OMG their 7-layer rainbow cookies are amazing! They're sold by the pound so I always get a whole pound (and then eat them all the same day, don't judge me please, they're so good!).

This is hands-down the best bakery in Cleveland. I probably pop in once or twice a week for coffee, bagels, pastries and other delicious items. A few times I've needed a last minute birthday cake and they have been more than accommodating in helping me (even with my lack of preparation). The staff is friendly, kind, welcoming and always smiles when they see me coming in. I love that we have a Corbos downtown and love this place!

I went in today, and bought a pre-made slice of cake. It wasn't bad, but the cashier was rude; That says a lot about an establishment. I'm not coming back, and will recommend others not to come, as well.

Arrived at play House Square an hour early and decided to look for some food and was pleasantly surprised to see Corbo‘s right next-door. Best cheese cherry danish I’ve ever eaten in my life! Way better than the one on Mayfield Road!

While I still love the ambiance surrounding the Corbo's in Little Italy, I'm so excited to have a Corbo's location downtown! It's a great place to study, meet up with a friend, or grab a bite before or after going to a show. There is plenty of seating and they offer cookies, so many treats, gelato, and regular meal options like pizza. Everything is reasonably priced and it has always been well staffed. They have longer hours than other coffee shops in the area and there is free wifi. I definitely recommend the biscotti and cannolis!

Ok, go here instead of Starbucks one time and I swear you will be converted! Vegan options and Chelsea makes a great latte

Worst service ever. Staff is very disrespectful. If I could give them zero stars i would. I really love some of their stuff but because of the rude staff I’m not going there again.

The cakes are okay. You could get the same quality from a grocery store.

Corbos is definitely one of our top favorite Italian bakeries in the area. I am so excited that they decided to open a location downtown because that is a lot more accessible for me! They have a huge selection of baked goods at this location and they also have lots of hot and cold drink options too! This is definitely somewhere you could come and get coffee and dessert and bring your laptop to come and sit and work! They even have wifi and the seating area is filled with tons of tables and chairs.

Corbo's is the best place to get a cannoli! Period. I used to give myself extra time to stop in Cleveland's Little Italy before going to Playhouse Square just to grab some to take home. I still stop if I am in Little Italy to get one for dessert, but now that there is a location at Playhouse Square it is post-show tradition to get some to take home. The staff is always friendly, professional, and efficient! With the bakery being open an hour past curtain for every show, it's the best way to wait for the parking garage to empty and also treat yourself. Win-win!

I was walking by this establishment and seen fresh made pizza, made me turn around. I walked in to find a Italian dream come true. From fresh pastries, piza and ice cream. The staff seems to be all family, and they are very friendly. The pizza I purchased and doughnuts were fantastic. Located right next to Playhouse square, it should be a must stop for anyone who wants to taste a little peice of Italian fresh favorites!

A great location in Playhouse square, very easy to access during the day to find tasty treats for friends, co-workers, or family. Amazing cupcakes, cannoli's, and cake along with a variety of pastries available with very helpful service!

When you listen to a member of staff telling another customer not to buy a product because it "tastes like soap" alarm bells should ring. Despite there being 3 members of staff and just one other customer my wait to be served was a while as the staff were busy chatting to each other. My pastry was good, not great, and the bread was definitely not baked today. Tables were left dirty around us for over 30 minutes. Staff need more training.

The people working at the Downtown location are very very rude. They don’t have manners how to talk to their customers. This is the third time I am experiencing this. It feels like they are doing a favor by selling stuff to you. The food here is good, I like the tiramisu cake but the service is so bad that I am not going there again. Very disrespectful.

It had good option for quick bite but then downtown has too many other options. I went to order birthday cake and found that actual shop to design the cake is in Mayfield.

Too much expensive they try to charge most they can and it don’t even taste that good. I called on 06/22/2019 Jill(a person working there) hung up on me ;then told me that it was non of my buisness when I was asking questions about a marketing plan that I previously talked to a manager.

I really appreciate that they have non-dairy milk! Your lactose-intolerant and vegan latte lovers appreciate it. My vanilla latte was tastey.

Great pizza and sandwiches a must visit for pastries too

Stale pastries, bad coffee, lukewarm customer service. I have dropped in a few mornings because the store is close to my office and I've enjoyed Corbo's in the past. At first the new location wasn't fully staffed or stocked so I overlooked their problems but it has been a while now and things have not improved. The pastries are stale at 8:30 AM; the coffee is thin or acrid; and I get the impression the only person who wants to be there less than me is the woman behind the counter. It's a shame; we could really use a good alternative to Starbucks in the square.
