I went to this place on a Tuesday and was told I can order a cake with custom colors and a larger size, but to call back when the baker was there to place the order. Next day I called, the baker wasn't available and the new guy had no idea what to tell me, only that I can only order two days before the pickup date. I called Friday to place the order for Sunday only to be told they can't change the color or size and they can't do custom cakes. What kind of bakery can't do custom cakes? Cake boss? More like cake BS.

You'll find Carlo's Bake Shop in the center of the mall on the first floor, right where the water fountain used to be. I had the carrot cake, which was very moist, and tasty. The customer service was okay. Would stop by again.
