I ordered a baby shower cake that looked like an amateur had made it. I asked for rain drops to cascade down the cake from two umbrellas. Instead, I got huge leaf shaped, super thick "raindrops" and two tiny umbrellas on top. I was so embarrassed to have it at the shower. The cake tasted awful too! It had only a smear of filling & was very dry. When I called the bakery to tell them about my disappointment, the baker (Lisa) told me that I "hurt her feelings". I'm out $80 and had to throw away the leftover cake because it was so bad. All Occasions Bakery NEVER offered anything in return. I'm so disappointed with the business conduct of the bakery.

I wish I could give All Occasions Bakery more than 5 stars! It's been almost 2 years since my wife and I got married. On a referral from a friend, we called All Occasions Bakery to schedule a consultation for our wedding cake. In the meantime, my wife started doing some research. She found that All Occasions Bakery had a near perfect 5 star review from 36 clients on Wedding Wire magazine and has won numerous awards! She also found a lot of brides wrote some really great things on All Occasions Bakery's Facebook page. We finally met with Lisa, the owner and cake decorator, and she was well prepared for the consultation. She documents everything in writing, i.e. the flavor of the cake, the filling, the icing and even attaches pictures. My wife brought in pictures of a cake she found in a magazine that she really liked. Lisa said that she could make that same exact cake. After my wife started going through some of the Lisa's own designs, she totally changed her mind and the picture she found in the magazine was history. Lisa was very easy to work with and she made us both feel comfortable and welcome. After we tasted her samples, we booked with Lisa on the spot! When our wedding day finally came, All Occasions Bakery delivered our cake to the reception hall. When we got to our reception and walked in my wife burst into tears when she saw our cake. She said it was even more beautiful than the picture. We got hundreds of compliments on the cake and everyone asked who made it. The cake was very moist and tasted fantastic. Since our wedding day, my wife will only insist on cakes from All Occasions Bakery. We order cakes for birthdays, mother and father's day, and even our baby shower cake! I would like to personally thank Lisa for truly making our wedding day perfect!

I booked my cake without a trial based on reviews. We lived out of state and this was one vendor I had chosen to book without meeting. However the owner Lisa was very accessible and easy to talk to about what I was looking for. The photo I had sent with what I wanted unfortunately did not resemble the cake that was delivered on the big day. I was very disappointed with this. I had even paid extra to add a third layer to make it look more like the cake photo I had sent. Lisa had seemed very confident on the phone that she could recreate the photo that had been sent. Unfortunately it wasn't close. The cake was supposed to have lightly powdered gold on top of the top two layers... Not a painted thick line along the side. And the hombre magenta at the bottom was nothing like what I had imagined after looking at the photo. I think there was some major miscommunication between the company and myself on what was actually doable. However the cake did taste pretty good. Overall this was the only part of our perfect day that did not meet our expectations

I was introduced to All Occasions Bakery over 6 years ago when Lisa was still working from her home. I have had cakes and cupcakes from kinds all of bakeries around Stark, Wayne and Summit counties. All Occasions Bakery always makes great tasting cakes and cupcakes. Lisa always does a great job taking your description of what you want and making it into a cake. Highly recommended her!

We have used all occasions for my bridal shower, our wedding cake, birthday cakes, baby shower and gender reveal cakes & cupcakes! We always get the best customer service and the most delicious cakes!! Even after one year being in the freezer our wedding topper tasted amazing!! They do the best designs and the chocolate chip cake is a fan favorite of my hubby and I! We love to stop in every once in a while for cupcakes and cookies too and are never disappointed!! Highly recommend if you are looking for an amazing special cake!

All Occasions Bakery made our wedding cake and it was magnificent. We booked with All Occasions Bakery 6 months in advance. Lisa sat down with us for a consultation. We had a taste testing of all of the flavors and it took my wife forever to decide! After tasting all the cake flavors and looking at All Occasions Bakery's design we booked with Lisa on the spot. I'm sure my wife must have bogged the crap out of Lisa with all the changes she made during the 6 months since she booked and our wedding date. But it never seemed to bother Lisa. We always apologized for the changes we made, and Lisa said don't worry about it, it's no problem. I highly recommend All Occasions Bakery! And to Lisa, the owner, for her professional attitude and wonderful personality!

I called asking for a mousse type cake. Like chocolate cake at the bottom and then the rest raspberry mousse with chocolate ganache on. She asked if I wanted chocolate butter cream and then the ganache I was like sure. But I got chocolate cake a thin thin layer of mousse and then another thick layer of cake on top butter cream all over it and ganache on top so I couldn't see till we cut in that it was all wrong. Now the cake wasn't nasty but for 35 bucks I was hoping to get what I asked for. It should of been 1 cake layer bottom... then the rest raspberry mousse I suppose butter cream icing and then ganache. Mousse is my fiance favorite dessert... wanted to make his bday special and we got the thinnest layer of mousse... if they can't follow directions being a bakery that's sad... was hoping to have them do my wedding cake if it all turned out good but I'll pass...

I had an all inclusive wedding with Elm Ridge 9/1/19 and this was the bakery that was included in the package. I set up an appointment with the owner to come pick out our cake and flavors, and when we showed up she had samples out for us to try while she was helping a customer. After we had tried the samples, she sat down with us and asked for the details of my wedding such as where and when it was. Confused, I reminded her that I had already told her it was Elm Ridge. She apologized and said that she forgot, and that none of the samples we had just tried were included - the only thing included was white and chocolate. We were frustrated but said let's just move on to the design then. She brought a book of photos and every single one I pointed at and said I liked she said "no that's not included, that would be more money" and I was starting to get upset and said well can you just show me a book of what's included, and she said no, just keep pointing at ones you like and I'll let you know. So we picked the most basic cake we could find, turned out to be included, and we left upset. Then a few months later, the daughter(?) called me and said they wanted to set up our cake tasting appointment! I called back and said we already had one, did they lose it, the owner said no the daughter was just confused because we moved our date up, everything with our cake was set up fine. A few weeks before the wedding I go to drop off the ribbons for our cake and the owner spent about 10 minutes in the back looking for our information. I checked with Julie (the Elm Ridge coordinator) the weekend of the wedding to ask her to make sure they were in fact bringing us a cake because I wouldn't have been surprised if they'd lost the info. My husband and I left the first appointment and said we would never choose them if we had a choice of included bakery. They were so unorganized and caused us extra stress and I would never recommend this bakery to any bride.

Lisa and her staff are super friendly and helpful. I have nothing but respect and praise for them. In this day where thing are shipped in frozen, everyone should know that all her products are made at the bakery. Lisa and staff, good job!

Colors were wrong, I think someone else got out cupcakes and we ended up w orange and black. Wedding cakes were wrong color and haphazardly frosted. The bride and groom cake (additional to cupcakes ) was described as cardboard. One guest said she wouldn't give to get dog!

Walked in off the street, the day before my son's first birthday party, immediately after another place called us to say they would not make his birthday cake. The ladies were extremely nice and so sweet. Made the cake for us to pick up less than 24 hours later and literally saved my son's first birthday! I could not recommend this bakery any higher and will tell everyone I know to use them in the future.
