This location has such a wonderful staff!! The moment I walked in I was warmly greeted and asked what special occasion I was there for. She asked if she could show one of her favorite new arrivals and could you believe it, I immediately fell in love with the dress. They were able to get me in the very next day for alterations. The Alterations Specialist is so very friendly and wonderful at what she does!! Thank you David's Bridal for having such amazing women to help me find my new favorite dress and make me feel beautiful!!

I was in town visiting family for the weekend. Impromptu my mom took me to go look around to find what I like and at least get an idea of a price range etc. It was around 5 on a Saturday so we definitely did not think we would be able to make an appointment.. let alone try on dresses. When we arrived we were swiftly checked in with the receptionist AND she found us a stylist, Taylor was a doll! Trying dresses on is kind of nerve wracking wondering if the stylist will actually *GET* your vision and be on the same wave length with you. And instantly we clicked. Taylor was patient, heard me out, saw my vision, and within 45 minutes I found my most perfect dress! I cannot stop raving about our experience and I will definitely be recommending DB services to all my future bride friends!! Thank you again so much Taylor you are a gem!

My sales person was late for my appointment, the lady that checked me in just sent me to the racks to pick out my dresses. By the time my sales person was there I had all the dresses picked out in numerous sizes to try on. When sending me back to a dressing room she then tells me that the room she is putting me in is only temporary and that she will have to move me. When trying on dresses, thank god I had friends with me to zip me up cause my sales person was no where to be found. When I went to order my dress at the front I was handed off to another sales person who I then had to verify what color and size the previous sales person had ordered for me. All I can say is thankfully this is a bridesmaid dress and not my own wedding dress. Highly disappointed with My experience, especially since I had to drive 3 hours.

OH MAN WHAT FUN! So I was just in to make sure my size was right for a bridesmaid dress I'd ordered online and the ladies there made me feel like family! Kelsey, Nina, and April were all so awesome because they helped me to find the correct size and call customer service so I could order the right size just in time! I had such a great time trying on bridesmaids dresses I tried some special occasion ones and ended up with two dresses I'm now in love with! I highly recommend this store for all your prom, special occasion, and wedding needs. Also they sell tons more than dresses so check it out!

My sister chose David's bridal to look at wedding dresses, and I was hesitant because I had heard some iffy things about David's Bridal. I was completely taken back by how amazing the employees at this location were. My family that was with couldn't have been happier with the service either. Jewel(s) and her trainee Emily made my sister feel like the most beautiful person in the store. They listened to her, always referred back to her opinion, and just knew what would look good on her. My sister said yes to the dress and we all (including the ladies that were helping her) had tears of happiness before the we walked out of the store. The manager (boss) was also very kind, along with the other employees! Such an awesome experience and highly recommend this location!!!

Fantastic experience. David's has a large selection of simple, decently priced bridal gowns, which was exactly what I was looking for. I was shopping in mid-September, which they told me was right before the start of their busiest season, but the store was quiet and they were able to squeeze me in for appointments the week of, and then the day of! My attendants, Rachel and Sara, both gave me all the attention I needed, but also let my bridesmaids and me look around and do our own thing when we wanted to. Sara helped me find a belt that I loved, and then ran off to grab some earrings and later a necklace that she thought would match perfectly. She was 100% right and I ended up purchasing the whole ensemble. My dress happens to be in a size that will already come in by November, but they said wait times are usually closer to six months out, especially when they're busy. Overall, the selection was great, staff were attentive and helpful, and I would recommend!

I went in with my bridesmaids to try on dresses. The gal helping us was awesome. There were five of us, but she handled/juggled the sizing and dressing of all the girls with ease. We loved a dress that was advertised as $99. We decided to go with that one, but we weren't sold on the color (We wanted a color that they didn't have a sample of in the store, so we could only guess what it would look like in real life - a little risky!). However, with such a great price, I decided to take the risk. When it was time to pay, we were informed that the dresses actually weren't $99, but $140. The price wasn't a big deal, but because we weren't getting such a huge discount anymore, I wanted to wait until they got a sample or swatch of the color I was choosing in, instead of just risking it like before. To say the least, the gal helping us was not happy with this decision. She clearly wanted to make a sale that day. She pushed and pushed, trying to get us to buy the dresses. I explained multiple times I wanted to see the color of the dress before buying. She tried saying it was crucial to order now because it takes a long time to get dresses ordered (My wedding is next July....I can promise it doesn't take a year to have a dress made & altered...I would hope anyways.) At this point we were bombarded by another sales associate who tried pushing us even harder to buy the dresses. By the time we walked out, there were 3 associates trying to push us to buy the dresses. It was absolutely ridiculous. I understand wanting to make a sale, but pushing that hard when the bride clearly wanted to wait a few weeks to see a sample, cost them the sale of 7 dresses. I will never shop here again. It was clear that they want to make a sale/$$, more than truly making their customer happy.

I was dreading spending the whole day trying on dresses (I had 4 appointments booked throughout the day).The gal that helped me find my dress was Nicole.....she was AMAZING!! She knew exactly what I was looking for. I only had to try on 5 dresses before I decided on my favorite. I did go to my second appointment just to see if anything else would catch my eye, but I found myself comparing every other dress to the one I found at David's. So I canceled my remaining 2 appointments without hesitation and went back to Davids! Nicole was so fun to work with! Very polite and full of energy! I left the store with not only my dress, but everything else to go with it.....shoes, veil, undergarments, necklace, earrings, bracelet....you name it! I wish I could give this place no stars. Worst service ever. I scheduled appointments for me (the bride) and for the bridesmaids but they only had me down for one appointment. We started out with one consultant but then got handed to someone else. The place was overbooked, had no place to sit and they couldn't even find us a room to change in. Consultant couldn't answer any questions or even find dresses on the rack. We hardly saw our consultant and when we did we would ask one question and she would be gone again. We pretty much tried on a couple of bridesmaids dresses on our own and left. I never tried on a wedding gown.

The second visit was for the bridesmaids to try on their dresses. It took about four dresses until we found the right one. Rachel was my stylist and I can't thank her enough for everything she did for not only me, but everyone I was with. Rachel went above and beyond, helping find a dress, adding accessories and giving me her honest opinion when I asked her questions! She was very patient and understanding, since I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. She even helped my niece (flower girl) feel very special. My niece found a ton of flower girl dresses and wanted to try them on. Rachel gave my niece her own dressing room to try them on and assisted her with other dresses and accessories. I would recommend Rachel to anyone looking for a dress for any occasion! Also, thank you to Mylee for helping me decide on the perfect dress! She made it a lot easier! Update as of 07/25/2018: They are in the process of fully resolving my shipping issue. Thank you Amanda for making things right with my dress! Update as of 07/10/2018: There was an issue with shipping. I'm hoping that the store can resolve the issue, but need to temporarily reduce my rating from a 5 start to a 3 star until it is resolved. They are closed today so I want to give them a chance to correct the issue before providing additional details. I will update after I have a chance to speak with them tomorrow. I went in three separate times and each time was fantastic. My first visit was on a Thursday. I flew in from Phoenix so that I could go wedding dress shopping with my mom. We showed up at David's Bridal without an appointment and they got me in pretty quickly after another appointment. One of my favorite things about David's Bridal was that they had most styles of dresses in various sizes, so that I could see how they actually fit without all of the clips and clamps. Later that night we brought my cousin back in and tried on my favorite dress again and purchased it. On Monday (Memorial Day), I came into the store and they helped me figure out bridesmaids colors and were very patient with the fact that my two nephews were there (3 & 1.5 years old), which allowed my sister to be able to be there too. Overall a great experience from start to finish and I walked out with a dress, headpiece, guest book, and post-wedding dry cleaning package all for under $1000. Very pleased!

This location has been consistently failing on my soon to be wife's dress. My fiance and her mother had repeatedly been told, across multiple visits with the lady from alterations, that the issues with her first dress could be fixed, then come the fitting told her that what she needed done would not look right. She could not get a refund and had to receive store credit, got another dress and we've been awaiting alterations. Now that the dress is done it's too loose in the bust and they will not do anything about it without an additional fee, nor can they apparently do it before the wedding. This has been a complete circus and I'm glad that we are done with David's.

Truly deserve zero stars. I had the worst experience. I had come to the store for the $99 dress sale, and made it clear that those were the only dresses I wanted to look at at this was for a small ceremony. I was initially led to dresses that were exponentially over that budget, so I reiterated again that I only wanted to be shown the dresses on sale. The sales associate then said that those were in the clearance section and showed me to that area. After trying on a few, I fell in love with "the one," had the stereotypical cry. Alterations were needed, so I was measured and pinned. Having been told alterations would cost $65, they gave a final price of $180. Not a huge deal, but I needed to consult my mother who was paying. We would have made it work, but I was not going to disrespect my mom by assuming as much. As the associates were discussing the difference in quotes, I mentioned to my mom that the dress was such a great sale. The sales associate says it is actually $949 not $99. As you can imagine, I was utterly shocked and heartbroken. The associate reassured that they have a credit card. How incredibly disrespectful! Not only did they completely disregard my clearly stated budget by an exponential amount, but their solution was debt. I have never had such an awful experience in retail in my whole life. Their empty apology of miscommunication was insulting.

I took my daughter for a dress fitting. The whole thing just went weird. The girl assisting us wasn't speaking well enough for either of us to hear her, she seemed to be mumbling the entire time. My daughter is also a minor and I was helping her into her dress for the fitting and the girl the grabbed the curtain to walk in at the same time as asking which I thought was inappropriate. Neither of the women working listened to whom they were helping. There was another girl there for a fitting as well and we were both asked about which dates we needed the dresses by (i was listening). They tried to schedule 2nd fittings for after the wedding dates! Really???? Listen, engage, and understand what's being said and do your best to communicate. You won't get a bad review that way. The only reason this is a 2 star instead of 1, the girl who took my order over the phone was awesome. *Update on 2nd visit. This time was much, much better. Attentively listened and answered a few questions my daughter had.

I was very skeptical about getting my wedding dress at a bridal shop. I'm having a small back yard wedding and wasn't sure if I wanted to have an actual wedding dress. When I arrived for my appointment everyone was so friendly and helpful. My sales associate, Jill, was so excited for me. She listened to what I wanted and new I was on a very strict budget. Got my dress altered there and very friendly and nice! Parvini was super nice and even helped with cutting down cost by suggesting other ways to alter it that were cheaper. My dress has beading on top and it would have been $100 to take it in but was $40 to add cups and then I don't have to worry about the added cost of a bra. Alteration looks good! Would definitely go back in the future.

My girlfriend Taya (Bride) and myself (Maid of Honor) came in on Saturday to pick out a dress to wear in the wedding. The minute we walked in, "Jen Z" was ready and more than willing to not only ask if we needed help, but actually helped to navigate us around the store, ask questions on what i was looking for, and really helped 100% find the dress that i ended up picking. Her customer service really stuck out that day, because after your store visit, we visited 2 others, and the help was completely not up to par with David's Bridal. Actually, when we had asked for help at another boutique, i actually got an eye roll i believe. ha. But I just wanted to let the manager know that Jen Z was not only helpful, but very Real and didn't act as if she needed to act like a robot just because she was dealing with a customer. And when i may not have liked something, she was HAPPY to help me find one we did love. I ended up ordering a beautiful gold dress in a size 2 that will be on the way soon! The staff is lovely here. David's Bridal is a great choice if you have a wedding party that lives in different cities/states because they can still get fitted and access to David's Bridal. We went to David’s bridal to get my bridesmaid dresses and my mom’s dress. They had a large selection of bridesmaid dresses and my sisters were able to pick any dress they wanted to try. The girl that helped us was named Kate and was immensely helpful! When my sister started to get discouraged, Kate pulled 3 dresses that fit perfectly and matched the other dresses! She also picked the perfect dress for my bridal shower. They only downside was that the selection of dresses for the mother of the bride was very limited, and the dresses that were available were very motherly. She ended up not finding a dress there. Overall, the experience was great and our consultant was extremely helpful!

We made an appointment and ended up having help from an employee there named Bri. We picked out the dresses we really liked and I tried them on. She LITERALLY couldn't have made my experience any better. She was there to help getting in and out of the dresses (if needed), helped try to find the dress that I described best, dug through sizes, measured me, let me try on heels, different veils, gave her opinion when I asked and most of all was not pushy at all! I left there today with a perfect dress for me and I honestly don't think I would've without her and the amazing staff there. Thank you so much! If you're looking for beautiful dresses at an affordable price and excellent employees this is the place to go!

This was the best bridal place I’ve ever been! I went to my local bridal store for a bridesmaid dress. They didn’t even say hello, even though there were plenty of people to help and we left angry. Both myself and my mom decided we would go to David’s Bridal instead. When I came we had just had a thunderstorm and the lightning had knocked the lights off as well as the electricity. Yet still I got top notch service from them. Also, when I wasn’t able to pick up the dress they offered to ship it! If I ever get to be in another wedding this will be the first place I will go!

I had booked my appt to get my wedding dress fitted and to try on bridesmaid dresses 2 weeks before my appt. When I got into the store they said I was not in the system. It was frustrating but they got us in right away anyways and handled that well. I went to get my dress fitted and the lady who did that for me was very friendly. We never got someone to help with bridesmaid dresses because it was busy in the store and so we had to try on bridesmaid dresses in the way back room because other appointments where taking up the main area to try dresses on. This was fine but kind of unprofessional. My bridesmaids found their dresses by themselves. We saw a coupon on the website for 20$ off bridesmaid dresses in store and showed the cashier when checking out. Apparently they where only for select few dresses but did not say that on the coupon. A few days after the appt. We come to find one of our bridesmaids got charged twice for they dress she bought and had to call the store to get it figured out. We drove all the way from Bismarck to the Fargo store for this appt. And we all were a little disappointed. But overall, we got what we came for.

Couldn't be more disappointed. Dear David's Bridal, take a lesson or ten from the local boutiques, because they know how to treat someone like they are their only priority. I had 3 appointments that day and David's was the second stop and I couldn't get out the door fast enough. Should have known better. Two times I went to David's Bridal on a mission to find a good bridesmaid dress. Both times I found the staff to be helpful, courteous, and responsive. The first go-around I was given several colors of dresses to try on by the bride-to-be. Vanessa, who assisted me in the whole process, brought plenty of dresses to my fitting room and even took pictures of each dress. Shortly after the first appointment was over, I learned exactly what dress colors that my bride-to-be wanted. Situational frustration, but that soon subsided. My second appointment at David's Bridal was a success. I showed Vanessa the photos of "preferred dresses" sent to me by the bride-to-be. I selected different styles I liked using an iPad. She quickly got to work: grabbed preferred dresses, took pictures, told me the availability of dress colors, zipped and unzipped me, and listened to my thoughts/feelings. Her patient and understanding attitude was wonderful. I found a dress that both my bride-to-be and I liked. Mission accomplished!

Purchasing my dress through this store was a complete disaster. After finding my "dream dress" I was not informed of the options I had for altering or anything. Even picking up my dress after it was ordered, I tried on the dress and I could not locate an employee to help me zip it. I was not treated with respect, and it was not a fun experience. We came into the Fargo ND Davids Bridal store looking for a prom dress on a budget. Vanessa was not only helpful but she went above and beyond. She recomend that my daughter try a color that she would have never considered otherwise. She did not have a small enough dress in her store so she called another store and found the dress that my daughter wanted and helped us get it shipped to our home. I think my daughter tried on at least 30 dresses and Vanessa stayed smiling, professional, and encouraging the entire time. I felt just awful for ordering from one of your other stores and Vanessa not receiving the commission for the sale. She worked her butt off. I asked her manager if I could leave her a tip and was told that that is not allowed. Please pass on my most sincere appreciation. The entire staff were friendly and helpful but Vanessa was AMAZING.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! There are so many more options for you to choose from. First they ordered my bridesmaid dresses in the wrong color. Then when I asked them to order them in the right color, the Assistant Manager, Paula, said she couldn’t believe the manager Nina would order the wrong color, accusing me of being in the wrong in the first place. Then because the color I wanted was on back order it had to be rushed ordered. Due to the fact that the dresses were coming in so close to my wedding date, Paula had agreed to have the alterations taken care of and paid for by the store. Obviously due to the time crunch, no one would be able to get in anywhere else, giving my bridesmaids no other option. When the time came to have this done, not only is Nina, store manager, not honoring this, she is charging full price for everything. They continue to mess up over and over. Take back promises made. And have made this bride completely stressed out. SHAME ON YOU DAVIDS BRIDAL.

I have done a lot of business with David’s Bridal this year and have been impressed each time I go in there. The staff is very welcoming and is willing to help find what you are looking for. I ordered my wedding dress and all bridesmaid dresses and they all came in extremely early compared to the expected arrival date. David’s even worked with me when I was worrying about alterations that could possibly remove some important details in my dress. They were more than willing to bring me to the back and do an alteration that day to show me exactly what my dress will look like and keep all details. The staff is knowledgeable about their dresses and know just what the bride is looking for. I would recommend David’s Bridal to anyone looking for their perfect dress. Our bridal party arrived on time but we had to wait and aimlessly wander for about 15 minutes before our bride's dress assistant was ready. There's no where in the front area to sit and wait for your appointment to begin. You're forced to stand until they're ready. We had an almost full-term pregnant woman with us, who had to stand around as well. The group of girls I was with knew more about each dress than the actual consultant did. Our assistant was quiet and unhelpful.

We went twice. Once for my wedding dress once for the bridesmaids dresses. My wedding dress experience was terrible. The last wasn’t helpful at all. When my mom asked to Jack me up because my sister found me the dress of my dreams she came back with one veil that all the trim was honestly falling off of. She ordered my dress and it came in way too small even though she measured me. The sample I tried was quite large on me. I called spoke with a manager and she promised me that when we came back for bridesmaid dresses they would put us with an experienced girl that would be way better. Well we went back with my 3 girls. Every time we needed anything we had to go searching to store for our consultant. It was not a great experience for any of us. We will keep looking.

So I had to buy a dress for my youngest daughter for my older daughter's wedding. She's a junior bridesmaid. So we discover that junior bridesmaid dresses are cheaper than the bridesmaid dress. we go to David's bridal looking for a Junior's bridesmaid's dress they say they don't have that style but they have it online that we have found. they repeatedly tell us that we can't get that dress in a junior bridesmaid but we show it to them online. Score $60 cheaper. She tries dress on perfect fit. The dress shows up we go try it on again. Lo and behold the dress is 6 in Long and needs to be altered. Guess how much it cost to alter it? 60 bucks. I'm not impressed with David's bridal. Thousands of dollars spent on dresses and these guys got to get their 60 bucks one way or the other.

Ok.... so quick little back story, I went into David's Bridal after an accident that left me on crutches and in a massive leg brace and seeking a new wedding dress that would accommodate my condition. Upon arrival I was introduced to Jen Z. (ASK FOR HER!!!!) She was SO patient with me, she brought all the dresses I loved, really listened to me as far as my mobility (or lack there of) was concerned. Not only did she help me get to and from my room - she helped a bridesmaid of mine. She ultimately pulled a dress that she felt like I would love annnnnnnd it WAS the dress! Wild card or not, Jen knew how to focus on my style, what I was trying to find in my head and made it come to life. She knew all the right accessories to add to make me feel like a BRIDE! Have I mentioned I can't stop day dreaming about this dress??? I will ALWAYS request her by name here on out for special occasions or otherwise in the future. This store leaves you feeling like family! It was so enjoyable for me AND my party. From entering the store to alterations, I left feeling like the store was there just for me and making my experience the best is could possibly be. If I could give it 10 stars I absolutely would! Bought my prom dress from here, in love with the dress, however when I was initially purchasing the dress the staff member following me around was overbearing. I had told her that I didn't intend on purchasing at that time and she pushed me with many dresses when I didn't want it. Eventually, I did purchase the dress. I came back for the alterations a few months later. The lady scheduling the appointment with me and the lady who measured me for the alterations had a rude tone as if they did not wish to work with me. When I told them the day of my event she replied with "oh my god" and then proceeded to tell me the rush fee. I was okay with the rush fee but I began to feel increasingly uncomfortable with the customer service. She never told me the final fee of the alteration until I was at the point where I felt like I couldn't turn back. It was twice as expensive as other places I have gone. An hour later I just went back in and got a refund because the whole experience made me very uneasy. Would not recommend for service, nice dresses though.

The selection of all types of dresses is impressive. The customer service is fantastic. I can tell the consultants are passionate about their job and really care about the customers they serve. I am extremely satisfied with the alterations department's work on my wedding dress. They followed through by making my wedding dress exactly how I want it to be! The only reason I didn't give David's Bridal 5 stars is because they were not accountable with keeping the bridesmaids appointment I made. The employee that scheduled the appointment must not have accurately saved the appointment I had scheduled because they were unprepared for my bridesmaids and I when we came in on the day of our scheduled appointment. The employees working were apologetic, and made last minute arrangements for us. But it was disappointing, since I had an appointment set up and they should have been ready for us.

I also was there to pick up my dress and try on. She measured 2 of my bridesmaids and said is there anything else today, I told her a second time and what about my dress she said oh yea has me sign the tablet and goes to get my dress. Hands it to me and says, here you go. I said um, can I try it on. She said oh yea ask for empty changing room says you can go in here. Walked away and k had my bridesmaid help me get it on. Never saw the girl again. Worst experience ever. Also my dress came out in a plastic bag. Very disappointed.

I'm very 'meh' about my visit. My stylist was not overly friendly or chatty, just going through the motions, doing her job. Mostly, I was disappointed I wasn't able to try on a majority of the dresses I liked online. It didn't feel like any sort of special day. However, it's certainly not their fault I didn't find my perfect dress, I'll just keep searching!
