Great place for a any kind of Italian pastry’s in Dyker heights everything is fresh and delicious the service was excellent and they made a cake that was delicious and prices are good because of the delicious and fresh food.

Best Gluten-free cookies and Italian cookies that I have had anywhere. I couldn't wait to get into the car to start eating them. So good I finished an almost 2lb box assorted in 1 1/2 days. I love this Bakery but in a way I am glad they are not near me in Florida because I would probably be as big as an estate style house.

I was recommended by two coworkers whom hailed high praise about this bakery. Theyve even brought some treats for our potlucks. They were so good. I decided for my Birthday I'd give them a try. The best decision!!!From ordering the cake to the finished product was amazing. I'm soo pleased with everything and most of all the cake was delicious. The only con is their policy about card transactions. I dont carry cash alot and it was just confusing the three times I stopped by. I had to run out to the bank to grab cash and other people were able to pay with a card. Hopefully in the future this is more clear otherwise I wont be coming back here.

Everything is great....their sugar free cheesecake is amazing and it is gluten free. They did our treats for after our wedding (candy apples) and they were a huge hit. One of the top if not the best pastry shops in brooklyn

This is my favorite bakery in life. They have everything you could ever want including sugar free, vegan and gluten free goodness. They even shipped cookies to Florida for my friend who is a die hard customer. Oh the coffee is the best. Better than any famous coffee shop... the staff is bar none, very accommodating

(reviewed during Christmas season, other times of year may be different.) Only reason I give this four stars is because of the crowd. Of course, they have no control over how crowded it gets. Of course, more of a crowd is better for business. My issue is, once you walk in, you're forced to the line, or you get lost in the shuffle. There isn't really time (or space) to check everything out. You kind of have to know exactly what you want, or you lose.

Normally our go to bakery but after our last experience I doubt we'd be back. We waited on line with our number and we still got skipped. When we brought it to their attention, they refused to acknowledge the issue and said the other customer was difficult and would rather deal with him first. Maybe one day we'll go back but I doubt it. Oh well.

Dessert Galore!!! I'm new to the area & this has become my favorite Bakery, hands down. The flavors, intricate designs & colors in all of the desserts i've had have been exquisite! Every time I've stopped by with my husband, we've had to stay firm and buy only what we needed (otherwise we would get everything to try!). The portion & prices are the best in all of Bayridge. Tasty is the quintessential Brooklyn Italian bakery. My husband's family has been patronizing this place forever. The pastries are to die for and the Apple Horn is always great. There are always plenty of people behind the counter so the wait is never that bad. Don't forget to take a number for service! Don't forget the spumoni ice cream cake!

Awesome pastries! Ordered the fruit tart and all the fruit was super sweet and absolutely delicious! Cupcake was out of this world! Key Lime tart was made with love because my niece ate it very slowy to savor the flavors, lol. Last but not the least, the ice coffee made our trip to Tasty Pastry so worth it!

One star out because the Arancine is not as delicious as the ones I tried in Rome (it is a little greasier), but they were pretty good. They also do not have a restroom (and in a very cold January night, it was a big minus) and the Italian girl behind the counter was not really friendly. She was actually somewhat arrogant.

If your in search of sugar free baked goods this the place for you. There is a vast assortment of sugar free items unlike other bakerys. When I asked the young lady behind the counter to see the sugar free items I thought she was going to show me at most a shelf or two of goods. I was pleasantly surprised when she directed me to a number of show cases filled with delicious looking bakery items. Yes they also have regular sugar baked items for those who can have and or prefer sugar sweetend items. Tasty Pastry is where you can satisfy most everyones sweet tooth.

Everything smells delicious, huge selection of fresh baked baked goods and coffee. They have a ticket number system that when I got there was not working right, another customer opened up to fix it and pull out the numbers. They should maybe have a sign at the front or a arrow pointing to the ticket machine. Super busy shop. Very friendly, helpful staff. The young man helped me loaded two large cakes into my car. The cakes are light and delicious, amazing texture and flavors. Have used them for several large birthday parties.

We have been coming to Tasty for years for all of our dessert needs. Whether it's a box of cookies, a cake, or a few pastries we are never disappointed in the freshness. I like that they have sugar free sections for diabetics, as well as a coffee/latte/ice cream section. Stop by for a coffee on your way to work with a nice cheese danish!
