we sampled, and purchased, was absolutely delicious! We will defiantly be stopping back in for more treats!

Authentic French bakery

Meg Howard

Ok bakery. Give the pretzel croissant a miss. Extremely salty with not a lot of filling flavor. The streusel was ok - the base was dry though. May be better for cakes and bread. If you’re looking for good coffee and pastries - go around the corner on 4th. Response: I’m not promoting anything - and am not even a big fan of that bakery. Just an objective review. I stopped by to try your bakery today as I’m a professional who works in the area and on the lookout for new places to eat. My experience comes for over a decade living in France and Germany, and an ongoing search for the best food in columbus where I live.

Katherine L

Not just good, best in the US good. We loved the florentines, muffins, and madeleines. Would take the whole bakery back home with me if I could!

Carlos Felix

The best bakery in the midwest! Their Pretzel Croissant is what dreams are made out of and their Pain au chocolat is nothing short of perfection. Their Lemon Madeleine is perfect. This place rocks and it is my #1 stop when I go to Columbus every year.

Lavonda Brown

The chocolate coconut croissant was delicious I would say they can afford to work of their warmth toward customers the lady who took our order had a odd vibe not pleasant not helpful almost like we were not welcome and I hate to think it's because we are black, honestly.

Joe Taylor

Laughlin's Bakery is a must-stop spot for incredible baked goods and outstanding service. Each day the bakery produces a variety of pastries that put innovative twists on classics. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. If you live in Columbus or are just visiting, put Laughlin's Bakery at the top of your list.

Elena McFadden

One if my new favorite things to do is go for an run, and then try a new bakery, and this is hands down my new favorite bakery. The complexity of flavors you get from something simple like an oatmeal creme pie is just mind blowing!!! Everything I've tried is absolutely the best I have ever tasted. The breads are the same as the sweets-amazing. Multigrain sourdough is my favorite!

sowmya suresh

Just walked in to check out this bakery while walking in short north. Such a cute little bakery and couldnt resist trying this lavender macaron. Boy oh boy, so delicious! Would visit again to try the apple tart!

Kira Kirk

There's nothing I don't love about Laughlin's. I'm very picky about the crispiness and flakiness of croissants - and equally need a very certain crumble in scones. Both hit right on the mark. The only really low point to discuss is my total lack of self control and my attempting to eat such items in my car while driving in traffic on High Street. Tip: the amazingly-delish almond croissant dusted with powdered sugar is not the best choice for drive-n-dine. Trust me on this one. Pretty much an almond-inspired sugar bomb happened...but, I powered through it like a champ! If you haven't been here yet, go. There aren't too many really great bakeries in Cbus. This is one of, if not THE, best!

Patricia Addis

Great food snooty service

Lydia Harto

I'M sure it is fine if you don't cook

Vanessa Allen

Amazing service, amazing food; couldn't ask for more!

Celia Gomez

How do i begin this without my mouth drooling ,thinking about how wonderful and decadent every thing is here!! place is amazing the best bakery I found since I moved here from Chicago! !Customer service is the best the ladies that work here are so helpful and so sweet!I been here twice and will return over and over again..so many things to try ..I Had the Chocolate croissant and it was so huge and so flakey..it literally was my breakfast for 2 days.also the chocolate mini bundt cakes are to die for.I highly recommend you try this place it's worth every penny! !!

Brittany Neeley

The best pastries I've ever had. The Bacon and Potatoe Galette was amazing

Lora Lora

Not only a nice little sophisticated place but excellent for high quality tasty pastries and coffee. Samples are often offered prior to purchases.

Zach Zylstra

The top European style bakery in Columbus! Really helpful, and always finding new pastries at this great bakery.

Kyle Murray

I really enjoyed coming here. I got a strawberry danish because it looked fantastic. It also tasted amazing, with a good balance of sweet and savory. Everything there obviously takes a ton of effort to make, and there were a ton of things I wanted to try so I will definitely be coming back soon. It was clean and beautiful on the inside. There is somewhat limited seating, so keep in mind that this is more a place to buy and go rather than stay and eat.

Justyn Harvey

Very friendly staff, amazing bakery foods. A little, quaint place with a great atmosphere.

Fady Baky

This bakery has become one of our favorite ways to start a weekend morning. I think the pastries (particularly dessert pastries) are where they really shine and they are always baking up new seasonal treats to go along with their every day lineup (Haley cakes are my favorite). They also make great breads and cakes and I love their caramels.

Emily Grant

I only tried the macaroons..but they were delicious. It's best to earlier in the day as there is more selection.
