I can honestly say that there are great people working at North Dakota Coffee Connection. Their staff offers great customer service. There is a variety of flavors available and they always have a smile waiting for you at the window.

This place was really good until they changed owners. Then they started to spread out too far in different items. I do understand when you are exploring different items, you need to raise your prices, BUT INFORM YOUR CUSTOMERS. The prices are in big BOLD letters, and yet they are outdated, THAT IS LYING to the customer and False Advertising!

I always have excellent service in the morning! Drinks are super delicious & quick. My experience today.. different . Usually the barista or whoever works the window can suggest flavors. I enjoy that part of going through coffee drive thru's, definitely at coffee connection. today's experience.. I'm sorry to say, not the best ! The younger lady working this afternoon I thought was rude towards me. I asked what kind of cappuccino I should get. She looked at me rudely & made some sort of comment & rolled her eyes.. didn't send out any kind of good vibe with me. After posting pictures for a Google review I also got a rude comment back from idk who, said " thanks for the human help! :) " I'm a "citizen" & can go out and enjoy myself a cup of coffee.. please treat other " individuals " as YOU would want to be treated also.

If there are two items in this world I would die over it would have to be the Big Train Blended Iced Coffee and the cookies, they are so good. I highly recommend both of those items as well as anything else at North Dakota Coffee Connection.

We ordered cupcakes and 2 smaller cakes from North Dakota Coffee Connection for an event and we had so many people asking us about the cake and cupcakes. They were moist and Delicious. It was wonderful, I highly recommend North Dakota Coffee Connection.

Called to see what times they were open. Answering machine said mon-fri open at 6. Went there this morning at 6:07 to grab coffee before going fishing and no one was there. No lights on or car.

The owner made a delicious cake for my birthday. She went out of her way to deliver it to Camp Grafton. It was a surprise from my wife and it was absolutely great. The owner really knows her customer service and delicious cakes.
