Got a custom built cake as a gift & was extremely disappointed. It was VERY overpriced, it was ugly (not at all what the purchaser had hoped for) and it was THE WRONG SIZE & type of cake!! I find it hard to believe that what I received came from a professional bakery. I'm pretty sure the cake came from a part time homemaker, who may try really hard, but charges way WAY too much for something my 12 year old can do better. Even though we didnt get what was requested, the cake & icing were good.

When I decided to spend my birthday with my mom, my daughter called around to various bakeries in the area (Hudson) because she wanted to surprise me with a cake for my birthday. Karin was the only business that returned her call. Not only did Karin make this cake - she delivered it for free. I can honestly say this cake was the best birthday cake I've ever had. It was exactly as my daughter ordered - she knows my love for cake - and it surpassed any and all expectations I had. In the future, I won't mind another birthday if it means having a "Karin" cake.

Karin made the most adorable cake/cookies for my sister-in-law's rubber ducky themed baby shower! All of the guests complimented us on the designs (many asking for Karin's info) and the taste was great as well. We will definitely be using Karin again.
