Disappointing red velvet. Around 5PM this afternoon I bought a slice of red velvet cake ($7.95). I can say it was no more than disappointing. The cake itself was dry, way too crumbly and lacked the chocolaty factor. (Maybe it was not fresh?) I honestly thought this cake would taste, as the brand says “home made”, sadly it was not the case. I will give 2 stars instead of 1 because te personnel was very kind. I hope Billy’s Bakery implements changes in their product or supply chain as they can do much better. Hopefully those modifications will be made soon enough and we will all be able to enjoy good slice of home made red velvet cake in their establishment.

Was super hungry and found the food hall at The Plaza. I love cupcakes so bought one for a quick sugar high. Was paying for the cupcake and saw a cellophane pkg of oatmeal raisin cookies. Asked the salesclerk if they were good. her reply "those are really good" with the emphasis on "those". And the cookies were very good. The cupcake, however, was really bad. Tasted like it was not just one day but 2 days old. Dry and stale. I threw it away after one bite. I would recommend the cookies though.

Horrible experience everytime I get the African American girl who has a bad attitude. I work nearby and like to bring a few cupcakes home sometimes . I dont like to write negative reviews to a place I like but tonight now she leaves me no choice . She tells me she will charge me for a box when I ask for one, . She throws the cupcake in a bag and messes it all up due to her cell.phone . I will not buy from there no more when I notice her working . Neither will any of my employees. (many)

Best service ever. The Gentleman couldn't be more friendlier and observant to the customer if he tried. Way better than Olma'svacross the walkway who were so, so rude to an international customer and I will spread the word back to Australia how grwat Billy's s errvice was and Olma's was NOT.

I came to visit my friend Kessi Who decorated a beautiful guava cake for my daughters ages 13th birthday we also tried a few of their delicious donuts and really enjoyed that they had lots of seating area so you can enjoy it fresh... Also my daughter Alli enjoyed that they had Wi-Fi there!

Avoid this place, they're able to hike up prices due to location. They were out of a cake that I wanted and so I chose the lemon raspberry cake that the workers recommended. I paid $60 for a cake that is normally priced at $40. I brought this cake for my father's birthday and EVERYONE was so disappointed they would rather have a Baskin Robin cake. It was really disappointing and disgusting. Would have been happily ripped off, if the cake actually tasted good. Go to Lady M instead.

I recently discovered this underground gem, I was delighted to try out their blueberry cheesecake. It was recommended to me by one of the employees and honestly it is the best thing I’ve ever tasted in my 29 years of eating cheesecake. I washed it down with one of their lattes and it just made the experience so much better. If you ever come to The Plaza Food Hall I highly recommend over any of the other bakery’s there.

I am usually not that kind of a person, but I stood there for 10 minutes being ignored by the sales girl. Tried to put my hand out for her to see me, called her and literally stood in front of her with no response. Funny thing is that she was selling for anyone else made an iced coffee for another client but still ignored me when I was the only person with no one around me to buy. Wish I tried the carrot cake with cream cheese.
