Not only do they have the best macarons I’ve ever tasted, and trust me I’ve tried many, but love love love that everything Dana makes is gluten free because I am extremely gluten sensitive. Also, the customer service is amazing and the ladies at the South Hackensack HQ are so kind and professional. They are also very prompt with my order and I always get it so fresh and deliciously made. I love it! So far I’ve been there almost every week because I just can’t resist, and will continue to do so. I look forward to all the new monthly treats of the month and hope more new flavors of macarons and different kinds of treats continue to come in. Everything is tasty there you just can’t go wrong. I love it all! Dana keep up the good work please and never change it!

I used Dana's Bakery for delicious macarons for my Colorado wedding. Not only were the macarons absolutely delicious (and ALL GONE by the end of the reception), Dana and her stadd made the whole experience incredibly easy to place the order, figure out the proper number I needed, and have the macarons arrive on time--there were ZERO problems. We didn't have to do a thing but pick out our flavors, pay the bill, and voila! Dana makes an incredible product, made it easy for us to have her delicious treats across the country, and the guests raved about the product. Thanks for making this part of our day so wonderful!

I ordered a Custom box, strawberry/champagne box, and a Fruity DIY kit. When I received my order, the exterior box was pretty messed up. When I opened it, the kit was not in the box. The packaging for the Macs were amazing. There was maybe one or two that were broken, likely due to the condition of the box. I contacted Dana's Bakery about the missing kit, just to see if they would replace it when it wasn't their fault. I send in pictures of the packaging and told them I was happy with the Macs, even though a few were broken. Honestly, they all get eaten the same, right? I just received my replacement package. Not only did it have my missing kit in it, but it also had the same two boxes that I had ordered in it, plus one kit! So they sent me my complete order again and an extra kit. Very generous I might add! How awesome is it to have a company that truly cares about their customers and stand behind their product and shipping. I will definitely be recommending my friends to order from Dana's Bakery and will place all orders for Macs through here as well. You guys ROCK!

Do NOT order a gift from here!!! I received a gift with NO card and Dana's is NOT helpful to me. Now the person (I have no idea who it was) who spent money to send it to me is probably mad at me for not thanking him/her. What a waste of money for the sender!!!!

Mookie!!!! What a waste of money!! The worst cookie I ever had! Save your money! $5 per cookie!!! The previos review was right, it said macaron in the middle, no way! And the cookie was raw!! I ordered 10 mookies! All throw it away!!! Please stick with MACARONS!!!

My daughter had gotten some macs in the mail as a gift. They were tasty but we both got very sick after eating them. I assume it was due to the ice pack being warm. We contacted the bakery and were simply told it had nothing to do with the Macs.

A co-worker and I have been splitting a monthly Build-a-Box subscription for a couple of months now. They're absolutely delicious - the perfect macaron shell and creamy fillings. Not your traditional flavors, which is why we're loving them so much. We're working our way through the various flavors and trying the flavors of the month with each order. So far Fruity Cereal (tastes just like Trix), Café Mocha (like a strong mocha), and Cookie Dough (delicious!!) are our favorites. We've had a couple of misses (Orange Creamsicle and Cotton Candy - neither lived up to expectations), but for the most part have really enjoyed each flavor. Waiting for the flavor of the month reveal has become a first of the month event for us. Very happy to have found Dana's!!

I gave a 100 dlls birthday present to my sister in very old macaroons!. The fresh flavors are the monthly flavors only!. Very disappointing!. If you want to try macaroons would recommend to buy it in another place.

Ordered 40 macarons for $140, to come by Wednesday for my birthday on Saturday. Shipper Had my package delivered at my apartment door, and of course somebody took it. Called and she refused to send me a replacement for my party even though this was my 4th time ordering, and informed her how I really needed those macarons for my birthday on Saturday. To avoid this when I placed the order, I specifically asked if the shipping could require a signature. She said no. Worst customer service I’ve received. The manager Alessandra doesn’t care and was really rude to me! Never ordering here again, and will definitely be blogging about this!

Ordered the 5 pack of mookies online, they were horrible! There clearly wasn’t a macaron even inside them, and whatever was in the inside was raw and distasteful! So overpriced for something I thought would be so delicious. Very disappointed in Dana’s Bakery.

I live in Los Angeles and ordered a dozen Macarons in a variety of flavors. After reading all of the hype, I was extremely disappointed. It cost me $43 to ship one dozen small Macarons to my house that is just outside of Los Angeles, so I guess I had very high expectations. Even though they appeared to be packed in self-contained ice packs inside a thermal sleeve, the ice packs were room temperature and the filling within some of them were melted. The taste was mediocre and sickeningly sweet. I bought these to make sure they were suitable to send to a relative for Father's Day who lives out of town. They weren't. I am so glad I tested them before I sent them to him, as it would have been embarrassing. They might taste better if you bought them in NYC and ate them right away, but to be shipped to Los Angeles, they were somewhat of a disaster.

Awesome!! We live in Ohio and they shipped in 2 days, came in great shape and are delicious. So thankful they are gluten free, as my daughter has celiac disease and no issues after eating them.

Wow :/ huge disappointment! I am a huge mac fan. When I learned that Dana's wasn't to far away I went! Well the "bakery"is nothing but an office with desks. Pretty disappointing. The packaging was beautiful but that was the only good thing I can say. They were small I thought and very expensive. When I bit into one I was confused they didnt thst like any mac ive ever had b4. The top and bottoms were not fresh and the filling was not right at all!! Mac filling is pretty distinct. This filling is almost like butter cream is. I tried a few flavors because they hsve interesting ones. But they were gross. Discussing. I would NOT call these macarons. Overall horrible experience! I would recamend WOOPS there are in menlo mall. They are real macarons! The best

Love all the different selection to pick from and all the fun colors! I even got a free gift with purchase once and didn't even know I was getting it. OMG! I do not understand how google only has this listed as 4 stars. This place is amazing! I ordered the custom box of 12 yesterday @ 2:00pm and received them today @ 11:00AM. That is insane! Super happy with this company the macarons are beyond perfect and not to mention they were so delicious! Will definitely be ordering from here and only here again! Visited the NJ Location for a Macaron making class, and as great as the class was, Dana’s Macarons were even better. Great staff and great macarons! Dana was amazing and we would highly recommend a visit to either the Jersey or NYC bakeries!

Unfortunately, these macarons where by far the worst I have eaten. The unique flavors are not prominent and seem to all taste the same. They were also stale and extremely chewy. I know a macaron should be slightly chewy but these were tough and seemed old. Very hard to find a great macaron in this area. Not worth it for the price. Keep trying.

The employee that helped us was very sweet but she should not put gloves on to handle all of the packaging and then touch the dirty iPad to place order and then reach into the case and touch product with the same gloves on. Gloves are for the consumers protection, aren't they? Put gloves on immediately before handling product...otherwise what is the point?

I ordered them for Valentines Day arrival and they arrived on time. The flavors were really good and had a really good texture. I love macarons and I’ve tried many flavors in many places, Dana’s macarons are my personal favorites. Really recommend buying. Cookie Dough and Fruity Cereal are my fav.
