Never been to a place like this before. They had a good variety of items even some dairy free options which I was quite happy about. My favorite that I had was the sea salt caramel wookie.

This is a great Gluten-Free bakery. They even have many dairy free and vegan choices. They also serve lunch. I had the chicken fingers and tots. They were really good. They have their own branded flour and sell it right in the bakery. I definitely recommend this place.

Went there to get gluten-free cookies and ended up with much more! You can now have a hot meal there and shop vintage goods! They have done an amazing job in their new space. So cozy and pretty.

On a road trip from NC with our three children!! What a paradise! You should have seen their little faces light up. It was such a treat for them to get breads, caramel rolls, cookies, cupcakes, bagels, and more. As a mama, it was such a treat to offer them that experience. Very affordable prices! Delicious food! I used to have a popular gluten free blog and I know gluten free food and baking. These folks get it right! Will be working their mixes into our monthly budget! These folks rock! The owners are very kind. What a wonderful service they provide to the community!

I believe the owners are brothers who are allergic to gluten and lactose. So it's easy to understand why they care so much about how their products taste; they have to eat it. I suggest the thick crust pizza, caramel rolls and cupcakes/cookies. Also, the entire staff was kind and helpful. One of the owners even gave me a pamphlet on celiac disease and options for preparing meals. Awesome place, I go to mehls at least one a week.

My husband was diagnosed as a Celiac in 1988 and he suffered for years as we tried to bake gluten free pastries and breads. Now all you have to do is go to Mehl'd Bakery & Deli. They prepare sandwichs and soups and also have baked goods or mixes for just about anything you've been craving at reasonable prices. We recommend it.

I live in Bismarck and make it a point to stop at Mehl's every time I am in Fargo. Their gluten free options so closely resemble "normal" food that even my non-gluten-free friends prefer their treats. Mehl's cookies and bread are my favorites!

We have many severe food allergies in our family, it is so nice to have somewhere to go out to eat without having to worry about a reaction. Truly great food and amazing, knowledgeable staff! Never have had a problem with my very food sensitive son. We drive 45 minutes to Fargo, just to go eat here or get some baked goods to bring home.

Great soup, great baked goods. Friendly service. Their sandwiches were good (the GF bread was nice and soft with good flavor) but nothing to write home about (pretty basic). Toasting the sandwiches would be a plus. Biggest disappointment was the coffee. The latte I ordered wasn't steamed properly and it tasted like drip coffee rather than espresso shots. That said, it still had good flavor and I have had worse. It was just more like a cafe au lait. Overall, I would go back. It is nice to have a place where you don't have to worry about cross-contamination! But seriously, if you want someone to train your staff on how to prepare espresso drinks--call me. I have been in the coffee industry for over five years.

My brother and I were so excited. I felt like a little kid. I was able to shop without reading labels, something I have not been able to do for years. I easily recognized name brands and even found a frozen version of some local comfort foods. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable and we got free cookies for coming in for the first time. After years of just suffering without things it was nice to get a taste of convenience food that doesn't make me sick

BEST Gluten Free bakery I've been to. I drive 1.5hrs just to come here. My husband and I ate lunch there for the first time and the chicken strip sandwich was beyond delicious and I can not wait to go back for another lunch date! The customer service is horrible, everytime. I love the product but the way I’m treated as a guest makes me never want to return. I feel like I wear a huge sign that says ignore this person when I walk in. A particular instance happened today. I knew immediately what I wanted when I walked in. Walked up to the case to order cupcakes and was ignored. Changed tactics and stood by the register; employees ignored me again and serviced someone who was behind me at the case and told me to step back so they could ring that person up. I was in a hurry so I just walked out angry. I’m tired of feeling ignored.

I can not give this bakery a high enough rating!!!. I have been using their products for 2 years. Not only do they have a great flour that I use on a 1:1 ratio; but their mixes are awsome. My most favorite cake of is Angry Food. They have an Angelfood to beat all the others out there. Give Mehls a try. I am glad I did.

Wow. Being able to walk into a bakery and not having to think about what options I have that are 100% gluten free (due to Celiac's and other intolerances in myself and my family), was amazing. They had a lot more options than I've ever had the opportunity to experience. The owners and operators of this establishment all suffer from gluten allergies too, so they GET it. Everything is guaranteed to be gluten free, and they have a decent number of no-dairy, no-nut, and I noticed some no-say options as well! I ate lunch there with a friend who remarked that if she hadn't known her chicken dumpling soup and cookie were gluten-free, she wouldn't have been able to tell! I had a chicken strip baskets for the first time in ages, and they were nice and crispy! There were several options of dipping sauce (gluten free as well, of course), and I highly recommend the sweet and sour one! After eating, I bought a few items to take home with me and make meals at home! I intend to stop by here anytime that I find myself in Fargo!

Just drove through fargo and heard of this shop. I am very restricted in what I can eat and was beyond pleased at all the amazing options they had for me! Everything I bought was the best gf/df version I'd ever had. The donut holes were definitely my favorite. There was only one problem with this shop... it's located in ND! Please move to Utah!
