They have an excellent variety of choices for treats (Oreo Mousse Dome is my favorite) as well as salads, Gelato, and more! Drinks are great as well! (Strawberry Italian Creme Soda pairs quite well with the OMD). They have decent pricing, too, and you definitely are paying for great quality. The staff are always really nice, to add to it. Highly recommended for a date or if you just want something different.

I’m a regular customer at nichole’s. Love their desserts specially creme brûlée. Love their variations. Today was very disappointing as the brûlée was poorly heated with soggy top crust not breaking with the spoon and the consistency of the dessert was almost runny. It felt like not a recent preparation and totally unexpected from a pastry shop of their stature. I think management should be cautious enough to prevent any further sub par food presentation in the future to their loyal customers.

A recent stop here provides a glimpse into an art gallery-for desserts! The counter and cases are brimming with sweetness as if they are to explode. The only solution is to buy many things and enjoy the edible masterpieces. All silliness aside, I enjoyed a slice of three layer coconut cake and my wife had the key lime pie. Both were delicious and exceeded our expectations. When your visit, you will have a hard time making a choice but any you choose will be worth it

Excellent local restaurant and bakery. Has vegan and gluten free options which change daily. For most accurate menu information call them. Ingenious flavor combinations with the types of cakes, chocolates and gelato/sorbetto to impress. Wonderful experience.

Nichole's Fine Pastry & Cafe was recommended to me by a friend who grew up with authentic French pastries. When I want to celebrate an occasion or treat someone, I come here. The Key Lime pie is sublime. The best I've ever had easily. If you're lucky enough to go when fruit tarts are in season, they are perfect and beautiful. I'm also a fan of the red velvet cake which resembles a cheese cake due to the dense cream cheese frosting. (Not everyone's preference)

A must stop if you're in Fargo! One of my favorite places to sit and have brunch (10/10 recommend the egg bake) and coffee and a scone and a dessert ;) It's just off of Main Ave, so it's quiet and feels like a hidden gem, but it's always busy with locals. I've never had lunch there but I've heard that's fabulous as well. You'll feel like you stepped into a European dessert shop. Love Nichole's!

Everything in the store with one minor but tasty exception (clearly labeled) is made from scratch in-house. Simply unmatched in quality, presentation, and taste. You will not regret a trip to this shop. Bring your willpower though if you're on a diet or on a budget.

Nichole's serves a variety of classic desserts and coffees as well as sandwiches, soups, and gelatos. Their precise dessert menu varies weekly, and there's really no bad choice. Be warned that their desserts are quite sweet, but so well executed you won't mind a bit, especially with a double espresso to cut through the sugar.

This is one of my favorite places in fargo, I love THE CHESECAKE AND CREME BRULEE, TIRAMISU IS ALSO GOOD, the only bad thing about this place is that they do not offer salty plates, or more normal salty foods, like a normal sandwich, or some salads, something like a wrap or things ready to eat, cause I usually come for dessert but I would grab something easier if I ever want to eat something salty, They should over some kind of sandwiches, fresh salads packet, or something like that.

The pastries and chocolate mousse are very good here. But I wouldn't reccomended ordering a birthday cake here. The butter cream frosting tasted like butter and we couldn't even eat it. Nobody wants a slice of cake with a thick slab of butter over the top, they should improve their frosting recipe. Also when I ordered a cappuccino, I burnt my tongue trying to taste it after five minutes of cooling down, and I didn't have time to wait 20min or so for it to become drinkable. So I would reccomend ordering the hot drinks at the start of your meal so they will be drinkable at the end. Otherwise they should just not make the drinks so unbearably hot.

No amount of delicious food can overcome a less than desirable staff. I was excited to go here with my wife and enjoy the treats everyone in town raves about, but despite my high hopes, I was not impressed. While the food fit the bill, the staff was pompous and rude to both myself and my wife. For the amount I paid, I expected top notch service. However I've found I get better service when buying an Apple Pie at McDonald's.

Nichole's is the best spot for desserts in Fargo. There's so much to love, but if you're into chocolate, the feuilletine is the best. The seasonal fruit tart is also a real treat. The sandwiches and salads are also excellent. I have never had a bad item there. If you get there early you might even get a warm chocolate croissant. The only problem I have is that sometimes it's not open when I get a craving, but that makes it all the better when I do get there.

We shared the creme brulee. It was fantastic! I've had the espresso and didn't like it at all but my only point of comparison is the espressos I've had in small cafes in Paris. Aside from that, everything I've had here has been top notch.

And they're even better than the ones I used to get in New York. Only thing is, they're not always available, so call ahead.

That anyone—particularly in Fargo—would give Nichole's less than a 5-star review brings to mind Friedrich Nietzsche's dictum that some people shouldn't be allowed to praise Mozart. In simpler terms, Nichole's is a world-class patisserie for which the people of Fargo should give thanks and an unreserved 5 stars. I have noticed a few comments re service at Nichole’s. We have eaten there in well in excess of a hundred times. We have experienced confusion over orders maybe 5 times; there have been times when the staff has been plainly under stress with a flood of customers; but I cannot recall a single example of brusqueness or rudeness.

Nichole's is a great place to grab lunch, dessert and/or coffee. All of the food, desserts, and pastries are amazing. I always try to get something new when I go because things you think you would never like, due to them looking too rich, will just blow your mind. They do such a great job at balancing flavors. I highly recommend any of there dome desserts. You should also pick up a couple of their dark chocolate truffles that are made in house. Their soups are fantastic and are different every day. The only down side is Nichole's is a little pricey to go to often, but if you are looking to entertain someone this should be one of your top go to places,

I'm right along with the crowd on this one - spectacular sweets and pastries. Also very tasty soups, sandwiches, salads and breakfast items. If you're craving chocolate I recommend the Chocolate Feuilletine Cake - they have little ones in the pastry case that look like a single serving, but 3 or 4 chocoholics can get their fix by splitting just one, they are that rich. Just a warning that it's not cheap; quality really does cost more, but it is so worth it.
