$3 for 12oz of dark-colored hot water. That's their idea of coffee. It's so bad it kills the experience of having their donuts, which are great on their own and the only reason I'm not giving this place 0 stars.

Best ham and cheese croissant in the city! The cold brew is really good to. Staff is friendly and service is quick

I've only had their custom filled donuts, so I cant speak to everything on the menu, which to be fair looks tasty from what I see behind the glass,, but man they make a fantastic donut. Available flavors are raspberry, strawberry, cherry, and Nutella. Havent had them all...yet... but that day can't be far off.

If I could give them 0 starts I would’ve, the worst cappuccino I ever had in my entire life is the one from this place the cup in less then half way filled with cappuccino just HORRIBLE!!!

We went for donuts. same Orwashers quality and I have read reviews about bad service and was prepared to hate this place but service was outstanding! We had an Hispanic young man. I did not get his name I should have he has curly hair and was super friendly and gracious.

Coffee was good. Of three baked items, 2 we're good. The other was a fairly tough, over-baked croissant. It's pricier than many other coffee/baked goods shops.

This place is incredibly slow. I think everyone who works there is stoned. Usually they just forget to give me my coffee and I have to remind them. If they do remember it takes 10 mins. A three person line at any other coffee shop in Brooklyn is not a big deal. I just walk right by and forget my coffee unless I am the only person in line. This place needs new management soon. So frustrating.

I asked for a large iced americano and got a large cold brew instead, and was not even mad it was so good. bagels are good too, got a donut as well and was very delicious. got everything fast too, overall I think the prices are pretty good compared to starbucks or what have you. Will definitely go back.

With all due respect, what kind of place that prominently features bagels shuts off their toaster an hour before closing and refuses to a toast a bagel for a customer? Bizarre policy coupled with rude customer service. I did not give them my business and don’t intend to at this location.
