My fiance and I LOVE this bakery. They make the best cake pops and doughnut cake bites we have ever had.They have great customer service every time. The girls at the counter are always smiling, friendly and seem to know their products very well. We were able to make a custom order one week in advance of the pick up date. I would highly recommend this to a friend.

A lifesaver! As the front-desker for my Chicago company, I'm responsible for coordinating a lot of national events and deliveries to our sales reps when they travel. When one of our marketing leaders requested branded cookies to be delivered to her sales pitch in less than 24 hours, I scrambled to find a nearby bakery that could fill our needs. One Google search and a phone call to Triolo's landed us 30 custom-iced cookies that were a hit with our customers!!! I am so grateful. I was kept in the loop during the whole ordering, production, and delivery process, and everything arrived exactly as it should. Hooray for Triolo's!

I ordered a custom cake for my husband's surprise 70th birthday celebration and they did an incredible job designing a cake that depicted my "bucket list " theme beyond what I imagined! It was amazing and the cake was as moist and delicious as it was beautiful. I also must add, the customer service was outstanding!!

I hired Triolo's to make a cutting cake and cupcakes for my wedding. We tried cake from several vendors in the area and Triolo's blew us away! It was the best cake I had ever had and Bryson was so nice and easy to work with. Triolo's delivered exactly what we wanted at a very reasonable price!

I ordered a cake here a few months ago for my son and have to say it is the worst cake I have ever purchased. The stars made of fondant were supposed to be blue, they were half blue and half white, as if someone gave up trying halfway through. They were also thrown around the cake haphazardly AND were soggy and melting when I picked up the cake. On top of the abysmal decorations on the cake, it in itself tasted RIDICULOUSLY dry, as if it was an old cake they were going to throw away and decided to use on my order. It was disgusting. The horrendous careless decorations coupled with the terrible taste makes me wish I could give a zero star rating. I have learned my lesson and plan to go to my regular bakery and not stray. You should be ashamed that you charge people for such terrible service and product.

I don’t mean to be negative, but there is a combination of value quality and price that goes into purchases, and what you get from a business. We got some cookies and chocolate covered pretzel sticks, which were extraordinarily overpriced for what you were getting (5 for 7.99) The cookies were very average (27 for an average plate) and the pretzels sicks seemed very stale, but came with a very decorative chocolate coating. I am all about supporting a local family owned business, but there was no value in anything that was purchased there and the plate of cookies we got from Hannaford’s was actually better quality and about a third of the price from this bakery. It’s just disappointing for what you pay and get. Personally I won’t make any more purchases here just because of that principal, but I’ll let you determine your own opinion.

I’ve gotten two of their cakes and they both were delicious. So beautiful and creative! They are so friendly and do a great job. Plus they have reasonable prices and will work with you. So happy with this bakery and I will continue to go to them for my baking needs.

A great place to find unique desserts for that person with a sweet tooth! Petit tiramisu, french macaroons ( try the birthday cake flavor ) , mini whoopie pies, cake pops , cream puffs are delicious ! Cute spot with seating inside and outside benches on a good day. They do also have cupcakes and cakes ready to go in the cake case for that surprise birthday event .

Been here on more than one occasion and everything has been really good. So far we haven't had an opportunity to try a cake, but they look amazing. If they are half as good as they look there is no doubt we will be happy. Suggest going here is you are looking for a sweet snack or are having company. Looking forward to proving another review once we try the cakes.

We ordered a pull-apart cupcake platter for our daughter's 4th birthday party. It was a huge hit! Very creative, exactly what we asked for. The cake itself was great, and of course the frosting as well. Great ordering experience, friendly staff, reasonably priced. Great job.

When walking through the door to Triolo's Bakery we were instantly greeted wonderfully by Scott and Amanda, what a wonderful place!!!. you made our day! filled with absolutely de-lish deserts, great little gift ideas..(loved the fork candles!! so cool!) and displays were full of wonderful valentine cookies, along with a beautiful presentation of the chocolate bombs! kudos to all the people who make all the desserts!!!
