YUM!! Pasta Fagioli prosciutto and fresh mozzarella panini on perfect bread followed by cappuccinos and left with a box of sick pastries. The lobster tail pastry will knock your socks off. Had what we agreed to be the BEST canoli we have ever eaten. Can't wait to get back.

We visit Palazzone 1960 occasionally once in every few months and like it here each time we visit. Couple of times we came with our friends and they liked the place as well. There is a good selection of coffees to choose from and there is vast selection of desserts to loose onself. We have tried different varierties of coffees here, Verona, Mokaccino, Milano and Firenze and think of this place when we feel like drinking speciality coffees. This time we simply got cappuccino and hot chocolate to go and they also tasted great. We try and taste different desserts each time though lobster tail is a repetition as hubby likes it. The dessert sizes are usually mini which I like and yet they are somewhat filling. One of the times we also got assorted cookies and they were all very good, addictive actually. The service here is very cordial. The other day while we were at here, there was a kid next to us who saw a cookie and was asking her mom, meanwhile one of the staff, wonder if he is the owner, gave the kid the cookie to sample and the kid was very happy. Its always nice to witness cordial staff. Hope they continue to keep up the good spirit even in the future. Also, the gentleman who prepared our cappuccino and hot chocolate did so with patience despite the store being crowded and did a very good job. We truly enjoy coming here...

Want AUTHENTIC Italian coffe bar/pastry/restaurant experience? This is the place to go. The owners are Italian (as in born and raised in Italy), some of the staff is too, and a lot of the customers are as well. Pastries are awesome, they have REAL espresso, and the food is also great . As an Italian expat myself I highly reccomend this place. Only negative thing in my opinion is the location. It's kind of isolated and you would expect a place like this to be in some old downtown strip instead of being next to the freeway.

It doesn't get any more authentic than the Italian specialties available at Palazzone 1960. Everything from the zeppole di San Giuseppe to the holiday panettone, delicious coffees and the Giancarlo Palazzone is truly a master at his craft. Those visiting should be aware that the cafe is closed on Mondays, and that everyday is good for amaretti cookies. Looking forward to my next visit or order.

This was a hidden gem for me. I passed it so many times leaving the mall and never realizing its there. So many different desserts to choose from and alot of speciality coffees.

So I have passed this place so many times and never thought to go in. Thankfully I went in recently and the pastries and the coffee are both amazing, fresh, and of good quality. The staff was also speedy pleasant and professional. The two negatives i had was walking not being sure where the line is and feeling a little crammed. I love when a place is busy and turnover is high bc provides a fresh product but they need to rearrange the front and maybe even remove the shelving product that takes away space for ppl to wait/look. Lastly i Strongly recommend having people take tickets similar to that of a deli because walking in and trying to find a line or trying make yourself known is a little bit awkward so I think just getting a ticket would make everything a lot easier and more efficient

I’ve hesitated writing this review for a few years because we wanted to keep this gem of a place to ourselves, but I see the secret is out! Do yourself a favor and just go. Everything is delicious, fresh, and homemade. The lobster tails are to DIE for (our family has given up having birthday cakes in lieu of a bunch of lobster tails set up to look like a cake with a candle stuck in the middle! Yes, they are that good). We have been to Italy several times and every time we eat a pastry there we look at each other and exclaim “it’s better at Palazzone!”

They have a lot of customers that shows that the place is good. It is a very clean place and has a good atmosphere.
