Showed up right as they opened, and they had everything nice and freshly baked. Had an excellent cinnamon roll, and friendly service. Also, my part had both gluten free and a peanut free people, and they were able to accommodate, which was also appreciated.

The egg sandwich is just okay. My kids got the cinnamon rolls and they were decent but not the best they’ve had. Overall vibe of the place is just okay. I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to get back there.

You know something special is going on when you first notice the beautiful, leaf plates. Your suspicions are confirmed when you first taste the morning bun...croissant dough with cinnamon and citrus sugar. Not overly sweet, the bun's balance of flavors make it irresistible. Add the contrasting textures of the crispy outside and soft inside and you have a pastry that stays in your dreams long after it leaves your stomach.

Wonderful bakery on a quaint NH Main Street in Lancaster. An assortment of pastries and breakfast foods along with coffee and breads. Coming from Brooklyn, I was surprised by the quality of the everything bagel - fresh and made well. This shouldn’t have surprised me as the place hummed with the energy of people passionate about baking. Trays of freshly baked wonders straight out of the oven and the sound of dough being pounded coming from the open kitchen —all signs of a stop well worth your time!

Stayed in Whirefield for a weekend and this bakery is amazing. Staff are courteous and welcoming. I had one of the best lattes EVER and a chocolate almond croissant. Yummy. Also brought home an olive bread that Im taking my time eating. Great place, if your in the area you must go.

If you only eat out one time while you are in the area, this is the place. The Polish Princess offers an eclectics assortment or baked goods, lunch items, and desserts. They also have gluten free options.

I was buying bread from Magda, the owner, back when she was selling at the local farmers market. Now, she has a fantastic selection and location. Delicious sandwiches! The best bread around! Pastries that you won't find within miles and miles. Her baked goods are without peers. If you haven't stopped in yet, do yourself a favor and do it!

I just had rye bread by the princess. I had 6 pieces with butter after the toaster. Her rye bread is just the best. !!! I live in Winchester, Ma. my wine partner is from Lowell Ma. I'm Bill Fleming and AL Zani. We will bring to the polish Princess a big bottle of Zin. We think this bakery is the best. I had the egg in the basket which was wounderfull !!! Magda is a marvelous baker. We had the breakfast sandwich on brioch with baked herbed eggs, bacon,lettuce, tomato and dijonaisse. Try the cinnamon rolls they are to die for.
