Buttercream frosting is great but VERY thin. Need to double the frosting thickness. The cake itself is not dense enough, too many air bubbles. Overall it's average at best and on the expensive side. Won't order from here again.

Amazing cupcakes and cookies!! There is a huge variety of cupcakes to choose from and I have yet to try one that is not good! They also have a rewards program where you can earn cupcakes :) Trust me...they are a must!

I was extremely dissatisfied with the purchase of cupcakes I made today. U have an amazing variety and selection, but the cupcakes where dry and the orange one had a very odd taste to it. It was very hard to eat them .I purchased 18 and bought a package of 4 .for the price I'd expect better. I could have done better with box cake

I live in Texas and was coming to EGF for a wedding and we also wanted to have a little birthday party for my grandson at their hotel. I ordered a brownie cake shaped like a soccer ball and it was absolutely perfect!! Then we have 3 family members who are gluten free so I got 3 gluten free brownies and they were delicious. If you haven't been you should go.

I have ordered a few cakes in the past and they have been amazing! However, the cake that I picked up today lacked flavor and was dry. The cake lettering was not artistic nor fully legible. The cake that I picked up today (October 11, 2019) was on-par with a cake from Target, only triple the price.
