I am a regular customer and I don’t know if this women was new but she had a really nasty attitude about a cake that I am the one paying for. I asked for a cake without flowers and just a border because it was for a boy and she kept saying stuff under her breath and complaining as if it isn’t her job to help me get what I want. I forgot her name but definitely going to call the manager tomorrow.

For such a large commercial bakery it's amazing to see such a small homey feel. From the moment you walk into the retail store, you're met with the most amazing smell(s). Every year we pick up Easter bread, gingerbread cookies etc. Each holiday marks a different (yet equally special place in our hearts). Its a great local institution that should not be passed up.

This place is amazing and really inexpensive. If you want fresh bread rolls or any pastries for a great price that's the place to go... also they have a huge variety of cakes and different sweets. Place gets packed but they do have staff who make it work and move the lines really fast. They only accept CASH so be prepared. In case you forget they do have am ATM right by the front door.

For the retail store know that you need to bring cash. No credit cards allowed. They do have an ATM machine if needed. Then - enjoy the fantastic quality of rolls and cakes baked to perfection. There is almost always a line and it always moves quickly because the store has great staff and there are enough people handling orders! No one does a roll or a Tres leches cake better than Neri's bakery!!

Had a couple of great slices before I went in to see Bryan Ferry at the Capitol, and thought I was cool to park there because I patronized the place. I get out of the concert and find a boot on my car with some parking lot rent-a-cop rambling on about how I need to pay him 70 dollars to take it off because I didn't have a "parking pass" for the car, which none of the staff mentioned to me. I would have actually taken my family here to eat next time I was in town. Too bad I had to use that money to free my car from this scam of a parking lot. Avoid.

VERY reasonable prices and everything was SO fresh! I'm from Boston and I immediately texted this address to all my friends who pass by the area often. Plenty of parking. I never realized that this bakery had a store and wasn’t just a factory. It sells very fresh and delicious Italian pastries and cookies, and cakes to be ordered. Until fairly recently, I would normally travel to another bakery for Italian pastries but Neri’s is closer, the food is better priced, and there is parking on site.

This is my first time visiting this Bakery. My aunt who lives in town took us out to have some of the best tasting pastries all over. They also have fresh baked bread, tarts, cookies, amongst a whole lot of other things. They have been in business for over 100 years!!! Customer service is very professional and cortious. If you have any questions they have no problem helping you. Enjoy the tasty pastries!

I have been here before and the desserts are quite good. But I find their systems to be antiquated and their staff to be as unhelpful as any bakery team I have ever met. I tried to place an order with them for a cake and they told me to drive to the store to place the order, then drive back in 2 hours to pick it up. Unacceptable! I took my business to a modern establishment capable of 2018 amenities such as ordering over the phone. It is a shame, but I don't have time to waste driving all around the county to give an order that I could easily do via phone in 45 seconds.

After being away for 8 years, i returned and tried my 3 leches cake and was disappointed. It was a plain vanilla cake with frosting and a hint of milk, very dry and didnt have 3 leches in it. Sad they cant make a cake like they used too.
