Very friendly, helpful faces. The food always smells good and what I've gotten tastes good too. You will pay a lot for it but depending on your tastes it may very well be worth it. It's definitely worth a try to decide for yourself.

We got beautiful steaks that look amazing plus we got all of these awesome gluten free treats. I can't wait to go back when the cafe is open. I highly recommend.

Excellent food and meat products, fresh or frozen. Have been here several times and never disappointed with any selection I have chosen. TERRIBLE cashier at check out this afternoon on my lunch break from work which is leading to one star review, lost customer and business. Ok, so after my meal I grabbed a few frozen items to take home and proceeded to check out and pay for these items and my meal. I presented my MasterCard from my bank which I have always used, and was asked for ID. OK, I was a little frustrated and it was weird of the cashier to ask, but I gladly showed her. Shocking results: The name on my card and name on my license matched! Phew. BUT, much to my dismay, it wasn't enough. She looked at my picture....looked at me....looked at my picture....looked at me, a few times. Now as this was happening, she was holding my bank card up and away from me as if I was a doppelganger or thief of sorts ready to snatch it away from me. "Oh looks like you have a beard now" Well, seeing as how my license is you know, a few years old, I do! Anyway, still keeping my composure I said "No one has ever asked me for ID for my own bankcard before, this is odd." As to her reply "Well I don't know you that well yet" .....Ok, after her answer and at this point I realize I am talking to a complete moron and just leave with my coworker who was with me. After paying of course. Now mind you I am 32 year old professional adult dressed in my work uniform from head to toe, again with my coworker and my work truck with our name plastered all over it sitting right outside. This is a multi million dollar company I work for, I also own my own painting business and have a college degree. ( I know not pertinent info for this scenario but I am trying to make a point.) So clearly I am not a 12 year old child trying to steal some meat and pull one over on Blues Creek so I can take home my plundered goods to my iron deficient family and little Timmy. It also felt great having everyone around me in the cafe(which was packed) look at me and I'm sure make their own opinions. So thank you so much for the wonderful checkout experience today! Never again will I be back and it really is a shame because it's a great place, and one person has to ruin it. Quite a degrading exit and sour taste in my mouth.

I attended one of their classes and it was well worth the price of the ticket. You can tell the owners have a passion for their business and were willing to share their knowledge. Plus the food was awesome. It is worth the trip out to Plain City to get locally sourced products and pick up a few tips as well.

This was THE best sausage egg & cheese sandwich I've ever eaten. It was even gluten free! I was floored. Amazing selection and Jamie also shared the info on the gf fazookis. She explained that they have difficulty keeping them in stock...well I have to try one of those too, ring it up. My stop for lunch meat ended up also including organic coffee, the sandwich, the frozen cookie creation and a tip! Our brunch trips to Sunny Street Cafe might be permanently replaced by trips to Bluescreek! Just up the street from the Steam Threshers event and Shekinah Festival in Plain City! A must vist!

Went there today for the first time, and the butcher, the cashier, and a lady by the name of "Shorty" all were so nice, and helpful too. I had some food on the restaurant side...a bunless bacon cheeseburger, and a fried egg, and it was all delicious! I picked out several meat items, both fresh and frozen, and also some soup bones. When I explained that I could only spend so much on certain items, the butcher was very understanding. He didn't make me feel miserly or act condescending about it like some places do. He helped me pick out certain things that were a good choice for me, and I appreciated the great service I got from him. My overall experience was very positive, and I enjoyed myself there, very much. I'm definitely coming back!

Can’t say enough about this place. The cafe never disappoints for lunch; the double comfort chicken sandwich is the best chicken sandwich ever had. And the meat behind the counter is always fresh, always different. They’ve also given me great advice on how to grill some of the pieces of meat ive never grilled before. Jamie even recommended a digital grilling thermostat that has made life easier and our steaks to everyone’s desired temp.
